২ রাজাবলি 24
1 ১ যিহোয়াকীমৰ ৰাজত্বৰ সময়ত বেবিলনৰ ৰজা নবূখদনেচৰে যিহূদা দেশ আক্রমণ কৰিলে। যিহোৱাকীম তিনি বছৰ তেওঁৰ অধীনত আছিল। কিন্তু পাছত তেওঁ নবুখদনেচৰৰ বিৰুদ্ধে বিদ্ৰোহ কৰিলে।
In his dayes came Nebuchad-nezzar King of Babel vp, and Iehoiakim became his seruant three yeere: afterwarde he turned, and rebelled against him.
2 ২ যিহোৱাই যিহোৱাকীমৰ বিৰুদ্ধে কলদীয়া, অৰামীয়া, মোৱাবীয়া আৰু অম্মোনীয়া লুট কৰোঁতা দলসমূহক পঠালে। যিহোৱাই তেওঁৰ দাস ভাববাদীসকলৰ দ্বাৰাই যি কথা ঘোষণা কৰিছিল, সেই অনুসাৰে যিহূদা দেশক বিনষ্ট কৰিবলৈ তেওঁ তেওঁলোকক পঠালে।
And the Lord sent against him bandes of the Caldees, and bands of the Aramites, and bands of the Moabites, and bandes of the Ammonites, and he sent them against Iudah to destroy it, according to the worde of the Lord, which he spake by his seruants the Prophets.
3 ৩ যিহোৱাৰ আজ্ঞা অনুসাৰেই যিহূদা দেশৰ প্ৰতি এই সকলো ঘটিছিল, যাতে তেওঁলোকক নিজৰ সন্মুখৰ পৰা যিহোৱাই দূৰ কৰিব পাৰে। এই সকলোবোৰ ঘটিছিল, কিয়নো মনচিয়ে কৰা সকলো পাপ কাৰ্যৰ কাৰণে;
Surely by the commandement of the Lord came this vpon Iudah, that he might put them out of his sight for the sinnes of Manasseh, according to all that he did,
4 ৪ আৰু তেওঁ কৰা নিৰ্দ্দোষী লোকসকলৰ ৰক্তপাতৰ কাৰণে। মনচিয়ে নির্দ্দোষীসকলৰ তেজেৰে যিৰূচালেম পূৰ্ণ কৰিছিল আৰু যিহোৱাই ইয়াক ক্ষমা কৰিবলৈ মান্তি নহ’ল।
And for the innocent blood that he shed, (for he filled Ierusalem with innocent blood) therefore the Lord would not pardon it.
5 ৫ যিহোয়াকীমৰ অন্যান্য বৃত্তান্ত আৰু তেওঁ কৰা সকলো কাৰ্যৰ কথা “যিহূদাৰ ৰজাসকলৰ ইতিহাস” পুস্তকখনত জানো লিখা নাই?
Concerning the rest of the actes of Iehoiakim, and all that he did, are they not written in the booke of the Chronicles of the Kinges of Iudah?
So Iehoiakim slept with his fathers, and Iehoiachin his sonne reigned in his steade.
7 ৭ মিচৰৰ ৰজাই যুদ্ধ কৰিবৰ কাৰণে নিজৰ দেশৰ পৰা আৰু বাহিৰ নহ’ল; কিয়নো বেবিলনৰ ৰজাই মিচৰৰ ৰজাৰ অধীনত থকা মিচৰৰ জুৰিৰ পৰা ইউফ্রেটিচ নদীলৈকে সমগ্র ৰাজ্য দখল কৰি ল’লে।
And the King of Egypt came no more out of his lande: for the King of Babel had taken from the riuer of Egypt, vnto the riuer Perath, all that pertained to the King of Egypt.
8 ৮ ওঠৰ বছৰ বয়সত যিহোয়াখীন ৰজা হৈছিল আৰু তেওঁ তিনি মাহ যিৰূচালেমত ৰাজত্ব কৰিছিল। তেওঁৰ মাকৰ নাম আছিল নহূস্তা; তেওঁ যিৰূচালেম নগৰৰ নিবাসী ইলনাথনৰ জীয়েক আছিল।
Iehoiachin was eighteene yere old, when he beganne to reigne, and reigned in Ierusalem three moneths. His mothers name also was Nehushta, the daughter of Elnathan of Ierusalem.
And he did euill in the sight of the Lord, according to all that his father had done.
In that time came the seruants of Nebuchad-nezzar king of Babel vp against Ierusalem: so the citie was besieged.
And Nebuchad-nezzar King of Babel came against the citie, and his seruants did besiege it.
12 ১২ যিহূদাৰ ৰজা যিহোয়াখীন, তেওঁৰ মাক, তেওঁৰ দাসবোৰ, তেওঁৰ ৰাজপুত্রসকল আৰু কৰ্মচাৰীসকল সকলোৱেই ৰজা নবুখদনেচৰৰ ওচৰলৈ ওলাই গ’ল। তাতে ৰজা নবুখদনেচৰৰ ৰাজত্বৰ আঠ বছৰত তেওঁ যিহোৱাখীমক বন্দী কৰি লৈ গ’ল।
Then Iehoiachin the king of Iudah came out against the King of Babel, he, and his mother and his seruants, and his princes, and his eunuches: and the King of Babel tooke him in the eyght yeere of his reigne.
13 ১৩ যিহোৱাই যি দৰে কৈছিল, তেনেদৰেই ঘটিল; নবুখদনেচৰে যিহোৱাৰ গৃহ আৰু ৰাজগৃহৰ পৰা সকলো মূল্যবান সামগ্রীবোৰ লৈ গ’ল আৰু ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ৰজা চলোমনে যিহোৱাৰ মন্দিৰৰ কাৰণে সোণেৰে যিবোৰ সামগ্রী নির্মাণ কৰিছিল, সেইবোৰ তেওঁ কাটি টুকুৰা- টুকুৰি কৰি লৈ গ’ল।
And he caryed out thence all the treasures of the house of the Lord, and the treasures of the Kings house, and brake all the vessels of gold, which Salomon King of Israel had made in the Temple of the Lord, as the Lord had saide.
14 ১৪ তাৰ উপৰিও যিৰূচালেমৰ সকলোকে, অর্থাৎ সকলো প্ৰধান লোক, যোদ্ধা সহ দহ হাজাৰ লোক আৰু কাৰিকৰ, কমাৰ সকলকো বন্দী কৰি লৈ গ’ল; দেশত দৰিদ্ৰ লোকৰ বাহিৰে আন কোনো নাথাকিল।
And he caryed away all Ierusalem, and all the princes, and all the strong men of warre, euen ten thousande into captiuitie, and all the workemen, and cunning men: so none remained sauing the poore people of the lande.
15 ১৫ নবুখদনেচৰে যিহোয়াখীনক বন্দী হিচাবে বেবিলনলৈ লৈ গ’ল। তেওঁ যিৰূচালেমৰ পৰা ৰজাৰ মাকক, তেওঁৰ ভাৰ্য্যাসকলক, কৰ্মচাৰী সকলক আৰু দেশৰ প্রধান লোকসকলকো লৈ গ’ল।
And he caryed away Iehoiachin into Babel, and the Kings mother, and the Kinges wiues, and his eunuches, and the mightie of the lande caryed he away into captiuitie from Ierusalem to Babel,
16 ১৬ বেবিলনৰ ৰজাই যুদ্ধৰ কাৰণে উপযুক্ত সাত হাজাৰ যোদ্ধা, এক হাজাৰ কাৰিকৰ আৰু কমাৰসকলক বন্দী কৰি বেবিলনলৈ আনিলে।
And al the men of warre, euen seuen thousand, and carpenters, and lockesmithes a thousande: all that were strong and apt for warre, did the King of Babel bring to Babel captiues.
17 ১৭ বেবিলনৰ ৰজাই যিহোৱাখীনৰ খুড়ায়েক মত্তনীয়াক তেওঁৰ পদত ৰজা পাতিলে আৰু তেওঁৰ নাম সলনি কৰি চিদিকিয়া ৰাখিলে।
And the King of Babel made Mattaniah his vncle King in his steade, and changed his name to Zedekiah.
18 ১৮ একৈশ বছৰ বয়সত চিদিকিয়া ৰজা হৈছিল। তেওঁ যিৰূচালেমত এঘাৰ বছৰ ৰাজত্ব কৰিছিল। তেওঁৰ মাকৰ নাম আছিল হমূতল। তেওঁ লিব্না নিবাসী যিৰিমিয়াৰ জীয়েক আছিল।
Zedekiah was one and twentie yeere olde, when he began to reigne, and he reigned eleuen yeeres in Ierusalem. His mothers name also was Hamutal the daughter of Ieremiah of Libnah.
And he did euill in the sight of the Lord, according to all that Iehoiakim had done.
20 ২০ যিৰূচালেম আৰু যিহূদাৰ ওপৰত যিহোৱা ক্রুদ্ধ হোৱাৰ কাৰণে এই দুই দেশক তেওঁ নিজৰ সন্মুখৰ পৰা দূৰ নকৰা পর্যন্ত এই সকলো দশা ঘটি আছিল। পাছত চিদিকিয়াই বেবিলনৰ ৰজাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে বিদ্ৰোহ কৰিলে।
Therefore certainly the wrath of the Lord was against Ierusalem and Iudah vntill he cast them out of his sight. And Zedekiah rebelled against the King of Babel.
