المَزامِير 64

١ 1 لِقَائِدِ الْمُنْشِدِينَ. مَزْمُورٌ لِدَاوُدَ يَا اللهُ اسْمَعْ صَوْتِي حِينَ أَشْكُو إِلَيْكَ أَمْرِي، وَاحْفَظْ حَيَاتِي مِنْ رَهْبَةِ عَدُوِّي.

To the choirmaster a psalm of David. Hear O God voice my in complaint my from dread of an enemy you will preserve life my.

٢ 2 اسْتُرْنِي مِنْ مُؤَامَرَةِ الأَشْرَارِ، وَمِنْ هِيَاجِ جُمْهُورِ فَاعِلِي الإِثْمِ،

You will hide me from [the] secret counsel of evil-doers from [the] unrest of [those who] do wickedness.

٣ 3 الَّذِينَ سَنُّوا أَلْسِنَتَهُمْ كَالسَّيْفِ، وَصَوَّبُوا سِهَامَ كَلامِهِمِ الْمُرِّ،

Who they sharpen like sword tongue their they bend arrow their a word bitter.

٤ 4 لِيَرْمُوا الْبَرِيءَ مِنْ مَكَامِنِهِمْ. يَرْمُونَهُ فَجْأَةً وَمِنْ غَيْرِ رَادِعٍ.

To shoot in secret places [the] blameless suddenly they shoot at him and not they are afraid.

٥ 5 يُشَدِّدُونَ عَزَائِمَهُمْ فِي أَمْرٍ شِرِّيرٍ، وَيَكِيدُونَ لِنَصْبِ الْفِخَاخِ خُفْيَةً، قَائِلِينَ: «مَنْ يَرَانَا؟»

They strengthen for themselves - a matter evil they speak to hide snares they say who? will he see them.

٦ 6 يُدَبِّرُونَ الْمَكَائِدَ ثُمَّ يَقُولُونَ: «نَحْنُ عَلَى أُهْبَةِ الاسْتِعْدَادِ فَقَدْ أَحْكَمْنَا الْخُطَّةَ». فَمَا أَعْمَقَ مَا يُضْمِرُهُ قَلْبُ الإِنْسَانِ مِنْ أَفْكَارٍ!

They plot injustice we have finished a plot plotted and [the] inner being of a person and [the] heart [is] deep.

٧ 7 لَكِنَّ اللهَ يُطْلِقُ عَلَيْهِمْ سَهْماً فَيُصَابُونَ فَجْأَةً بِجِرَاحٍ.

And he shot at them God an arrow suddenly they will be wounds their.

٨ 8 كَلِمَاتُ أَلْسِنَتِهِمْ تَرْتَدُّ عَلَيْهِمْ، وَكُلُّ مَنْ يَرَاهُمْ يَهُزُّ رَأْسَهُ احْتِقَاراً،

And they caused to stumble him [is] on them tongue their they will shudder every [one who] looks on them.

٩ 9 فَيَخَافُ جَمِيعُ الْبَشَرِ وَيُذِيعُونَ مَا فَعَلَهُ اللهُ، مُعْتَبِرِينَ بِصَنَائِعِهِ.

And they were afraid all humankind and they declared [the] deed[s] of God and work his they will consider.

١٠ 10 يَفْرَحُ الْبَارُّ بِالرَّبِّ وَيَحْتَمِي بِهِ، وَيَبْتَهِجُ جَمِيعُ أَصْحَابِ الْقُلُوبِ الْمُسْتَقِيمَةِ.

Let him rejoice [the] righteous in Yahweh and he will take refuge in him and let them boast all [people] upright of heart.
