المَزامِير 145
| مَزْمُورُ تَسْبِيحٍ لِدَاوُدَ يَا إِلَهِي الْمَلِكَ، إِنِّي أُعَظِّمُكَ وَأُبَارِكُ اسْمَكَ إِلَى الدَّهْرِ وَالأَبَدِ. | ١ 1 |
“A hymn of praise by David.” I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.
| فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ أُبَارِكُكَ، وَأُسَبِّحُ اسْمَكَ إِلَى الدَّهْرِ وَالأَبَدِ. | ٢ 2 |
Every day will I bless thee, and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.
| عَظِيمٌ هُوَ الرَّبُّ، وَلَهُ جَزِيلُ التَّسْبِيحِ، وَلَا اسْتِقْصَاءَ لِعَظَمَتِهِ. | ٣ 3 |
Great is the Lord, and greatly praised, and his greatness is unsearchable.
| يَمْدَحُ أَعْمَالَكَ جِيلٌ مَاضٍ لِجِيلٍ آتٍ، مُعْلِنِينَ أَفْعَالَكَ الْمُقْتَدِرَةَ. | ٤ 4 |
One generation shall praise thy works to the other, and thy mighty acts shall they declare.
| أَتَحَدَّثُ عَنْ بَهَاءِ مَجْدِكَ الْجَلِيلِ، وَأَتَأَمَّلُ فِي أَعْمَالِكَ الْخَارِقَةِ. | ٥ 5 |
On the majestic glory of thy excellence, and on thy wondrous deeds will I meditate.
| هُمْ يُخَبِّرُونَ بِجَبَرُوتِ أَفْعَالِكَ الرَّهِيبَةِ، وَأَنَا أُذِيعُ أَعْمَالَكَ الْعَظِيمَةَ. | ٦ 6 |
And of the might of thy terrible acts shall men converse: and thy greatness will I relate.
| يُفِيضُونَ بِذِكْرِ صَلاحِكَ الْعَمِيمِ وَبِعَدْلِكَ يَتَرَنَّمُونَ. | ٧ 7 |
The memorial of thy abundant goodness shall they loudly proclaim, and they shall sing joyfully of thy righteousness.
| الرَّبُّ حَنَّانٌ وَرَحِيمٌ، بَطِيءُ الْغَضَبِ وَوَافِرُ الرَّأْفَةِ. | ٨ 8 |
Gracious and merciful is the Lord, long-suffering, and great in kindness.
| الرَّبُّ يَغْمُرُ الْجَمِيعَ بِصَلاحِهِ، وَمَرَاحِمُهُ تَعُمُّ كُلَّ أَعْمَالِهِ. | ٩ 9 |
The Lord is good to all, and his mercies are over all his works.
| كُلُّ أَعْمَالِكَ تُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ يَا رَبُّ، وَأَتْقِيَاؤُكَ يُبَارِكُونَكَ، | ١٠ 10 |
All thy works shall thank thee, O Lord; and thy pious servants shall bless thee.
| يُخَبِّرُونَ بِمَجْدِ مُلْكِكَ، وَيَتَحَدَّثُونَ عَنْ قُدْرَتِكَ. | ١١ 11 |
Of the glory of thy kingdom shall they converse, and of thy might shall they speak:
| لِكَيْ يُطْلِعُوا النَّاسَ عَلَى أَفْعَالِكَ الْمُقْتَدِرَةِ، وَعَلَى بَهَاءِ مُلْكِكَ الْمَجِيدِ. | ١٢ 12 |
To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom.
| مُلْكُكَ مُلْكٌ سَرْمَدِيٌّ، وَسُلْطَانُكَ مِنْ جِيلٍ إِلَى جِيلٍ يَدُومُ. | ١٣ 13 |
Thy kingdom is a kingdom of all eternities, and thy dominion [subsisteth] throughout all generations.
| يُسْنِدُ الرَّبُّ كُلَّ الْعَاثِرِينَ، وَيُنْهِضُ كُلَّ الْمُنْحَنِينَ. | ١٤ 14 |
The Lord upholdeth all who are falling, and raiseth up all those who are bowed down.
| بِكَ تَتَعَلَّقُ أَعْيُنُ النَّاسِ رَاجِيَةً وَأَنْتَ تَرْزُقُهُمْ طَعَامَهُمْ فِي أَوَانِهِ. | ١٥ 15 |
The eyes of all wait hopefully upon thee, and thou givest them their food in its due season.
| تَبْسُطُ يَدَكَ فَتُشْبِعُ رَغْبَةَ كُلِّ مَخْلُوقٍ حَيٍّ. | ١٦ 16 |
Thou openest thy hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.
| الرَّبُّ عَادِلٌ فِي جَمِيعِ طُرُقِهِ، وَرَحِيمٌ فِي كُلِّ أَعْمَالِهِ. | ١٧ 17 |
Righteous is the Lord in all his ways, and beneficent in all his works.
| الرَّبُّ قَرِيبٌ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَهُ بِصِدْقٍ، | ١٨ 18 |
The Lord is nigh unto all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.
| يُجِيبُ سُؤْلَ جَمِيعِ خَائِفِيهِ، وَيَسْمَعُ تَضَرُّعَهُمْ فَيُخَلِّصُهُمْ. | ١٩ 19 |
The desire of those who fear him will he fulfill, and their cry will he hear, and save them.
| يُحَافِظُ الرَّبُّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُحِبِّيهِ، أَمَّا الأَشْرَارُ فَيُبِيدُهُمْ جَمِيعاً. | ٢٠ 20 |
The Lord preserveth all those who love him; but all the wicked will he destroy.
| يَشْدُو فَمِي بِتَسْبِيحِ الرَّبِّ، وَلْيُبَارِكْ كُلُّ إِنْسَانٍ اسْمَهُ الْقُدُّوسَ، إِلَى أَبَدِ الآبِدِينَ. | ٢١ 21 |
The praise of the Lord shall my mouth speak: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
