المَزامِير 136

١ 1 ارْفَعُوا الشُّكْرَ لِلرَّبِّ لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good; for to eternity endureth his kindness.

٢ 2 ارْفَعُوا الشُّكْرَ لإِلَهِ الآلِهَةِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

O give thanks unto the God of gods; for to eternity endureth his kindness.

٣ 3 ارْفَعُوا الشُّكْرَ لِرَبِّ الأَرْبَابِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

O give thanks to the Lord of lords; for to eternity endureth his kindness.

٤ 4 الصَّانِعِ الْعَجَائِبَ الْعِظَامَ وَحْدَهُ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

To him who doth great wonders alone; for to eternity endureth his kindness.

٥ 5 الصَّانِعِ السَّمَاوَاتِ بِحِكْمَةٍ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

To him that made the heavens with understanding; for to eternity endureth his kindness.

٦ 6 الْبَاسِطِ الأَرْضَ فَوْقَ الْمِيَاهِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

To him that stretched out the earth above the waters; for to eternity endureth his kindness.

٧ 7 الصَّانِعِ الأَنْوَارَ الْعَظِيمَةَ لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

To him that made great lights; for to eternity endureth his kindness;

٨ 8 الشَّمْسَ لِتُضِيءَ نَهَاراً، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

The sun for the rule by day; for to eternity endureth his kindness;

٩ 9 وَالْقَمَرَ وَالْكَوَاكِبَ لِتُنِيرَ لَيْلاً، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

The moon and stars for the rule by night; for to eternity endureth his kindness.

١٠ 10 الَّذِي ضَرَبَ مِصْرَ مَعَ أَبْكَارِهَا، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

To him that smote Egypt in their first-born; for to eternity endureth his kindness;

١١ 11 وَأَخْرَجَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ مِنْ وَسَطِهِمْ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

And brought out Israel from the midst of them; for to eternity endureth his kindness;

١٢ 12 بِيَدٍ شَدِيدَةٍ وَذِرَاعٍ قَدِيرَةٍ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

With a strong hand, and with an outstretched arm; for to eternity endureth his kindness.

١٣ 13 الَّذِي فَلَقَ الْبَحْرَ الأَحْمَرَ إِلَى شَطْرَيْنِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

To him who divided the Red Sea into parts; for to eternity endureth his kindness;

١٤ 14 وَأَجَازَ الإِسْرَائِيلِيِّينَ فِي وَسَطِهِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

And caused Israel to pass through the midst of it; for to eternity endureth his kindness;

١٥ 15 وَدَفَعَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَجَيْشَهُ إِلَى الْبَحْرِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

But overthrew Pharaoh and his host in the Red Sea; for to eternity endureth his kindness.

١٦ 16 الَّذِي قَادَ شَعْبَهُ فِي الْبَرِّيَّةِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

To him who led his people through the wilderness; for to eternity endureth his kindness.

١٧ 17 الَّذِي أَطَاحَ بِمُلُوكٍ عُظَمَاءَ. لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

To him who smote great kings; for to eternity endureth his kindness;

١٨ 18 وَقَتَلَ مُلُوكاً ذَوِي شُهْرَةٍ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

And slew mighty kings; for to eternity endureth his kindness.

١٩ 19 كَسِيحُونَ مَلِكِ الأَمُورِيِّينَ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

Even Sichon the king of the Emorites; for to eternity endureth his kindness;

٢٠ 20 وَعُوجَ مَلِكِ بَاشَانَ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

And 'Og the king of Bashan; for to eternity endureth his kindness;

٢١ 21 وَأَعْطَى أَرْضَهُمْ مِيرَاثاً، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

And gave their land as an inheritance; for to eternity endureth his kindness;

٢٢ 22 مِيرَاثاً لإِسْرَائِيلَ عَبْدِهِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

As an inheritance unto Israel his servant; for to eternity endureth his kindness;

٢٣ 23 الَّذِي ذَكَرَنَا فِي مَذَلَّتِنَا، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

Who hath in our low estate remembered us; for to eternity endureth his kindness;

٢٤ 24 وَخَلَّصَنَا مِنْ أَعْدَائِنَا، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

And hath freed us from our assailants; for to eternity endureth his kindness;

٢٥ 25 الَّذِي يَرْزُقُ خُبْزاً كُلَّ بَشَرٍ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

Who giveth food unto all flesh; for to eternity endureth his kindness.

٢٦ 26 ارْفَعُوا الشُّكْرَ لإِلَهِ السَّمَاوَاتِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

O give thanks unto the God of the heavens; for to eternity endureth his kindness.
