المَزامِير 110

١ 1 مَزْمُورٌ لِدَاوُدَ قَالَ الرَّبُّ لِرَبِّي: «اجْلِسْ عَنْ يَمِينِي حَتَّى أَضَعَ أَعْدَاءَكَ مَوْطِئاً لِقَدَمَيْكَ».

A Psalm of David. The LORD saith unto my lord: 'Sit thou at My right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.'

٢ 2 يَجْعَلُ الرَّبُّ صِهْيَوْنَ مُنْطَلَقاً لِسُلْطَانِكَ، وَيَقُولُ: «احْكُمْ فِي وَسَطِ أَعْدَائِكَ».

The rod of Thy strength the LORD will send out of Zion: 'Rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.'

٣ 3 فِي يَوْمِ مُحَارَبَةِ أَعْدَائِكَ يَتَطَوَّعُ شَعْبُكَ. يَجِيءُ شَبَابُكَ إِلَى التِّلالِ الْمُقَدَّسَةِ كَالنَّدَى فِي قَلْبِ الْفَجْرِ.

Thy people offer themselves willingly in the day of thy warfare; in adornments of holiness, from the womb of the dawn, thine is the dew of thy youth.

٤ 4 أَقْسَمَ الرَّبُّ وَلَنْ يَتَرَاجَعَ: «أَنْتَ كَاهِنٌ إِلَى الأَبَدِ عَلَى رُتْبَةِ مَلْكِيصَادَقَ».

The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent: 'Thou art a priest for ever after the manner of Melchizedek.'

٥ 5 الرَّبُّ وَاقِفٌ عَنْ يَمِينِكَ. فِي يَوْمِ غَضَبِهِ يُحَطِّمُ مُلُوكاً.

The Lord at thy right hand doth crush kings in the day of His wrath.

٦ 6 يَقْضِي بَيْنَ الأُمَمِ، فَيَمْلَأُ الأَرْضَ الرَّحْبَةَ بِجُثَثِ رُؤَسَائِهَا.

He will judge among the nations; He filleth it with dead bodies, He crusheth the head over a wide land.

٧ 7 يَشْرَبُ الْمَلِكُ مِنَ النَّهْرِ الْمُجَاوِرِ لِلطَّرِيقِ، لِذَلِكَ يَشْمَخُ بِرَأْسِهِ مُنْتَصِراً.

He will drink of the brook in the way; therefore will he lift up the head.
