غَلاطِيَّة 6

١ 1 أَيُّهَا الإِخْوَةُ، إِنْ سَقَطَ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي خَطَأٍ مَا فَمِثْلُ هَذَا أَصْلِحُوهُ أَنْتُمُ الرُّوحِيِّينَ بِرُوحِ وَدَاعَةٍ. وَاحْذَرْ أَنْتَ لِنَفْسِكَ لِئَلا تُجَرَّبَ أَيْضاً.

Brethren, if a man be suddenly taken in any offence, ye which are spirituall, restore such one with the spirit of meekenes, considering thy selfe, least thou also be tempted.

٢ 2 لِيَحْمِلِ الْوَاحِدُ مِنْكُمْ أَثْقَالَ الآخَرِ، وَهَكَذَا تُتَمِّمُونَ شَرِيعَةَ الْمَسِيحِ.

Beare ye one anothers burden, and so fulfill the Lawe of Christ.

٣ 3 فَإِنْ ظَنَّ أَحَدٌ أَنَّهُ شَيْءٌ، وَهُوَ فِي الْوَاقِعِ لَا شَيْءَ، فَإِنَّمَا يَخْدَعُ نَفْسَهُ.

For if any man seeme to himselfe, that he is somewhat, when he is nothing, hee deceiueth himselfe in his imagination.

٤ 4 فَلْيَمْتَحِنْ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ عَمَلَهُ الْخَاصَّ، وَعِنْدَئِذٍ يَكُونُ لَهُ أَنْ يَفْتَخِرَ بِمَا يَخُصُّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا بِمَا يَخُصُّ غَيْرَهُ.

But let euery man prooue his owne worke: and then shall he haue reioycing in himselfe onely and not in another.

٥ 5 فَإِنَّ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ سَيَحْمِلُ حِمْلَهُ الْخَاصَّ.

For euery man shall beare his owne burden.

٦ 6 لِيُشَارِكِ الَّذِي يَتَعَلَّمُ الْكَلِمَةَ مَنْ يُعَلِّمُهَا، فِي جَمِيعِ الْخَيْرَاتِ.

Let him that is taught in the worde, make him that hath taught him, partaker of all his goods.

٧ 7 لا تَنْخَدِعُوا: إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يُسْتَهْزَأُ بِهِ. فَكُلُّ مَا يَزْرَعُهُ الإِنْسَانُ، فَإِيَّاهُ يَحْصُدُ أَيْضاً.

Be not deceiued: God is not mocked: for whatsoeuer a man soweth, that shall hee also reape.

٨ 8 فَإِنَّ مَنْ يَزْرَعُ لِجَسَدِهِ، فَمِنَ الْجَسَدِ يَحْصُدُ فَسَاداً. وَمَنْ يَزْرَعُ لِلرُّوحِ، فَمِنَ الرُّوحِ يَحْصُدُ حَيَاةً أَبَدِيَّةً. فَلا نَفْشَلْ فِي عَمَلِ الْخَيْرِ، (aiōnios g166)

For hee that soweth to his flesh, shall of the flesh reape corruption: but hee that soweth to the spirit, shall of the spirit reape life euerlasting. (aiōnios g166)

٩ 9 لأَنَّنَا، مَتَى حَانَ الأَوَانُ، سَنَحْصُدُ، إِنْ كُنَّا لَا نَتَرَاخَى.

Let vs not therefore be weary of well doing: for in due season we shall reape, if we faint not.

١٠ 10 فَمَادَامَتْ لَنَا الْفُرْصَةُ إِذَنْ، فَلْنَعْمَلِ الْخَيْرَ لِلْجَمِيعِ، وَخُصُوصاً لأَهْلِ الإِيمَانِ.

While we haue therefore time, let vs doe good vnto all men, but specially vnto them, which are of the housholde of faith.

١١ 11 انْظُرُوا بِأَيَّةِ حُرُوفٍ كَبِيرَةٍ قَدْ كَتَبْتُ إِلَيْكُمْ هُنَا بِيَدِي:

Ye see how large a letter I haue written vnto you with mine owne hand.

١٢ 12 إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يَظْهَرُوا فِي الْجَسَدِ بِمَظْهَرٍ حَسَنٍ، أُولئِكَ يُرْغِمُونَكُمْ أَنْ تُخْتَنُوا، فَقَطْ لِئَلا يَلْقَوْا الاضْطِهَادَ بِسَبَبِ صَلِيبِ الْمَسِيحِ.

As many as desire to make a faire shewe in the flesh, they constraine you to be circumcised, onely because they would not suffer persecution for the crosse of Christ.

١٣ 13 فَحَتَّى أُولَئِكَ الَّذِينَ يُخْتَنُونَ، هُمْ أَنْفُسُهُمْ، لَا يَعْمَلُونَ بِالشَّرِيعَةِ، بَلْ يُرِيدُونَ لَكُمْ أَنْ تُخْتَنُوا لِيَفْتَخِرُوا بِجَسَدِكُمْ.

For they themselues which are circumcised keepe not the law, but desire to haue you circumcised, that they might reioyce in your flesh.

١٤ 14 أَمَّا أَنَا فَحَاشَا لِي أَنْ أَفْتَخِرَ إِلّا بِصَلِيبِ رَبِّنَا يَسُوعَ الْمَسِيحِ، الَّذِي بِهِ أَصْبَحَ الْعَالَمُ بِالنِّسْبَةِ لِي مَصْلُوباً، وَأَنَا أَصْبَحْتُ بِالنِّسْبَةِ لَهُ مَصْلُوباً.

But God forbid that I should reioyce, but in ye crosse of our Lord Iesus Christ, whereby the world is crucified vnto me, and I vnto ye world.

١٥ 15 فَلَيْسَ الْخِتَانُ بِشَيْءٍ، وَلا عَدَمُ الْخِتَانِ بِشَيْءٍ، وَإِنَّمَا (الْمُهِمُّ أَنْ يَصِيرَ الإِنْسَانُ) خَلِيقَةً جَدِيدَةً.

For in Christ Iesus neither circumcision auaileth any thing, nor vncircumcision, but a newe creature.

١٦ 16 فَالسَّلامُ وَالرَّحْمَةُ عَلَى جَمِيعِ السَّالِكِينَ وَفْقاً لِهَذَا الْمَبْدَأ، وَعَلَى إِسْرَائِيلَ اللهِ.

And as many as walke according to this rule, peace shalbe vpon them, and mercie, and vpon the Israel of God.

١٧ 17 لَا يُسَبِّبْ لِي أَحَدٌ الْمَتَاعِبَ فِيمَا بَعْدُ، فَإِنِّي أَحْمِلُ فِي جَسَدِي سِمَاتِ الرَّبِّ يَسُوعَ.

From henceforth let no man put me to busines: for I beare in my body the markes of the Lord Iesus.

١٨ 18 لِتَكُنْ مَعَ رُوحِكُمْ، أَيُّهَا الإِخْوَةُ، نِعْمَةُ رَبِّنَا يَسُوعَ الْمَسِيحِ. آمِين!

Brethren, the grace of our Lord Iesus Christ be with your spirit, Amen. ‘Vnto the Galatians written from Rome.’
