تَثنِيَة 7
| وَمَتَى أَدْخَلَكُمُ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ إِلَى الأَرْضِ الَّتِي أَنْتُمْ مَاضُونَ إِلَيْهَا لِتَرِثُوهَا، وَطَرَدَ مِنْ أَمَامِكُمْ سَبْعَ أُمَمٍ، أَكْثَرَ وَأَعْظَمَ مِنْكُمْ، وَهُمُ الْحِثِّيُّونَ وَالْجِرْجَاشِيُّونَ وَالأَمُورِيُّونَ وَالْكَنْعَانِيُّونَ وَالْفِرِزِّيُّونَ وَالْحِوِّيُّونَ وَالْيَبُوسِيُّونَ. | ١ 1 |
for to come (in): bring you LORD God your to(wards) [the] land: country/planet which you(m. s.) to come (in): come there [to] to/for to possess: take her and to slip nation many from face: before your [the] Hittite and [the] Girgashite and [the] Amorite and [the] Canaanite and [the] Perizzite and [the] Hivite and [the] Jebusite seven nation many and mighty from you
| وَأَسْلَمَهُمُ الرَّبُّ إِلَيْكُمْ وَهَزَمْتُمُوهُمْ، فَإِنَّكُمْ تُحَرِّمُونَهُمْ. لَا تَقْطَعُوا لَهُمْ عَهْداً، وَلا تَرْفُقُوا بِهِمْ، | ٢ 2 |
and to give: give them LORD God your to/for face: before your and to smite them to devote/destroy to devote/destroy [obj] them not to cut: make(covenant) to/for them covenant and not be gracious them
| وَلا تُصَاهِرُوهُمْ. فَلا تُزَوِّجُوا بَنَاتِكُمْ مِنْ أَبْنَائِهِمْ، وَلا أَبْنَاءَكُمْ مِنْ بَنَاتِهِمْ، | ٣ 3 |
and not be related in/on/with them daughter your not to give: give to/for son: child his and daughter his not to take: take to/for son: child your
| إِذْ يُغْوُونَ أَبْنَاءَكُمْ عَنْ عِبَادَتِي لِيَعْبُدُوا آلِهَةً أُخْرَى، فَيَحْتَدِمُ غَضَبُ الرَّبِّ عَلَيْكُمْ وَيُهْلِكُكُمْ سَرِيعاً. | ٤ 4 |

| وَلَكِنْ هَذَا مَا تَفْعَلُونَهُ بِهِمْ: اهْدِمُوا مَذَابِحَهُمْ وَحَطِّمُوا أَصْنَامَهُمْ وَقَطِّعُوا سَوَارِيَهُمْ وَأَحْرِقُوا تَمَاثِيلَهُمْ. | ٥ 5 |

| لأَنَّكُمْ شَعْبٌ مُقَدَّسٌ لِلرَّبِّ إِلَهِكُمْ. فَإِيَّاكُمْ قَدِ اخْتَارَ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ مِنْ بَيْنِ جَمِيعِ شُعُوبِ الأَرْضِ لِتَكُونُوا شَعْبَهُ الْخَاصَّ. | ٦ 6 |

| وَلَمْ يُفَضِّلْكُمُ الرَّبُّ وَيَتَخَيَّرْكُمْ لأَنَّكُمْ أَكْثَرُ عَدَداً مِنْ سَائِرِ الشُّعُوبِ، فَأَنْتُمْ أَقَلُّ الأُمَمِ عَدَداً. | ٧ 7 |

| بَلْ مِنْ مَحَبَّتِهِ، وَحِفَاظاً عَلَى الْقَسَمِ الَّذِي أَقْسَمَ بِهِ لِآبَائِكُمْ، أَخْرَجَكُمْ بِقُوَّةٍ فَائِقَةٍ، وَفَدَاكُمْ مِنْ نِيرِ عُبُودِيَّةِ فِرْعَوْنَ مَلِكِ مِصْرَ. | ٨ 8 |
for from love LORD [obj] you (and from to keep: obey he *L(abh)*) [obj] [the] oath which to swear to/for father your to come out: send LORD [obj] you in/on/with hand: power strong and to ransom you from house: home servant/slave from hand: power Pharaoh king Egypt
| فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ الرَّبَّ إِلَهَكُمْ هُوَ اللهُ، الإِلَهُ الأَمِينُ الْوَفِيُّ بِالْعَهْدِ وَالإِحْسَانِ لِمُحِبِّيهِ وَحَافِظِي وَصَايَاهُ إِلَى أَلْفِ جِيلٍ. | ٩ 9 |

| وَهُوَ يُجَازِي مُبْغِضِيهِ عَلَناً، فَيَسْتَأْصِلُهُمْ وَلا يَتَمَهَّلُ، بَلْ يُسْرِعُ فِي مُعَاقَبَةِ مَنْ يُبْغِضُهُ. | ١٠ 10 |

| فَأَطِيعُوا الْوَصَايَا وَالْفَرَائِضَ وَالأَحْكَامَ الَّتِي أُوْصِيكُمْ بِها الْيَوْمَ لِتُمَارِسُوهَا. | ١١ 11 |

| فَإِنِ اسْتَمَعْتُمْ إِلَى هَذِهِ الأَحْكَامِ وَأَطَعْتُمُوهَا وَعَمِلْتُمْ بِها، فَإِنَّ الرَّبَّ إِلَهَكُمْ يُحَافِظُ لَكُمْ عَلَى الْعَهْدِ وَالإِحْسَانِ كَمَا حَلَفَ لِآبَائِكُمْ. | ١٢ 12 |

| وَيُحِبُّكُمْ وَيُبَارِكُكُمْ وَيُكَثِّرُكُمْ، وَيُبَارِكُ ثَمَرَةَ أَحْشَائِكُمْ وَغَلَّةَ أَرْضِكُمْ مِنْ قَمْحٍ وَخَمْرٍ وَزَيْتٍ، وَيَزِيدُ مِنْ إِنْتَاجِ بَقَرِكُمْ وَنِعَاجِكُمْ عَلَى الأَرْضِ الَّتِي أَقْسَمَ لِآبَائِكُمْ أَنْ يَهَبَهَا لَكُمْ. | ١٣ 13 |
and to love: lover you and to bless you and to multiply you and to bless fruit belly: womb your and fruit land: soil your grain your and new wine your and oil your offspring cattle your and young flock your upon [the] land: soil which to swear to/for father your to/for to give: give to/for you
| وَتَكُونُونَ مُبَارَكِينَ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الشُّعُوبِ، فَلا يُوْجَدُ عَقِيمٌ وَلا عَاقِرٌ فِيكُمْ وَلا فِي بَهَائِمِكُمْ. | ١٤ 14 |
to bless to be from all [the] people not to be in/on/with you barren and barren and in/on/with animal your
| وَيَقِيكُمُ الرَّبُّ مِنْ كُلِّ عِلَّةٍ، وَكُلِّ أَمْرَاضِ مِصْرَ الْخَبِيثَةِ الَّتِي عَايَنْتُمُوهَا، وَلا يُصِيبُكُمْ بِها، بَلْ يَجْعَلُهَا عَلَى مُبْغِضِيكُمْ. | ١٥ 15 |

| وَتَسْتَأْصِلُونَ جَمِيعَ الشُّعُوبِ الَّذِينَ يُسْلِمُهُمُ الرَّبُّ إِلَيْكُمْ، فَلا تُشْفِقُوا عَلَيْهِمْ وَلا تَعْبُدُوا آلِهَتَهُمْ لأَنَّ ذَلِكَ شَرَكٌ لَكُمْ. | ١٦ 16 |
and to eat [obj] all [the] people which LORD God your to give: give to/for you not to pity eye your upon them and not to serve: minister [obj] God their for snare he/she/it to/for you
| وَإِنْ تَسَاءَلْتُمْ فِي قُلُوبِكُمْ: إِنَّ هَذِهِ الشُّعُوبَ أَكْثَرُ مِنَّا عَدَداً، فَكَيْفَ نَقْدِرُ أَنْ نَطْرُدَهُمْ؟ | ١٧ 17 |
for to say in/on/with heart your many [the] nation [the] these from me how? be able to/for to possess: take them
| لَا تَخَافُوا مِنْهُمْ بَلِ اذْكُرُوا مَا صَنَعَهُ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ بِفِرْعَوْنَ وَسَائِرِ الْمِصْرِيِّينَ. | ١٨ 18 |

| اذْكُرُوا الْوَيْلاتِ الْعَظِيمَةَ الَّتِي شَهِدَتْهَا أَعْيُنُكُمْ وَالْمُعْجِزَاتِ وَالْعَجَائِبَ وَالْقُوَّةَ الشَّدِيدَةَ وَالْقُدْرَةَ الْفَائِقَةَ الَّتِي أَخْرَجَكُمْ بِها الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ، فَهَكَذَا يَفْعَلُ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ بِجَمِيعِ الأُمَمِ الَّتِي تَخْشَوْنَهَا. | ١٩ 19 |

| وَيُرْسِلُ عَلَيْهِمِ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ الزَّنَابِيرَ وَيُبِيدُ الْبَاقِينَ الْمُحْتَجِبِينَ مِنْ وَجْهِكُمْ. | ٢٠ 20 |
and also [obj] [the] hornet to send: depart LORD God your in/on/with them till to perish [the] to remain and [the] to hide from face of your
| لَا تَرْهَبُوهُمْ، لأَنَّ الرَّبَّ إِلَهَكُمُ الْحَالَّ بَيْنَكُمْ إِلَهٌ عَظِيمٌ وَمَرْهُوبٌ. | ٢١ 21 |
not to tremble from face of their for LORD God your in/on/with entrails: among your God great: large and to fear: revere
| غَيْرَ أَنَّ الرَّبَّ إِلَهَكُمْ سَيَطْرُدُ تِلْكَ الأُمَمَ مِنْ أَمَامِكُمْ تَدْرِيجِيًّا، لِئَلّا تَتَكَاثَرَ عَلَيْكُمْ وُحُوشُ الْبَرِّيَّةِ إِنْ أَسْرَعْتُمْ بِالْقَضَاءِ عَلَيْهِمْ دَفْعَةً وَاحِدَةً. | ٢٢ 22 |
and to slip LORD God your [obj] [the] nation [the] these from face: before your little little not be able to end: finish them quickly lest to multiply upon you living thing [the] land: wildlife
| إِنَّ الرَّبَّ إِلَهَكُمْ يُسْلِمُهُمْ إِلَيْكُمْ مُوْقِعاً بِهِمِ الاضْطِرَابَ الْعَظِيمَ حَتَّى يَنْقَرِضُوا، | ٢٣ 23 |
and to give: give them LORD God your to/for face: before your and to confuse them tumult great: large till to destroy they
| وَيَجْعَلُ مُلُوكَهُمْ يَقَعُونَ فِي أَسْرِكُمْ فَتَمْحُونَ اسْمَهُمْ مِنَ الأَرْضِ. وَلَنْ يَقْدِرَ أَحَدٌ أَنْ يُجَابِهَكُمْ، فَإِنَّكُمْ تُفْنُونَهُمْ. | ٢٤ 24 |

| أَحْرِقُوا تَمَاثِيلَ آلِهَتِهِمْ وَلا تَشْتَهُوا مَا عَلَيْهَا مِنْ فِضَّةٍ وَذَهَبٍ فَتَغْنَمُوهَا لأَنْفُسِكُمْ، لِئَلّا تَقْتَنِصَكُمْ، لأَنَّهَا رِجْسٌ عِنْدَ الرَّبِّ إِلَهِكُمْ. | ٢٥ 25 |

| لَا تُدْخِلُوا شَيْئاً رِجْساً إِلَى بُيُوتِكُمْ لِئَلّا تُصْبِحُوا أَهْلاً لِلدَّمَارِ مِثْلَهُ، بَلْ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ تَسْتَقْبِحُوهُ وَتَمْقُتُوهُ، لأَنَّ مَآلَهُ الدَّمَارُ. | ٢٦ 26 |
and not to come (in): bring abomination to(wards) house: home your and to be devoted thing like him to detest to detest him and to abhor to abhor him for devoted thing he/she/it
