تَثنِيَة 24

١ 1 إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ فَتَاةٍ وَلَمْ تَرُقْ لَهُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ لأَنَّهُ اكْتَشَفَ فِيهَا عَيْباً مَا، وَأَعْطَاهَا كِتَابَ طَلاقٍ وَصَرَفَهَا مِنْ بَيْتِهِ،

for to take: take man woman: wife and rule: to marry her and to be if not to find favor in/on/with eye: appearance his for to find in/on/with her nakedness word: case and to write to/for her scroll: document divorce and to give: put in/on/with hand her and to send: divorce her from house: home his

٢ 2 فَتَزَوَّجَتْ مِنْ رَجُلٍ آخَرَ بَعْدَ أَنْ أَصْبَحَتْ طَلِيقَةً،

٣ 3 ثُمَّ كَرِهَهَا الزَّوْجُ الثَّانِي وَسَلَّمَهَا كِتَابَ طَلاقٍ وَصَرَفَهَا مِنْ بَيْتِهِ، أَوْ إِذَا مَاتَ هَذَا الزَّوْجُ،

٤ 4 فَإِنَّهُ يُحْظَرُ عَلَى زَوْجِهَا الأَوَّلِ الَّذِي طَلَّقَهَا أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَهَا مَرَّةً أُخْرَى، بَعْدَ أَنْ تَنَجَّسَتْ. لأَنَّ ذَلِكَ رِجْسٌ لَدَى الرَّبِّ. فَلا تَجْلِبُوا خَطِيئَةً عَلَى الأَرْضِ الَّتِي يَهَبُهَا الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ لَكُمْ مِيرَاثاً.

٥ 5 إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ رَجُلٌ حَدِيثاً يُعْفَى مِنَ الْجُنْدِيَّةِ وَالْمَسْؤُولِيَّاتِ الْعَسْكَرِيَّةِ لِمُدَّةِ سَنَةٍ، يَقْضِيهَا حُرّاً فِي بَيْتِهِ لِيُسْعِدَ زَوْجَتَهُ وَيَسُرَّهَا.

٦ 6 لَا يَسْتَرْهِنْ أَحَدٌ رَحىً أَوْ أَحَدَ حَجَرَيْهَا، لأَنَّهُ يَسْتَرْهِنُ مَصْدَرَ الرِّزْقِ.

٧ 7 إِذَا خَطَفَ رَجُلٌ أَحَداً مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ إِخْوَتِهِ وَاسْتَعْبَدَهُ وَبَاعَهُ، يَمُوتُ الْخَاطِفُ. فَتَجْتَثُّونَ الشَّرَّ مِنْ بَيْنِكُمْ.

١٥ 15 ادْفَعْ لَهُ أُجْرَتَهُ فِي يَوْمِهِ قَبْلَ غُرُوبِ الشَّمْسِ لأَنَّهُ فَقِيرٌ، أَجْهَدَ نَفْسَهُ لِلْحُصُولِ عَلَيْهَا. وَإلَّا تَوَجَّهَ إِلَى الرَّبِّ بِالشَّكْوَى ضِدَّكَ، فَتَكُونُ هَذِهِ عَلَيْكَ خَطِيئَةً.

١٦ 16 لَا يُقْتَلُ الآبَاءُ عِوَضاً عَنِ الأَبْنَاءِ، وَلا يُقْتَلُ الأَبْنَاءُ بَدَلاً مِنَ الآبَاءِ، فَكُلُّ إِنْسَانٍ يَتَحَمَّلُ وِزْرَ نَفْسِهِ.

١٧ 17 لَا تُحَرِّفُوا حُكْمَ الْعَدَالَةِ فَتَظْلِمُوا الْغَرِيبَ وَالْيَتِيمَ، وَلا تَسْتَرْهِنُوا ثَوْبَ الأَرْمَلَةِ،

١٨ 18 وَاذْكُرُوا أَنَّكُمْ كُنْتُمْ عَبِيداً فِي دِيَارِ مِصْرَ فَأَنْقَذَكُمُ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ. لِهَذَا أُوصِيكُمْ بِالْعَدْلِ.

١٩ 19 إِذَا حَصَدْتُمْ غَلّاتِكُمْ وَنَسِيْتُمْ حُزْمَةً فِي الْحَقْلِ فَلا تَرْجِعُوا لأَخْذِهَا، بَلِ اتْرُكُوهَا لِلْغَرِيبِ وَالْيَتِيمِ وَالأَرْمَلَةِ، لِيُبَارِكَكُمُ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ فِي كُلِّ مَا تَعْمَلُهُ أَيْدِيكُمْ.

٢٠ 20 إِذَا هَزَزْتُمْ أَشْجَارَ زَيْتُونِكُمْ لإِسْقَاطِ ثِمَارِهَا، فَلا تَلْتَقِطُوا مَا بَقِيَ فِي الأَغْصَانِ مِنْهَا، بَلِ اتْرُكُوهَا وَرَاءَكُمْ لِلْغَرِيبِ وَالْيَتِيمِ وَالأَرْمَلَةِ.

٢١ 21 إِذَا قَطَفْتُمْ كُرُومَكُمْ فَلا تُعَاوِدُوا قَطْفَ مَا بَقِيَ مِنْ عَنَاقِيدَ وَرَاءَكُمْ، بَلِ اتْرُكُوهَا لِلْغَرِيبِ وَالْيَتِيمِ وَالأَرْمَلَةِ.

٢٢ 22 وَاذْكُرُوا أَنَّكُمْ كُنْتُمْ عَبِيداً فِي دِيَارِ مِصْرَ. مِنْ أَجْلِ هَذَا أُوصِيكُمْ أَنْ تُنَفِّذُوا هَذَا الأَمْرَ.
