| كَانَ مَنَسَّى فِي الثَّانِيَةِ عَشْرَةَ مِنْ عُمْرِهِ عِنْدَمَا تَوَلَّى مَقَالِيدَ الْحُكْمِ، وَظَلَّ مَلِكاً فِي أُورُشَلِيمَ مُدَّةَ خَمْسٍ وَخَمْسِينَ سَنَةً، وَاسْمُ أُمِّهِ حَفْصِيبَةُ. | ١ 1 |
son: aged two ten year Manasseh in/on/with to reign he and fifty and five year to reign in/on/with Jerusalem and name mother his Hephzibah Hephzibah
| وَارْتَكَبَ الشَّرَّ فِي عَيْنَيِ الرَّبِّ، مُقْتَرِفاً رَجَاسَاتِ الْأُمَمِ الَّذِينَ طَرَدَهُمُ الرَّبُّ مِنْ أَمَامِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، | ٢ 2 |
and to make: do [the] bad: evil in/on/with eye: seeing LORD like/as abomination [the] nation which to possess: take LORD from face: before son: descendant/people Israel
| فَعَادَ وَشَيَّدَ مَعَابِدَ الْمُرْتَفَعَاتِ الَّتِي هَدَمَهَا أَبُوهُ حَزَقِيَّا، وَأَقَامَ مَذَابِحَ الْبَعْلِ، وَنَصَبَ تَمَاثِيلَ عَشْتَارُوثَ عَلَى غِرَارِ مَا صَنَعَ آخْابُ، وَسَجَدَ لِكَوَاكِبِ السَّمَاءِ وَعَبَدَهَا. | ٣ 3 |
and to return: rescue and to build [obj] [the] high place which to perish Hezekiah father his and to arise: raise altar to/for Baal and to make Asherah like/as as which to make: do Ahab king Israel and to bow to/for all army [the] heaven and to serve: minister [obj] them
| وَبَنَى مَذَابِحَ فِي هَيْكَلِ الرَّبِّ فِي أُورُشَلِيمَ الَّذِي قَالَ عَنْهُ الرَّبُّ: «فِي أُورُشَلِيمَ أَجَعْلُ اسْمِي». | ٤ 4 |
and to build altar in/on/with house: temple LORD which to say LORD in/on/with Jerusalem to set: put [obj] name my
| وَبَنَى فِي دَارَيْ هَيْكَلِ الرَّبِّ مَذَابِحَ لِكُلِّ كَوَاكِبِ السَّمَاءِ. | ٥ 5 |
and to build altar to/for all army [the] heaven in/on/with two court house: temple LORD
| وَأَجَازَ ابْنَهُ فِي النَّارِ، وَرَصَدَ الأَوْقَاتَ وَلَجَأَ إِلَى أَصْحَابِ الْجَانِ وَالْعَرَّافِينَ وَأَوْغَلَ فِي ارْتِكَابِ الشَّرِّ مِمَّا أَثَارَ عَلَيْهِ غَضَبَ اللهِ الرَّهِيبَ. | ٦ 6 |

| وَنَصَبَ تِمْثَالَ عَشْتَارُوثَ الَّذِي صَنَعَهُ، فِي الْهَيْكَلِ الَّذِي قَالَ الرَّبُّ عَنْهُ لِدَاوُدَ وَسُلَيْمَانَ: «فِي هَذَا الْهَيْكَلِ، وَفِي أُورُشَلِيمَ الَّتِي اخْتَرْتُهَا مِنَ الأَرْضِ، الَّتِي وَهَبْتُهَا لِآبَائِهِمْ، أَجْعَلُ اسْمِي إِلَى الأَبَدِ. | ٧ 7 |
and to set: make [obj] idol [the] Asherah which to make in/on/with house: home which to say LORD to(wards) David and to(wards) Solomon son: child his in/on/with house: home [the] this and in/on/with Jerusalem which to choose from all tribe Israel to set: put [obj] name my to/for forever: enduring
| فَإِذَا أَطَاعَ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ وَعَمِلُوا كُلَّ مَا أَمَرْتُهُمْ بِهِ، وَطَبَّقُوا الشَّرِيعَةَ الَّتِي أَوْصَاهُمْ بِها عَبْدِي مُوسَى، فَإِنَّنِي لَنْ أُزَعْزِعَ أَقْدَامَهُمْ مِنَ الأَرْضِ الَّتِي وَهَبْتُهَا لِآبَائِهِمْ». | ٨ 8 |

| لَكِنَّهُمْ عَصَوْا، بَلْ أَضَلَّهُمْ مَنَسَّى فَارْتَكَبُوا مَا هُوَ أَقْبَحُ مِمَّا تَرْتَكِبُهُ الأُمَمُ الَّتِي طَرَدَهَا الرَّبُّ مِنْ أَمَامِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ. | ٩ 9 |

| ثُمَّ قَالَ الرَّبُّ عَلَى لِسَانِ عَبِيدِهِ الأَنْبِيَاءِ: | ١٠ 10 |

| «لأَنَّ مَنَسَّى مَلِكَ يَهُوذَا اقْتَرَفَ جَمِيعَ هَذِهِ الْمُوبِقَاتِ، وَارْتَكَبَ شُرُوراً أَشَدَّ فَظَاعَةً مِنْ شُرُورِ الأَمُورِيِّينَ الَّذِينَ كَانُوا قَبْلَهُ، وَأَضَلَّ يَهُوذَا فَجَعَلَهُ يَأْثَمُ بِعِبَادَةِ أَصْنَامِهِ، | ١١ 11 |

| لِذَلِكَ يَقُولُ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُ إِسْرَائِيلَ: هَا أَنَا أَجْلِبُ شَرّاً عَلَى أُورُشَلِيمَ وَيَهُوذَا، فَتَطِنُّ أُذُنَا كُلِّ مَنْ يَسْمَعُ بِهِ. | ١٢ 12 |

| وَسأُوْقِعُ عَلَى أُورُشَلِيمَ الْعِقَابَ الَّذِي أَوْقَعْتُهُ بِالسَّامِرَةِ، وَبِأَخْآبَ وَنَسْلِهِ. وَأَمْسَحُ أُورُشَلِيمَ مِنَ الْوُجُودِ كَمَا يُمْسَحُ الطَّبَقُ مِنْ بَقَايَا الطَّعَامِ، ثُمَّ يُقْلَبُ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ لِيَجِفَّ. | ١٣ 13 |
and to stretch upon Jerusalem [obj] line Samaria and [obj] level house: household Ahab and to wipe [obj] Jerusalem like/as as which to wipe [obj] [the] dish to wipe and to overturn upon face her
| وَأَنْبِذُ بَقِيَّةَ شَعْبِي وَأُسَلِّمُهُمْ إِلَى أَيْدِي أَعْدَائِهِمْ، فَيُصْبِحُونَ غَنِيمَةً وَأَسْرَى لَهُمْ، | ١٤ 14 |

| لأَنَّهُمِ ارْتَكَبُوا الشَّرَّ فِي عَيْنَيَّ، وَأَثَارُوا سَخَطِي مُنْذُ خُرُوجِ آبَائِهِمْ مِنْ مِصْرَ إِلَى هَذَا الْيَوْمِ. | ١٥ 15 |

| وَزَادَ مَنَسَّى فَسَفَكَ دَمَ أَبْرِيَاءَ كَثِيرِينَ، حَتَّى مَلأَ أُورُشَلِيمَ مِنْ أَقْصَاهَا إِلَى أَقْصَاهَا، فَضْلاً عَنْ خَطِيئَتِهِ الَّتِي اسْتَغْوَى بِها يَهُوذَا، وَجَعَلَهُ يَرْتَكِبُ الشَّرَّ فِي عَيْنَيَّ». | ١٦ 16 |

| أَمَّا بَقِيَّةُ أَخْبَارِ مَنَسَّى وَمُنْجَزَاتُهُ وَمَا ارْتَكَبَ مِنْ خَطِيئَةٍ، أَلَيْسَتْ هِيَ مُدَوَّنَةً فِي كِتَابِ أَخْبَارِ أَيَّامِ مُلُوكِ يَهُوذَا؟ | ١٧ 17 |

| ثُمَّ مَاتَ مَنَسَّى وَدُفِنَ فِي حَدِيقَةِ قَصْرِهِ، فِي حَدِيقَةِ عُزَّا. وَخَلَفَهُ ابْنُهُ آمُونُ. | ١٨ 18 |

| وَكَانَ آمُونُ فِي الثَّانِيَةِ وَالْعِشْرِينَ مِنْ عُمْرِهِ حِينَ مَلَكَ، وَدَامَ حُكْمُهُ سَنَتَيْنِ فِي أُورُشَلِيمَ، وَاسْمُ أُمِّهِ مَشُلَّمَةُ بِنْتُ حَارُوصَ مِنْ يَطْبَةَ، | ١٩ 19 |
son: aged twenty and two year Amon in/on/with to reign he and two year to reign in/on/with Jerusalem and name mother his Meshullemeth daughter Haruz from Jotbah
| وَارْتَكَبَ الشَّرَّ فِي عَيْنَيِ الرَّبِّ مِثْلَ أَبِيهِ. | ٢٠ 20 |

| لَمْ يَحِدْ عَنْ طَرِيقِ أَبِيهِ، وَعَبَدَ الأَصْنَامَ الَّتِي عَبَدَهَا أَبُوهُ وَسَجَدَ لَهَا. | ٢١ 21 |
and to go: walk in/on/with all [the] way: conduct which to go: walk father his and to serve: minister [obj] [the] idol which to serve: minister father his and to bow to/for them
| وَتَخَلَّى عَنِ الرَّبِّ إِلَهِ آبَائِهِ، وَلَمْ يَتَّبِعْ طَرِيقَهُ. | ٢٢ 22 |
and to leave: forsake [obj] LORD God father his and not to go: walk in/on/with way: conduct LORD
| وَتَآمَرَ عَلَيْهِ رِجَالُهُ وَاغْتَالُوهُ فِي قَصْرِهِ، | ٢٣ 23 |
and to conspire servant/slave Amon upon him and to die [obj] [the] king in/on/with house: home his
| غَيْرَ أَنَّ الشَّعْبَ هَاجَمَ قَتَلَةَ الْمَلِكِ آمُونَ وَقَضَى عَلَيْهِمْ، وَنَصَّبَ يُوشِيَّا ابْنَهُ خَلَفاً لَهُ. | ٢٤ 24 |

| أَمَّا بَقِيَّةُ أَخْبَارِ آمُونَ وَمُنْجَزَاتُهُ أَلَيْسَتْ هِي مُدَوَّنَةً فِي كِتَابِ أَخْبَارِ أَيَّامِ مُلُوكِ يَهُوذَا. | ٢٥ 25 |
