| وَاخْتَارَ دَاوُدُ وَرُؤَسَاءُ الْجَيْشِ بَعْضَ أَبْنَاءِ آسَافَ وَهَيْمَانَ وَيَدُوثُونَ، لِقِيَادَةِ خَدَمَاتِ القِيَادَةِ بِإِعْلانِ رِسَالَةِ اللهِ تَصْحَبُهُمْ مُوسِيقَى الْعِيدَانِ وَالرَّبَابِ وَالصُّنُوجِ. وَهَذِهِ أَسْمَاءُ الرِّجَالِ الَّذِينَ أَدَّوْا هَذِهِ الْخَدَمَاتِ وَوَاجِبَاتُهُمْ: | ١ 1 |
So Dauid and the captaines of the armie separated for the ministerie the sonnes of Asaph, and Heman, and Ieduthun, who should sing prophesies with harpes, with violes, and with cymbales, and their nomber was euen of the men for the office of their ministerie, to wit,
| مِنْ أَبنَاءِ آسَافَ: زَكُّورُ وَيُوسُفُ وَنَثَنْيَا وَأَشَرْئِيلَةُ، وَهُمْ يَخْدُمُونَ تَحْتَ إِشْرَافِ آسَافَ الْمُتَنَبِّئِ فِيِ حَضْرَةِ الْمَلِكِ. | ٢ 2 |
Of the sonnes of Asaph, Zaccur, and Ioseph, and Nethaniah, and Asharelah the sonnes of Asaph were vnder the hand of Asaph, which sang prophesies by the commission of the King.
| مِنْ أَبْنَاءِ يَدُوثُونَ سِتَّةٌ: جَدَلْيَا وَصَرِي وَيِشْعِيَا وَشِمْعِي وَحَشَبْيَا وَمَتَّثْيَا وَهُمْ يَخْدُمونَ تَحْتَ إِشْرَافِ أَبِيهِمْ يَدُوثُونَ الْمُتَنَبِّئِ بِالْعَزْفِ عَلَى الْعُودِ لِلتَّعْبِيرِ عَنِ الْحَمْدِ وَالتَّسْبِيحِ لِلرَّبِّ. | ٣ 3 |
Of Ieduthun, the sonnes of Ieduthun, Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Ieshaiah, Ashabiah and Mattithiah, six, vnder the hands of their father: Ieduthun sang prophecies with an harpe, for to giue thankes and to praise the Lord.
| مِنْ أَبْنَاءِ هَيْمَانَ: بُقِّيَّا، وَمَتَّنْيَا، وَعُزِّيئِيلُ، وَشَبُوئِيلُ، وَيَرِيمُوثُ وَحَنَنْيَا، وَحَنَانِي وَإِيلِيآثَةُ، وَجِدَّلْتِي، وَرُومَمْتِي عَزَرُ، وَيُشْبَقَاشَةُ، وَمَلُوثِي، وَهُوثِيرُ وَمَحْزِيُوثُ. | ٤ 4 |
Of Heman, the sonnes of Heman, Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Vzziel, Shebuel, and Ierimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamtiezer, Ioshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth.
| وَجَمِيعُ هَؤُلاءِ هُمْ أَبْنَاءُ هَيْمَانَ نَبِيِّ الْمَلِكِ، وَقَدْ رَزَقَهُ الرَّبُّ أَرْبَعَةَ عَشَرَ ابْناً وَثَلاثَ بَنَاتٍ، تَحْقِيقاً لِوَعْدِهِ، لِيَرْفَعَ مِنْ شَأْنِهِ. | ٥ 5 |
All these were the sonnes of Heman, the Kings Seer in the wordes of God to lift vp the horne: and God gaue to Heman fourtene sonnes and three daughters.
| وكَانُوا جَمِيعُهُمْ يُجِيدُونَ الْعَزْفَ عَلَى الصُّنُوجِ وَالرَّبَابِ وَالْعِيدَانِ، بِقِيَادَةِ أَبِيهِمْ، لِلاشْتِرَاكِ فِي الْعِبَادَةِ بِالْهَيْكَلِ. وَكَانَ آسَافُ وَيَدُوثُونُ وَهَيْمَانُ يَتَلَقَّوْنَ تَعْلِيمَاتِهِمْ مِنَ الْمَلِكِ. | ٦ 6 |
All these were vnder the hande of their father, singing in the house of the Lord with cymbales, violes and harpes, for the seruice of the house of God, and Asaph, and Ieduthun, and Heman were at the Kings commandement.
| وَقَدْ بَلَغَ عَدَدُهُمْ مَعَ بَقِيَّةِ أَقْرِبَائِهِمْ مِئَتَيْنِ وَثَمَانِيَةً وَثَمَانِينَ لاوِيًّا، وَجَمِيعُهُمْ بَارِعُونَ فِي الْعَزْفِ وَالتَّرْتِيلِ لِلرَّبِّ. | ٧ 7 |
So was their nomber with their brethre that were instruct in ye songs of the Lord, euen of al that were cunning, two hundreth foure score and eight.
| وَقَدْ حَدَّدُوا مَسْؤولِيَّاتِ عَمَلِهِمْ عَنْ طَرِيقِ الْقُرْعَةِ، بِغَضِّ النَّظَرِ عَنِ الْعُمْرِ أَوِ الْكَفَاءَةِ. | ٨ 8 |
And they cast lottes, charge against charge, aswel small as great, the cunning man as the scholer.
| فَوَقَعَتِ الْقُرْعَةُ الأُولَى لِيُوسُفَ مِنْ عَائِلَةِ آسَافَ، وَالثَّانِيَةُ لِجَدَلْيَا وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَأَبْنَائِهِ، وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً، | ٩ 9 |
And the first lot fell to Ioseph which was of Asaph, the second, to Gedaliah, who with his brethren and his sonnes were twelue.
| وَالثَّالِثَةُ لِزَكُّورَ، وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ١٠ 10 |
The third, to Zaccur, he, his sonnes and his brethren were twelue.
| وَالرَّابِعَةُ لِيَصْرِي وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ١١ 11 |
The fourth, to Izri, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالخَامِسَةُ لِنَثَنْيَا وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ١٢ 12 |
The fift, to Nethaniah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالسَّادِسَةُ لِبُقِّيَّا وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ١٣ 13 |
The sixt, to Bukkiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالسَّابِعَةُ لِيَشَرِئِيلَةَ وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ١٤ 14 |
The seuenth, to Iesharelah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالثَّامِنَةُ لِيَشْعِيَا وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ١٥ 15 |
The eight, to Ieshaiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالتَّاسِعَةُ لِمَتَّنْيَا وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ١٦ 16 |
The ninth, to Mattaniah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالعَاشِرَةُ لِشِمْعِي وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ١٧ 17 |
The tenth, to Shimei, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالْحَادِيَةُ عَشْرَةَ لِعَزَرْئِيلَ وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ١٨ 18 |
The eleuenth, to Azareel, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالثَّانِيَةُ عَشْرَةَ لِحَشَبْيَا وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ١٩ 19 |
The twelft, to Ashabiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالثَّالِثَةُ عَشْرَةَ لِشُوبَائِيلَ وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ٢٠ 20 |
The thirteenth, to Shubael, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| والرَّابِعَةُ عَشْرَةَ لِمَتَّثْيَا وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ٢١ 21 |
The fourtenth, to Mattithiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالخَامِسَةُ عَشْرَةَ لِيَرِيمُوثَ وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ٢٢ 22 |
The fifteenth, to Ierimoth, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالسَّادِسَةُ عَشْرَةَ لِحَنَنْيَا وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ٢٣ 23 |
The sixteenth, to Hananiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالسَّابِعَةُ عَشْرَةَ لِيَشْبَقَاشَةَ وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ٢٤ 24 |
The seuenteenth, to Ioshbekashah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالثَّامِنَةُ عَشْرَةَ لِحَنَانِي وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ٢٥ 25 |
The eighteenth, to Hanani, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالتَّاسِعَةُ عَشْرَةَ لِمَلُّوثِي وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ٢٦ 26 |
The ninteenth, to Mallothi, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالعِشْرُونَ لإِيلِيَآثَةَ وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ٢٧ 27 |
The twentieth, to Eliathah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالحَادِيَةُ وَالعِشْرُونَ لِهُوثِيرَ وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ٢٨ 28 |
The one and twentieth, to Hothir, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالثَّانِيَةُ وَالعِشْرُونَ لِجِدَّلْتِي وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ٢٩ 29 |
The two and twentieth, to Giddalti, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالثَّالِثَةُ وَالعِشْرُونَ لِمَحْزِيُوثَ وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ٣٠ 30 |
The three and twentieth, to Mahazioth, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
| وَالرَّابِعَةُ وَالعِشْرُونَ لِرُومَمْتِي عَزَرَ وَأَبْنَائِهِ وَأَقْرِبَائِهِ وَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. | ٣١ 31 |
The foure and twentieth, to Romamti-ezer, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
