اَلْمَزَامِيرُ 94
| يَا إِلَهَ ٱلنَّقَمَاتِ يَارَبُّ، يَا إِلَهَ ٱلنَّقَمَاتِ، أَشْرِقِ. | ١ 1 |
Yahweh, God who avenges, God who avenges, shine over us.
| ٱرْتَفِعْ يَا دَيَّانَ ٱلْأَرْضِ. جَازِ صَنِيعَ ٱلْمُسْتَكْبِرِينَ. | ٢ 2 |
Rise up, judge of the earth, give to the proud what they deserve.
| حَتَّى مَتَى ٱلْخُطَاةُ يَارَبُّ، حَتَّى مَتَى ٱلْخُطَاةُ يَشْمَتُونَ؟ | ٣ 3 |
How long will the wicked, Yahweh, how long will the wicked rejoice?
| يُبِقُّونَ، يَتَكَلَّمُونَ بِوَقَاحَةٍ. كُلُّ فَاعِلِي ٱلْإِثْمِ يَفْتَخِرُونَ. | ٤ 4 |
They pour out their arrogant words; all those who do evil boast.
| يَسْحَقُونَ شَعْبَكَ يَارَبُّ، وَيُذِلُّونَ مِيرَاثَكَ. | ٥ 5 |
They crush your people, Yahweh; they afflict the nation that belongs to you.
| يَقْتُلُونَ ٱلْأَرْمَلَةَ وَٱلْغَرِيبَ، وَيُمِيتُونَ ٱلْيَتِيمَ. | ٦ 6 |
They kill the widow and foreigner who lives in their country, and they murder the fatherless.
| وَيَقُولُونَ: «ٱلرَّبُّ لَا يُبْصِرُ، وَإِلَهُ يَعْقُوبَ لَا يُلَاحِظُ». | ٧ 7 |
They say, “Yahweh will not see, the God of Jacob does not take notice of it.”
| اِفْهَمُوا أَيُّهَا ٱلْبُلَدَاءُ فِي ٱلشَّعْبِ، وَيَا جُهَلَاءُ مَتَى تَعْقِلُونَ؟ | ٨ 8 |
Understand, you stupid people! You fools, when will you ever learn?
| ٱلْغَارِسُ ٱلْأُذُنِ أَلَا يَسْمَعُ؟ ٱلصَّانِعُ ٱلْعَيْنَ أَلَا يُبْصِرُ؟ | ٩ 9 |
He who made the ear, does he not hear? He who formed the eye, does he not see?
| ٱلْمُؤَدِّبُ ٱلْأُمَمَ أَلَا يُبَكِّتُ؟ ٱلْمُعَلِّمُ ٱلْإِنْسَانَ مَعْرِفَةً. | ١٠ 10 |
He who disciplines the nations, does he not correct? He is the one who gives knowledge to man.
| ٱلرَّبُّ يَعْرِفُ أَفْكَارَ ٱلْإِنْسَانِ أَنَّهَا بَاطِلَةٌ. | ١١ 11 |
Yahweh knows the thoughts of men, that they are vapor.
| طُوبَى لِلرَّجُلِ ٱلَّذِي تُؤَدِّبُهُ يَارَبُّ، وَتُعَلِّمُهُ مِنْ شَرِيعَتِكَ | ١٢ 12 |
Blessed is the one whom you instruct, Yahweh, the one whom you teach from your law.
| لِتُرِيحَهُ مِنْ أَيَّامِ ٱلشَّرِّ، حَتَّى تُحْفَرَ لِلشِّرِّيرِ حُفْرَةٌ. | ١٣ 13 |
You give him rest in times of trouble until a pit is dug for the wicked.
| لِأَنَّ ٱلرَّبَّ لَا يَرْفُضُ شَعْبَهُ، وَلَا يَتْرُكُ مِيرَاثَهُ. | ١٤ 14 |
For Yahweh will not forsake his people or abandon his inheritance.
| لِأَنَّهُ إِلَى ٱلْعَدْلِ يَرْجِعُ ٱلْقَضَاءُ، وَعَلَى أَثَرِهِ كُلُّ مُسْتَقِيمِي ٱلْقُلُوبِ. | ١٥ 15 |
For judgment will again be righteous; and all the upright in heart will follow it.
| مَنْ يَقُومُ لِي عَلَى ٱلْمُسِيئِينَ؟ مَنْ يَقِفُ لِي ضِدَّ فَعَلَةِ ٱلْإِثْمِ؟ | ١٦ 16 |
Who will rise up to defend me against the evildoers? Who will stand up for me against the wicked?
| لَوْلَا أَنَّ ٱلرَّبَّ مُعِينِي، لَسَكَنَتْ نَفْسِي سَرِيعًا أَرْضَ ٱلسُّكُوتِ. | ١٧ 17 |
Unless Yahweh had been my help, I would soon be lying down in the place of silence.
| إِذْ قُلْتُ: «قَدْ زَلَّتْ قَدَمِي» فَرَحْمَتُكَ يَارَبُّ تَعْضُدُنِي. | ١٨ 18 |
When I said, “My foot is slipping,” Your covenant faithfulness, Yahweh, held me up.
| عِنْدَ كَثْرَةِ هُمُومِي فِي دَاخِلِي، تَعْزِيَاتُكَ تُلَذِّذُ نَفْسِي. | ١٩ 19 |
When cares within me are many, your consolations make me happy.
| هَلْ يُعَاهِدُكَ كُرْسِيُّ ٱلْمَفَاسِدِ، ٱلْمُخْتَلِقُ إِثْمًا عَلَى فَرِيضَةٍ؟ | ٢٠ 20 |
Can a throne of destruction be allied with you, one who creates injustice by statute?
| يَزْدَحِمُونَ عَلَى نَفْسِ ٱلصِّدِّيقِ، وَيَحْكُمُونَ عَلَى دَمٍ زَكِيٍّ. | ٢١ 21 |
They conspire together to take the life of the righteous and they condemn the innocent to death.
| فَكَانَ ٱلرَّبُّ لِي صَرْحًا، وَإِلَهِي صَخْرَةَ مَلْجَإِي. | ٢٢ 22 |
But Yahweh has been my high tower, and my God has been the rock of my refuge.
| وَيَرُدُّ عَلَيْهِمْ إِثْمَهُمْ، وَبِشَرِّهِمْ يُفْنِيهِمْ. يُفْنِيهِمُ ٱلرَّبُّ إِلَهُنَا. | ٢٣ 23 |
He will bring on them their own iniquity and will cut them off in their own wickedness. Yahweh our God will cut them off.
