اَلْمَزَامِيرُ 29

١ 1 مَزْمُورٌ لِدَاوُدَ قَدِّمُوا لِلرَّبِّ يَا أَبْنَاءَ ٱللهِ، قَدِّمُوا لِلرَّبِّ مَجْدًا وَعِزًّا.

[A Psalm by David.] Ascribe to Jehovah, you sons of the mighty, ascribe to Jehovah glory and strength.

٢ 2 قَدِّمُوا لِلرَّبِّ مَجْدَ ٱسْمِهِ. ٱسْجُدُوا لِلرَّبِّ فِي زِينَةٍ مُقَدَّسَةٍ.

Ascribe to Jehovah the glory due to his name. Worship Jehovah in holy array.

٣ 3 صَوْتُ ٱلرَّبِّ عَلَى ٱلْمِيَاهِ. إِلَهُ ٱلْمَجْدِ أَرْعَدَ. ٱلرَّبُّ فَوْقَ ٱلْمِيَاهِ ٱلْكَثِيرَةِ.

The voice of Jehovah is on the waters. The God of glory thunders, even Jehovah on many waters.

٤ 4 صَوْتُ ٱلرَّبِّ بِٱلْقُوَّةِ. صَوْتُ ٱلرَّبِّ بِٱلْجَلَالِ.

The voice of Jehovah is powerful. The voice of Jehovah is full of majesty.

٥ 5 صَوْتُ ٱلرَّبِّ مُكَسِّرُ ٱلْأَرْزِ، وَيُكَسِّرُ ٱلرَّبُّ أَرْزَ لُبْنَانَ

The voice of Jehovah breaks the cedars. Yes, Jehovah breaks in pieces the cedars of Lebanon.

٦ 6 وَيُمْرِحُهَا مِثْلَ عِجْلٍ. لُبْنَانَ وَسِرْيُونَ مِثْلَ فَرِيرِ ٱلْبَقَرِ ٱلْوَحْشِيِّ.

He makes them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young, wild ox.

٧ 7 صَوْتُ ٱلرَّبِّ يَقْدَحُ لُهُبَ نَارٍ.

The voice of Jehovah strikes with flashes of lightning.

٨ 8 صَوْتُ ٱلرَّبِّ يُزَلْزِلُ ٱلْبَرِّيَّةَ. يُزَلْزِلُ ٱلرَّبُّ بَرِيَّةَ قَادِشَ.

The voice of Jehovah shakes the wilderness. Jehovah shakes the wilderness of Kadesh.

٩ 9 صَوْتُ ٱلرَّبِّ يُوَلِّدُ ٱلْإِيَّلَ، وَيَكْشِفُ ٱلْوُعُورَ، وَفِي هَيْكَلِهِ ٱلْكُلُّ قَائِلٌ: «مَجْدٌ».

The voice of Jehovah makes the large trees tremble, and strips the forests bare. In his temple everything says, "Glory."

١٠ 10 ٱلرَّبُّ بِٱلطُّوفَانِ جَلَسَ، وَيَجْلِسُ ٱلرَّبُّ مَلِكًا إِلَى ٱلْأَبَدِ.

Jehovah sat enthroned at the Flood. Yes, Jehovah sits as King forever.

١١ 11 ٱلرَّبُّ يُعْطِي عِزًّا لِشَعْبِهِ. ٱلرَّبُّ يُبَارِكُ شَعْبَهُ بِٱلسَّلَامِ.

Jehovah will give strength to his people. Jehovah will bless his people with peace.
