اَلْمَزَامِيرُ 25

١ 1 لِدَاوُدَ إِلَيْكَ يَارَبُّ أَرْفَعُ نَفْسِي.

BY DAVID. [ALEPH-BET] To You, O YHWH, I lift up my soul.

٢ 2 يَا إِلَهِي عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ، فَلَا تَدَعْنِي أَخْزَى. لَا تَشْمَتْ بِي أَعْدَائِي.

My God, in You I have trusted, Do not let me be ashamed, Do not let my enemies exult over me.

٣ 3 أَيْضًا كُلُّ مُنْتَظِرِيكَ لَا يَخْزَوْا. لِيَخْزَ ٱلْغَادِرُونَ بِلَا سَبَبٍ.

Also let none waiting on You be ashamed, Let the treacherous dealers without cause be ashamed.

٤ 4 طُرُقَكَ يَارَبُّ عَرِّفْنِي. سُبُلَكَ عَلِّمْنِي.

Your ways, O YHWH, cause me to know, You teach me Your paths.

٥ 5 دَرِّبْنِي فِي حَقِّكَ وَعَلِّمْنِي، لِأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ إِلَهُ خَلَاصِي. إِيَّاكَ ٱنْتَظَرْتُ ٱلْيَوْمَ كُلَّهُ.

Cause me to tread in Your truth, and teach me, For You [are] the God of my salvation, Near You I have waited all the day.

٦ 6 ٱذْكُرْ مَرَاحِمَكَ يَارَبُّ وَإِحْسَانَاتِكَ، لِأَنَّهَا مُنْذُ ٱلْأَزَلِ هِيَ.

Remember Your mercies, O YHWH, And Your kindnesses, for they [are] from the age.

٧ 7 لَا تَذْكُرْ خَطَايَا صِبَايَ وَلَا مَعَاصِيَّ. كَرَحْمَتِكَ ٱذْكُرْنِي أَنْتَ مِنْ أَجْلِ جُودِكَ يَارَبُّ.

Sins of my youth, and my transgressions, Do not remember. According to Your kindness be mindful of me, For Your goodness’ sake, O YHWH.

٨ 8 اَلرَّبُّ صَالِحٌ وَمُسْتَقِيمٌ، لِذَلِكَ يُعَلِّمُ ٱلْخُطَاةَ ٱلطَّرِيقَ.

Good and upright [is] YHWH, Therefore He directs sinners in the way.

٩ 9 يُدَرِّبُ ٱلْوُدَعَاءَ فِي ٱلْحَقِّ، وَيُعَلِّمُ ٱلْوُدَعَاءَ طُرُقَهُ.

He causes the humble to tread in judgment, And teaches the humble His way.

١٠ 10 كُلُّ سُبُلِ ٱلرَّبِّ رَحْمَةٌ وَحَقٌّ لِحَافِظِي عَهْدِهِ وَشَهَادَاتِهِ.

All the paths of YHWH [are] kindness and truth, To those keeping His covenant, And His testimonies.

١١ 11 مِنْ أَجْلِ ٱسْمِكَ يَارَبُّ ٱغْفِرْ إِثْمِي لِأَنَّهُ عَظِيمٌ.

For Your Name’s sake, O YHWH, You have pardoned my iniquity, for it [is] great.

١٢ 12 مَنْ هُوَ ٱلْإِنْسَانُ ٱلْخَائِفُ ٱلرَّبَّ؟ يُعَلِّمُهُ طَرِيقًا يَخْتَارُهُ.

Who [is] this—the man fearing YHWH? He directs him in the way He chooses.

١٣ 13 نَفْسُهُ فِي ٱلْخَيْرِ تَبِيتُ، وَنَسْلُهُ يَرِثُ ٱلْأَرْضَ.

His soul remains in good, And his seed possesses the land.

١٤ 14 سِرُّ ٱلرَّبِّ لِخَائِفِيهِ، وَعَهْدُهُ لِتَعْلِيمِهِمْ.

The secret of YHWH [is] for those fearing Him, And His covenant—to cause them to know.

١٥ 15 عَيْنَايَ دَائِمًا إِلَى ٱلرَّبِّ، لِأَنَّهُ هُوَ يُخْرِجُ رِجْلَيَّ مِنَ ٱلشَّبَكَةِ.

My eyes [are] continually to YHWH, For He brings my feet out from a net.

١٦ 16 اِلْتَفِتْ إِلَيَّ وَٱرْحَمْنِي، لِأَنِّي وَحْدٌ وَمِسْكِينٌ أَنَا.

Turn to me, and favor me, For I [am] lonely and afflicted.

١٧ 17 اُفْرُجْ ضِيقَاتِ قَلْبِي. مِنْ شَدَائِدِي أَخْرِجْنِي.

The distresses of my heart have enlarged themselves, Bring me out from my distresses.

١٨ 18 ٱنْظُرْ إِلَى ذُلِّي وَتَعَبِي، وَٱغْفِرْ جَمِيعَ خَطَايَايَ.

See my affliction and my misery, And bear with all my sins.

١٩ 19 ٱنْظُرْ إِلَى أَعْدَائِي لِأَنَّهُمْ قَدْ كَثُرُوا، وَبُغْضًا ظُلْمًا أَبْغَضُونِي.

See my enemies, for they have been many, And they have hated me with violent hatred.

٢٠ 20 ٱحْفَظْ نَفْسِي وَأَنْقِذْنِي. لَا أُخْزَى لِأَنِّي عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ.

Keep my soul, and deliver me, Do not let me be ashamed, for I trusted in You.

٢١ 21 يَحْفَظُنِي ٱلْكَمَالُ وَٱلِٱسْتِقَامَةُ، لِأَنِّي ٱنْتَظَرْتُكَ.

Integrity and uprightness keep me, For I have waited [on] You.

٢٢ 22 يَا ٱللهُ، ٱفْدِ إِسْرَائِيلَ مِنْ كُلِّ ضِيقَاتِهِ.

Redeem Israel, O God, from all his distresses!
