اَلْمَزَامِيرُ 108

١ 1 تَسْبِيحَةٌ. مَزْمُورٌ لِدَاوُدَ ثَابِتٌ قَلْبِي يَا ٱللهُ. أُغَنِّي وَأُرَنِّمُ. كَذَلِكَ مَجْدِي.

A Song, a Psalm of David. Prepared is my heart, O God, I sing, yea, I sing praise, also my honour.

٢ 2 ٱسْتَيْقِظِي أَيَّتُهَا ٱلرَّبَابُ وَٱلْعُودُ. أَنَا أَسْتَيْقِظُ سَحَرًا.

Awake, psaltery and harp, I awake the dawn.

٣ 3 أَحْمَدُكَ بَيْنَ ٱلشُّعُوبِ يَارَبُّ، وَأُرَنِّمُ لَكَ بَيْنَ ٱلْأُمَمِ.

I thank Thee among peoples, O Jehovah, And I praise Thee among the nations.

٤ 4 لِأَنَّ رَحْمَتَكَ قَدْ عَظُمَتْ فَوْقَ ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ، وَإِلَى ٱلْغَمَامِ حَقُّكَ.

For great above the heavens [is] Thy kindness, And unto the clouds Thy truth.

٥ 5 ٱرْتَفِعِ ٱللَّهُمَّ عَلَى ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ، وَلْيَرْتَفِعْ عَلَى كُلِّ ٱلْأَرْضِ مَجْدُكَ.

Be Thou exalted above the heavens, O God, And above all the earth Thy honour.

٦ 6 لِكَيْ يَنْجُوَ أَحِبَّاؤُكَ. خَلِّصْ بِيَمِينِكَ وَٱسْتَجِبْ لِي.

That Thy beloved ones may be delivered, Save [with] Thy right hand, and answer us.

٧ 7 ٱللهُ قَدْ تَكَلَّمَ بِقُدْسِهِ: «أَبْتَهِجُ، أَقْسِمُ شَكِيمَ، وَأَقِيسُ وَادِيَ سُكُّوتَ.

God hath spoken in His holiness: I exult, I apportion Shechem, And the valley of Succoth I measure,

٨ 8 لِي جِلْعَادُ، لِي مَنَسَّى. إِفْرَايِمُ خُوذَةُ رَأْسِي. يَهُوذَا صَوْلَجَانِي.

Mine [is] Gilead, mine [is] Manasseh, And Ephraim [is] the strength of my head, Judah [is] my lawgiver,

٩ 9 مُوآبُ مِرْحَضَتِيْ. عَلَى أَدُومَ أَطْرَحُ نَعْلِي. يَا فَلَسْطِينُ ٱهْتِفِي عَلَيَّ».

Moab [is] a pot for my washing, Upon Edom I cast my shoe, Over Philistia I shout habitually.

١٠ 10 مَنْ يَقُودُنِي إِلَى ٱلْمَدِينَةِ ٱلْمُحَصَّنَةِ؟ مَنْ يَهْدِينِي إِلَى أَدُومَ؟

Who doth bring me in to the fenced city? Who hath led me unto Edom?

١١ 11 أَلَيْسَ أَنْتَ يَا ٱللهُ ٱلَّذِي رَفَضْتَنَا، وَلَا تَخْرُجُ يَا ٱللهُ مَعَ جُيُوشِنَا؟

Hast not Thou, O God, cast us off? And Thou goest not out, O God, with our hosts!

١٢ 12 أَعْطِنَا عَوْنًا فِي ٱلضِّيقِ، فَبَاطِلٌ هُوَ خَلَاصُ ٱلْإِنْسَانِ.

Give to us help from adversity, And vain is the salvation of man.

١٣ 13 بِٱللهِ نَصْنَعُ بِبَأْسٍ، وَهُوَ يَدُوسُ أَعْدَاءَنَا.

In God we do mightily, And He doth tread down our adversaries!
