أَيُّوبَ 40

١ 1 فَأَجَابَ ٱلرَّبُّ أَيُّوبَ فَقَالَ:

And he answered Yahweh Job and he said.

٢ 2 «هَلْ يُخَاصِمُ ٱلْقَدِيرَ مُوَبِّخُهُ، أَمِ ٱلْمُحَاجُّ ٱللهَ يُجَاوِبُهُ؟».

¿ Will he contend with [the] Almighty a faultfinder [one who] corrects God let him answer him.

٣ 3 فَأَجَابَ أَيُّوبُ ٱلرَّبَّ وَقَالَ:

And he answered Job Yahweh and he said.

٤ 4 «هَا أَنَا حَقِيرٌ، فَمَاذَا أُجَاوِبُكَ؟ وَضَعْتُ يَدِي عَلَى فَمِي.

Here! I am insignificant what? will I respond to you hand my I put to mouth my.

٥ 5 مَرَّةً تَكَلَّمْتُ فَلَا أُجِيبُ، وَمَرَّتَيْنِ فَلَا أَزِيدُ».

One [time] I have spoken and not I will answer and two [times] and not I will repeat.

٦ 6 فَأَجَابَ ٱلرَّبُّ أَيُّوبَ مِنَ ٱلْعَاصِفَةِ فَقَالَ:

And he answered Yahweh Job (from - *Q(K)*) (a tempest *Q(k)*) and he said.

٧ 7 «ٱلْآنَ شُدَّ حَقْوَيْكَ كَرَجُلٍ. أَسْأَلُكَ فَتُعْلِمُنِي.

Gird up please like a man loins your I will ask you and make known to me.

٨ 8 لَعَلَّكَ تُنَاقِضُ حُكْمِي، تَسْتَذْنِبُنِي لِكَيْ تَتَبَرَّرَ أَنْتَ؟

¿ Even will you annul justice my will you condemn as guilty? me so that you may be justified.

٩ 9 هَلْ لَكَ ذِرَاعٌ كَمَا لِلهِ، وَبِصَوْتٍ مِثْلِ صَوْتِهِ تُرْعِدُ؟

And or? [does] an arm like God - [belong] to you? and with a voice like him will you thunder?

١٠ 10 تَزَيَّنِ ٱلْآنَ بِٱلْجَلَالِ وَٱلْعِزِّ، وَٱلْبَسِ ٱلْمَجْدَ وَٱلْبَهَاءَ.

Deck yourself please majesty and dignity and glory and honor you will be clothed.

١١ 11 فَرِّقْ فَيْضَ غَضَبِكَ، وَٱنْظُرْ كُلَّ مُتَعَظِّمٍ وَٱخْفِضْهُ.

Scatter [the] furi of anger your and see every proud [person] and bring low him.

١٢ 12 اُنْظُرْ إِلَى كُلِّ مُتَعَظِّمٍ وَذَلِّلْهُ، وَدُسِ ٱلْأَشْرَارَ فِي مَكَانِهِمِ.

See every proud [person] humble him and tread down wicked [people] in place their.

١٣ 13 ٱطْمِرْهُمْ فِي ٱلتُّرَابِ مَعًا، وَٱحْبِسْ وُجُوهَهُمْ فِي ٱلظَّلَامِ.

Hide them in the dust together faces their bind up in the hidden [place].

١٤ 14 فَأَنَا أَيْضًا أَحْمَدُكَ لِأَنَّ يَمِينَكَ تُخَلِّصُكَ.

And also I I will praise you that it will save you right [hand] your.

١٥ 15 «هُوَذَا بَهِيمُوثُ ٱلَّذِي صَنَعْتُهُ مَعَكَ يَأْكُلُ ٱلْعُشْبَ مِثْلَ ٱلْبَقَرِ.

There! please Behemoth which I made with you grass like ox it eats.

١٦ 16 هَا هِيَ قُوَّتُهُ فِي مَتْنَيْهِ، وَشِدَّتُهُ فِي عَضَلِ بَطْنِهِ.

There! please strength its [is] in loins its and power its in [the] muscles of belly its.

١٧ 17 يَخْفِضُ ذَنَبَهُ كَأَرْزَةٍ. عُرُوقُ فَخِذَيْهِ مَضْفُورَةٌ.

It stiffens tail its like a cedar [the] sinews of (thighs its *Q(K)*) they are intertwined.

١٨ 18 عِظَامُهُ أَنَابِيبُ نُحَاسٍ، جِرْمُهَا حَدِيدٌ مَمْطُولٌ.

Bones its [are] tubes of bronze limbs its [are] like a rod of iron.

١٩ 19 هُوَ أَوَّلُ أَعْمَالِ ٱللهِ. ٱلَّذِي صَنَعَهُ أَعْطَاهُ سَيْفَهُ.

It [is] [the] first of [the] ways of God the [one who] made it let him bring near sword his.

٢٠ 20 لِأَنَّ ٱلْجِبَالَ تُخْرِجُ لَهُ مَرْعًى، وَجَمِيعَ وُحُوشِ ٱلْبَرِّ تَلْعَبُ هُنَاكَ.

For [the] beast[s] of [the] mountains they carry to it and every animal of the field they play there.

٢١ 21 تَحْتَ ٱلسِّدْرَاتِ يَضْطَجِعُ فِي سِتْرِ ٱلْقَصَبِ وَٱلْغَمِقَةِ.

Under thorny lotus plants it lies in a hiding place of reed[s] and swamp.

٢٢ 22 تُظَلِّلُهُ ٱلسِّدْرَاتُ بِظِلِّهَا. يُحِيطُ بِهِ صَفْصَافُ ٱلسَّوَاقِي.

They cover it thorny lotus plants shade its they surround it [the] poplars of [the] wadi.

٢٣ 23 هُوَذَا ٱلنَّهْرُ يَفِيضُ فَلَا يَفِرُّ هُوَ. يَطْمَئِنُّ وَلَوِ ٱنْدَفَقَ ٱلْأُرْدُنُّ فِي فَمِهِ.

There! it is violent [the] river not it is alarmed it is confident - for it bursts forth [the] Jordan to mouth its.

٢٤ 24 هَلْ يُؤْخَذُ مِنْ أَمَامِهِ؟ هَلْ يُثْقَبُ أَنْفُهُ بِخِزَامَةٍ؟

By eyes its will anyone take? it with snares will anyone pierce? a nose.
