< إِشَعْيَاءَ 31 >
وَيْلٌ لِلَّذِينَ يَنْزِلُونَ إِلَى مِصْرَ لِلْمَعُونَةِ، وَيَسْتَنِدُونَ عَلَى ٱلْخَيْلِ وَيَتَوَكَّلُونَ عَلَى ٱلْمَرْكَبَاتِ لِأَنَّهَا كَثِيرَةٌ، وَعَلَى ٱلْفُرْسَانِ لِأَنَّهُمْ أَقْوِيَاءُ جِدًّا، وَلَا يَنْظُرُونَ إِلَى قُدُّوسِ إِسْرَائِيلَ وَلَا يَطْلُبُونَ ٱلرَّبَّ. | ١ 1 |
woe! [the] to go down Egypt to/for help upon horse to lean and to trust upon chariot for many and upon horseman for be vast much and not to gaze upon holy Israel and [obj] LORD not to seek
وَهُوَ أَيْضًا حَكِيمٌ وَيَأْتِي بِٱلشَّرِّ وَلَا يَرْجِعُ بِكَلَامِهِ، وَيَقُومُ عَلَى بَيْتِ فَاعِلِي ٱلشَّرِّ وَعَلَى مَعُونَةِ فَاعِلِي ٱلْإِثْمِ. | ٢ 2 |
and also he/she/it wise and to come (in): bring bad: evil and [obj] word his not to turn aside: turn aside and to arise: rise upon house: household be evil and upon help to work evil: wickedness
وَأَمَّا ٱلْمِصْرِيُّونَ فَهُمْ أُنَاسٌ لَا آلِهَةٌ، وَخَيْلُهُمْ جَسَدٌ لَا رُوحٌ. وَٱلرَّبُّ يَمُدُّ يَدَهُ فَيَعْثُرُ ٱلْمُعِينُ، وَيَسْقُطُ ٱلْمُعَانُ وَيَفْنَيَانِ كِلَاهُمَا مَعًا. | ٣ 3 |
and Egypt man and not God and horse their flesh and not spirit and LORD to stretch hand his and to stumble to help and to fall: fall to help and together all their to end: destroy [emph?]
لِأَنَّهُ هَكَذَا قَالَ لِيَ ٱلرَّبُّ: «كَمَا يَهِرُّ فَوْقَ فَرِيسَتِهِ ٱلْأَسَدُ وَٱلشِّبْلُ ٱلَّذِي يُدْعَى عَلَيْهِ جَمَاعَةٌ مِنَ ٱلرُّعَاةِ وَهُوَ لَا يَرْتَاعُ مِنْ صَوْتِهِمْ وَلَا يَتَذَلَّلُ لِجُمْهُورِهِمْ، هَكَذَا يَنْزِلُ رَبُّ ٱلْجُنُودِ لِلْمُحَارَبَةِ عَنْ جَبَلِ صِهْيَوْنَ وَعَنْ أَكَمَتِهَا. | ٤ 4 |
for thus to say LORD to(wards) me like/as as which to mutter [the] lion and [the] lion upon prey his which to call: call to upon him fullness to pasture from voice their not to to be dismayed and from crowd their not to afflict so to go down LORD Hosts to/for to serve upon mountain: mount Zion and upon hill her
كَطُيُورٍ مُرِفَّةٍ هَكَذَا يُحَامِي رَبُّ ٱلْجُنُودِ عَنْ أُورُشَلِيمَ. يُحَامِي فَيُنْقِذُ. يَعْفُو فَيُنَجِّي». | ٥ 5 |

اِرْجِعُوا إِلَى ٱلَّذِي ٱرْتَدَّ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْهُ مُتَعَمِّقِينَ. | ٦ 6 |

لِأَنْ فِي ذَلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمِ يَرْفُضُونَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ أَوْثَانَ فِضَّتِهِ وَأَوْثَانَ ذَهَبِهِ ٱلَّتِي صَنَعَتْهَا لَكُمْ أَيْدِيكُمْ خَطِيئَةً. | ٧ 7 |

وَيَسْقُطُ أَشُّورُ بِسَيْفِ غَيْرِ رَجُلٍ، وَسَيْفُ غَيْرِ إِنْسَانٍ يَأْكُلُهُ، فَيَهْرُبُ مِنْ أَمَامِ ٱلسَّيْفِ، وَيَكُونُ مُخْتَارُوهُ تَحْتَ ٱلْجِزْيَةِ. | ٨ 8 |

وَصَخْرُهُ مِنَ ٱلْخَوْفِ يَزُولُ، وَمِنَ ٱلرَّايَةِ يَرْتَعِبُ رُؤَسَاؤُهُ، يَقُولُ ٱلرَّبُّ ٱلَّذِي لَهُ نَارٌ فِي صِهْيَوْنَ، وَلَهُ تَنُّورٌ فِي أُورُشَلِيمَ. | ٩ 9 |
