١ بطرس 5
| أَطْلُبُ إِلَى ٱلشُّيُوخِ ٱلَّذِينَ بَيْنَكُمْ، أَنَا ٱلشَّيْخَ رَفِيقَهُمْ، وَٱلشَّاهِدَ لِآلَامِ ٱلْمَسِيحِ، وَشَرِيكَ ٱلْمَجْدِ ٱلْعَتِيدِ أَنْ يُعْلَنَ، | ١ 1 |
Elders (therefore *NO*) (*ko*) among you I exhort a fellow elder and witness of the of Christ sufferings, who [am] also of the being about to be revealed glory a partaker,
| ٱرْعَوْا رَعِيَّةَ ٱللهِ ٱلَّتِي بَيْنَكُمْ نُظَّارًا، لَا عَنِ ٱضْطِرَارٍ بَلْ بِٱلِٱخْتِيَارِ، وَلَا لِرِبْحٍ قَبِيحٍ بَلْ بِنَشَاطٍ، | ٢ 2 |
do shepherd the among you flock of God exercising oversight not under compulsion but willingly (according to God, *NO*) and not for base gain but eagerly;
| وَلَا كَمَنْ يَسُودُ عَلَى ٱلْأَنْصِبَةِ، بَلْ صَائِرِينَ أَمْثِلَةً لِلرَّعِيَّةِ. | ٣ 3 |
not as exercising lordship over those in your charge but examples being to the flock;
| وَمَتَى ظَهَرَ رَئِيسُ ٱلرُّعَاةِ تَنَالُونَ إِكْلِيلَ ٱلْمَجْدِ ٱلَّذِي لَا يَبْلَى. | ٤ 4 |
And when was being revealed the Chief Shepherd you will receive the unfading of glory crown.
| كَذَلِكَ أَيُّهَا ٱلْأَحْدَاثُ، ٱخْضَعُوا لِلشُّيُوخِ، وَكُونُوا جَمِيعًا خَاضِعِينَ بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ، وَتَسَرْبَلُوا بِٱلتَّوَاضُعِ، لِأَنَّ: «ٱللهَ يُقَاوِمُ ٱلْمُسْتَكْبِرِينَ، وَأَمَّا ٱلْمُتَوَاضِعُونَ فَيُعْطِيهِمْ نِعْمَةً». | ٥ 5 |
Likewise younger [ones], do be subjected to [your] elders, All now to one another (be submitting yourselves *k*) humility do gird on, because God [the] proud opposes, to [the] humble however He gives grace.
| فَتَوَاضَعُوا تَحْتَ يَدِ ٱللهِ ٱلْقَوِيَّةِ لِكَيْ يَرْفَعَكُمْ فِي حِينِهِ، | ٦ 6 |
do be humbled therefore under the mighty hand of God, so that you He may exalt in [due] time,
| مُلْقِينَ كُلَّ هَمِّكُمْ عَلَيْهِ، لِأَنَّهُ هُوَ يَعْتَنِي بِكُمْ. | ٧ 7 |
all the anxiety of you having cast upon Him, because with Him there is care about you.
| اُصْحُوا وَٱسْهَرُوا. لِأَنَّ إِبْلِيسَ خَصْمَكُمْ كَأَسَدٍ زَائِرٍ، يَجُولُ مُلْتَمِسًا مَنْ يَبْتَلِعُهُ هُوَ. | ٨ 8 |
do be sober-minded, do watch (that *k*) The adversary of You [the] devil as a lion roaring he prowls about seeking (whom to devour; *N(k)O*)
| فَقَاوِمُوهُ، رَاسِخِينَ فِي ٱلْإِيمَانِ، عَالِمِينَ أَنَّ نَفْسَ هَذِهِ ٱلْآلَامِ تُجْرَى عَلَى إِخْوَتِكُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ فِي ٱلْعَالَمِ. | ٩ 9 |
whom do resist firm in the faith knowing the same sufferings throughout (the *no*) world in your brotherhood [is] being accomplished.
| وَإِلَهُ كُلِّ نِعْمَةٍ ٱلَّذِي دَعَانَا إِلَى مَجْدِهِ ٱلْأَبَدِيِّ فِي ٱلْمَسِيحِ يَسُوعَ، بَعْدَمَا تَأَلَّمْتُمْ يَسِيرًا، هُوَ يُكَمِّلُكُمْ، وَيُثَبِّتُكُمْ، وَيُقَوِّيكُمْ، وَيُمَكِّنُكُمْ. (aiōnios g166) | ١٠ 10 |
The now God of all grace the [one] having called (you *N(K)O*) to the eternal of Him glory in Christ Jesus a little while [of you] having suffered He Himself (will perfect *N(k)O*) (you *k*) (he will confirm [you], he will strengthen [you], [and] he will establish [you]. *N(k)O*) (aiōnios g166)
| لَهُ ٱلْمَجْدُ وَٱلسُّلْطَانُ إِلَى أَبَدِ ٱلْآبِدِينَ. آمِينَ. (aiōn g165) | ١١ 11 |
To Him [be] (the glory and *K*) the power to the ages (of the *ko*) (ages. *KO*) Amen. (aiōn g165)
| بِيَدِ سِلْوَانُسَ ٱلْأَخِ ٱلْأَمِينِ-كَمَا أَظُنُّ- كَتَبْتُ إِلَيْكُمْ بِكَلِمَاتٍ قَلِيلَةٍ وَاعِظًا وَشَاهِدًا، أَنَّ هَذِهِ هِيَ نِعْمَةُ ٱللهِ ٱلْحَقِيقِيَّةُ ٱلَّتِي فِيهَا تَقُومُونَ. | ١٢ 12 |
Through Silvanus to you the faithful brother as I regard [him], through few [words] I have written exhorting and testifying this to be [the] true grace of God, in which (do stand firm. *N(k)O*)
| تُسَلِّمُ عَلَيْكُمُ ٱلَّتِي فِي بَابِلَ ٱلْمُخْتَارَةُ مَعَكُمْ، وَمَرْقُسُ ٱبْنِي. | ١٣ 13 |
Greets you she in Babylon elected with [you] and Mark the son of mine.
| سَلِّمُوا بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ بِقُبْلَةِ ٱلْمَحَبَّةِ. سَلَامٌ لَكُمْ جَمِيعِكُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ فِي ٱلْمَسِيحِ يَسُوعَ. آمِينَ. | ١٤ 14 |
do greet one another with a kiss of love. Peace [be] to you all who [are] in Christ (Jesus. Amen. *K*)
