Yakubu 1
1 Yakubu, kucin Kutellẹ nin Chikilari Yisa Kristi, udu kiti nakura likure nin naba na iwa malu kiti nin ghinu, ndin lisu minu.
Iames the seruaut of God and of the Lorde Iesus Christ sendeth gretinge to ye. xii. trybes which are scattered here and there.
2 Yiran vat nmanghari nuwana ning, kubi ko na uniyu ngangan nse minu,
My brethren count it excedynge ioye when ye faule into divers teptacions
3 Yinnon nworu uyinnu sa uyenu mine din dasu nin nayi akone sa ligan.
for as moche as ye knowe how that the tryinge of youre fayth bringeth pacience:
4 Na ayi akone kulu katuwa me, lnan lawa anit awasara, anan nsalin ndiru nimon.
and let pacience have her parfect worke that ye maye be parfecte and sounde lackinge nothinge.
5 Asa umon mine dini su ayita jinji, na atirin kiti lenge na adi nizu, Kutellẹ, adin nizu gbardang sa ugbaru kitin le na atirino, Kutellẹ ma nighe.
Yf eny of you lacke wysdome let him axe of God which geveth to all men indifferentlie and casteth no man in the teth: and it shal be geven him.
6 Bara nani tirino nan nya yinnu sa uyenu, na nin kosu kibinayi ba, ule na adinsu nin kosu kibinayi amasin nafo kibarak nmyen kurawa, fongo na ufunu din chunmung ukillọ mung.
But let him axe in fayth and waver not. For he that douteth is lyke the waves of the see tost of the wynde and caried with violence.
7 Na unit une nwa ceo kibinayi nworu aba seru imene na adi nin suwẹ kitin in Chikilari ba;
Nether let that man thinke that he shall receave eny thinge of the Lorde.
8 Imusi nnit une unan kossu kibinayari, na ayisin libau lirum ba.
A waveringe mynded man is vnstable in all his wayes.
9 Na gwana ule na asali nin nimon nacara ase ngongong nan nya liyisin me.
Let the brother of lowe degre reioyce in yt he is exalted
10 Ame gwana ka na adumun nimon nacara toltin litime, bara na ama katu nafo kumamu na kuwasa kuyelte.
and the ryche in that he is made lowe. For eve as ye flower of the grasse shall he vanysshe awaye.
11 Asa awui nuzu ninpui gwawai uta amommu koto, amammu nin chaut nani yeltizẹ. Nanere wang anan nimon nacara ba lawu anan nsali nimon nan nya nituwa minẹ.
The sonne ryseth with heate and the grasse wydereth and his flower falleth awaye and the beautie of the fassion of it perissheth: even so shall the ryche man perisshe with his aboundance.
12 Unan nmareri ule na atere ulle na a tere kibinayi, nan nya dumunu, aleo likara nan nya dumunẹ, aba seru litapa tigoh longo na ina ti anan su Kutellẹ likawali.
Happy is the man that endureth in temptacion for when he is tryed he shall receave the croune of lyfe which the Lorde hath promysed to them that love him.
13 Yenje umon wa woro kubi kongo na idumunghe, '' Ulenge udumune unuzu kiti Kutellẹri,'' bara na Kutellẹ din dumunu unit nin magunta ba, amẹ Kutellẹ litime din dumuzunu umong ba.
Let no man saye when he is tepted that he is tempted of God. For God tepteth not vnto evyll nether tepteth he anie ma.
14 Ko uyeme unit asa ase udumunu bara uti kibinayi mangunta mere, ulle na asa ukpeshilinghe uwununghe likot.
But every ma is tepted drawne awaye and entysed of his awne concupiscece.
15 Usu kibinayi nwati liburi asa umara kulapi, kulapi nwa kuno kang kuda nin kul.
Then when lust hath coceaved she bringeth forth synne and synne whe it is fynisshed bringeth forthe deeth.
16 Nana ning yenje iwa risuzu minu.
Erre not my deare brethren.
17 Ko uyeme ufillu ugegeme nin fillu ulau udin nucu kitene kani utolu udak nnuzu kitin Ncif nkanang. Na adin sakuzu kidowo nafo ushin ba.
Every good gyfte and every parfayt gyft is from above and commeth doune fro the father of light with whom is no variablenes nether is he chaunged vnto darcknes.
18 Kutellẹ na fere ani nari ulai unuzu ligbulang kidegen, bara tinan so kumat ncizinu nan nya makekewẹ.
Of his awne will begat he vs with the worde of lyfe that we shuld be the fyrst frutes of his creatures.
19 Anung yiru nani, nuwana kibinayi nin. Na ulanzu yita kogha ku deddai, na anan liru kpaikpai ba, ana unan tinanayi deddai ba,
Wherfore deare brethren let every man be swyfte to heare slowe to speake and slowe to wrath.
20 bara na tina nayi nanit din su katuwa kacine Kutellẹ ba.
For the wrath of man worketh not that which is ryghteous before God.
21 Bara nani kallan vat akara ananangza nin magunta na udin kowẹ, na nin tikunang liti ba seren tigbulang to na tiba damun nin tucu nidowo mine.
Wherfore laye a parte all fylthynes all superfluite of maliciousnes and receave with meknes the worde yt is grafted in you which is able to save youre soules.
22 Dortong tigbulanghe, na iwadi anan lanzu cas ba, na iwa rusuzu atimine ba.
And se that ye be doars of the worde and not hearers only deceavinge youre awne selves with sophistrie
23 Asa ulle na adin lanzunligbulang nliru na adin su katuwa mun, adi nafo unit ulle na adin yenju nan nya madubi.
For yf eny heare the worde and do it not he is lyke vnto a man that beholdeth his bodyly face in a glasse.
24 Awasa ayene umuro me, as a gya, asa ashawa sa iyizari ayita.
For assone as he hath loked on him silfe he goeth his waye and forgetteth immediatlie what his fassion was.
25 Nanere unit ulle na adin yenju gegeme nan nyan shara ulau, ushara lidu kibolo, nbuntu, nin lin bun dortoe, nama unan lanzun nin shauzue ban iba ti unit une nmari awa sunani.
But who so loketh in the parfaict lawe of libertie and continueth ther in (yf he be not a forgetfull hearer but a doar of ye worke) the same shall be happie in his dede.
26 Ulenge na ayira litime ame unan dortu Kutellẹri, ana adin kiffizu lilemme ba, adin rusuzu litime, udortu Kutellẹ me uhemari.
Yf eny man amonge you seme devoute and refrayne not his tonge: but deceave his awne herte this mannes devocion is in vayne
27 Udortu-Kutellẹ ucicik ulau na Kutellẹ na Uchif bite din yenju, anare ubunu nikimon, nin na nan kul na less, nan nya nio mine, anin kesse litime nan nya in yih unanzang.
Pure devocion and vndefiled before God the father is this: to vysit the frendlesse and widdowes in their adversite and to kepe him silfe vnspotted of the worlde.
