1 Perwerdigar höküm süridu! Yer-zémin xush bolsun, Köpligen arallar shadlansun!
Yhwh reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof.
2 Bulutlar we qarangghuluq Uning etrapididur, Heqqaniyet we adalet textining ulidur;
Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the foundation of his throne.
3 Uning aldida ot yalquni yüridu, Etraptiki düshmenlirini köydürüp tashlaydu;
A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about.
4 Uning chaqmaqliri jahanni yorutti, Yer buni körüp titrep ketti;
His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled.
5 Perwerdigarning aldida, Pütkül zéminning igisining aldida, Taghlar momdek érip kétidu.
The hills melted like wax at the presence of Yhwh, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.
6 Asmanlar Uning heqqaniyitini jakarlaydu, Barliq xelqler Uning shan-sheripini köridu.
The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.
7 Oyma heykellerge choqun’ghanlar, Butlar bilen maxtinip yürgüchilerning hemmisi uyatta qalidu. Barliq ilahlar, Uninggha sejde qilinglar!
Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: worship him, all ye gods.
8 Séning hökümliring sewebidin, i Perwerdigar, Zion anglap shadlandi, Yehuda qizliri xush boldi.
Zion heard, and was glad; and the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of thy judgments, O Yhwh.
9 Chünki Sen Perwerdigar pütkül yer yüzi üstidiki eng aliysidursen; Sen barliq ilahlardin neqeder yuqiridursen!
For thou, Yhwh, art high above all the earth: thou art exalted far above all gods.
10 Perwerdigarni söygenler, yamanliqtin nepretlininglar! U mömin bendilirining jénidin xewer alidu, Rezillerning changgilidin xalas qilidu.
Ye that love Yhwh, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.
11 Heqqaniylar üchün nur, Dili duruslar üchün shadliq térilghandur;
Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.
12 Perwerdigardin shadlininglar, i heqqaniylar, Uning pak-muqeddeslikini yad étip teshekkür éytinglar!
Rejoice in Yhwh, ye righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
