ज़बूर 68
1 ख़ुदा उठे, उसके दुश्मन तितर बितर हों, उससे 'अदावत रखने वाले उसके सामने से भाग जाएँ।
TO THE OVERSEER. A PSALM. A SONG OF DAVID. God rises [and] His enemies are scattered! And those hating Him flee from His face.
2 जैसे धुवाँ उड़ जाता है, वैसे ही तू उनको उड़ा दे; जैसे मोम आग के सामने पिघला जाता, वैसे ही शरीर ख़ुदा के सामने फ़ना हो जाएँ।
You drive them away as the driving away of smoke, As the melting of wax before fire, The wicked perish at the presence of God.
3 लेकिन सादिक़ ख़ुशी मनाएँ, वह ख़ुदा के सामने ख़ुश हों, बल्कि वह खु़शी से फूले न समाएँ।
And the righteous rejoice, they exult before God, And they rejoice with gladness.
4 ख़ुदा के लिए गाओ, उसके नाम की मदहसराई करो; सहरा के सवार के लिए शाहराह तैयार करो; उसका नाम याह है, और तुम उसके सामने ख़ुश हो।
Sing to God—praise His Name, Raise up a highway for Him who is riding in deserts, In YAH [is] His Name, and exult before Him.
5 ख़ुदा अपने मुक़द्दस मकान में, यतीमों का बाप और बेवाओं का दादरस है।
Father of the fatherless, and judge of the widows, [Is] God in His holy habitation.
6 खु़दा तन्हा को ख़ान्दान बख़्शता है; वह कैदियों को आज़ाद करके इक़बालमंद करता है; लेकिन सरकश ख़ुश्क ज़मीन में रहते हैं।
God—causing the lonely to dwell at home, Bringing out bound ones into prosperity, Only—the stubborn have inhabited a dry place.
7 ऐ ख़ुदा, जब तू अपने लोगों के आगे — आगे चला, जब तू वीरान में से गुज़रा, (सिलाह)
O God, in Your going forth before Your people, In Your stepping through the wilderness, (Selah)
8 तो ज़मीन काँप उठी; ख़ुदा के सामने आसमान गिर पड़े, बल्कि पाक पहाड़ भी ख़ुदा के सामने, इस्राईल के ख़ुदा के सामने काँप उठा।
The earth has shaken, Indeed, the heavens have dropped before God, This Sinai—before God, the God of Israel.
9 ऐ ख़ुदा, तूने खू़ब मेंह बरसाया: तूने अपनी खु़श्क मीरास को ताज़गी बख़्शी।
You shake out a shower of free-will gifts, O God. Your inheritance, when it has been weary, You have established it.
10 तेरे लोग उसमें बसने लगे; ऐ ख़ुदा, तूने अपने फ़ैज़ से ग़रीबों के लिए उसे तैयार किया।
Your creature has dwelt in it, You prepare for the poor in Your goodness, O God.
11 ख़ुदावन्द हुक्म देता है; ख़ुशख़बरी देने वालियाँ फ़ौज की फ़ौज हैं।
The Lord gives the saying, The female proclaimers [are] a numerous host.
12 लश्करों के बादशाह भागते हैं, वह भाग जाते हैं; और 'औरत घर में बैठी बैठी लूट का माल बाँटती है।
Kings of hosts utterly flee away, And a female inhabitant of the house apportions spoil.
13 जब तुम भेड़ सालों में पड़े रहते हो, तो उस कबूतर की तरह होगे जिसके बाज़ू जैसे चाँदी से, और पर ख़ालिस सोने से मंढ़े हुए हों।
Though you lie between two boundaries, Wings of a dove covered with silver, And her pinions with yellow gold.
14 जब क़ादिर — ए — मुतलक ने बादशाहों को उसमें परागंदा किया, तो ऐसा हाल हो गया, जैसे सलमोन पर बर्फ़ पड़ रही थी।
When the Mighty spreads kings in it, it snows in Salmon.
15 बसन का पहाड़ ख़ुदा का पहाड़ है; बसन का पहाड़ ऊँचा पहाड़ है।
A hill of God [is] the hill of Bashan, A hill of heights [is] the hill of Bashan.
16 ऐ ऊँचे पहाड़ो, तुम उस पहाड़ को क्यूँ ताकते हो, जिसे ख़ुदा ने अपनी सुकूनत के लिए पसन्द किया है, बल्कि ख़ुदावन्द उसमें हमेशा तक रहेगा?
Why do you envy, O high hills, The hill God has desired for His seat? YHWH also dwells forever.
17 ख़ुदा के रथ बीस हज़ार, बल्कि हज़ारहा हज़ार हैं; ख़ुदावन्द जैसा पाक पहाड़ में वैसा ही उनके बीच हैकल में है।
The chariots of God [are] myriads, thousands of changes, The Lord [is] among them, in Sinai, in the sanctuary.
18 तूने 'आलम — ए — बाला को सु'ऊद फ़रमाया, तू कैदियों को साथ ले गया; तुझे लोगों से बल्कि सरकशों से भी हदिए मिले, ताकि ख़ुदावन्द ख़ुदा उनके साथ रहे।
You have ascended on high, You have taken captivity captive, You have taken gifts for men, That even the stubborn may rest, O YAH God.
19 ख़ुदावन्द मुबारक हो, जो हर रोज़ हमारा बोझ उठाता है; वही हमारा नजात देने वाला ख़ुदा है।
Blessed [is] the Lord, day by day He lays on us. God Himself [is] our salvation. (Selah)
20 ख़ुदा हमारे लिए छुड़ाने वाला ख़ुदा है और मौत से बचने की राहें भी ख़ुदावन्द ख़ुदा की हैं।
God Himself [is] to us a God for deliverances, And YHWH Lord has the outgoings of death.
21 लेकिन ख़ुदावन्द अपने दुश्मनों के सिर को, और लगातार गुनाह करने वाले की बालदार खोपड़ी को चीर डालेगा।
Only—God strikes The head of His enemies, The hairy crown of a habitual walker in his guilt.
22 ख़ुदावन्द ने फ़रमाया, “मैं उनको बसन से निकाल लाऊँगा; मैं उनको समन्दर की तह से निकाल लाऊँगा।
The Lord said: “From Bashan I bring back, I bring back from the depths of the sea.
23 ताकि तू अपना पाँव ख़ून से तर करे, और तेरे दुश्मन तेरे कुत्तों के मुँह का निवाला बनें।”
So that you dash your foot In the blood of enemies—the tongue of Your dogs.”
24 ऐ ख़ुदा! लोगों ने तेरी आमद देखी, मक़दिस में मेरे ख़ुदा, मेरे बादशाह की 'आमद
They have seen Your goings, O God, Goings of my God, my king, in the sanctuary.
25 गाने वाले आगे आगे और बजाने वाले पीछे पीछे चले, दफ़ बजाने वाली जवान लड़कियाँ बीच में।
Singers have been before, Behind [are] players on instruments, Virgins playing with timbrels in the midst.
26 तुम जो इस्राईल के चश्मे से हो, ख़ुदावन्द को मुबारक कहो, हाँ, मजमे' में ख़ुदा को मुबारक कहो।
In assemblies bless God, The Lord—from the fountain of Israel.
27 वहाँ छोटा बिनयमीन उनका हाकिम है, यहूदाह के उमरा और उनके मुशीर, ज़बूलून के उमरा और नफ़्ताली के उमरा हैं।
There [is] little Benjamin, their ruler, Heads of Judah their defense, Heads of Zebulun—heads of Naphtali.
28 तेरे ख़ुदा ने तेरी पायदारी का हुक्म दिया है, ऐ ख़ुदा, जो कुछ तूने हमारे लिए किया है, उसे पायदारी बख़्श।
Your God has commanded your strength, Be strong, O God, You have worked this for us.
29 तेरी हैकल की वजह से जो येरूशलेम में है, बादशाह तेरे पास हदिये लाएँगे।
Because of Your temple at Jerusalem, Kings bring a present to You.
30 तू नेसतान के जंगली जानवरों को धमका दे, साँडों के ग़ोल को, और क़ौमों के बछड़ों को। जो चाँदी के सिक्कों को पामाल करते हैं: उसने जंगजू क़ौमों को परागंदा कर दिया है।
Rebuke a beast of the reeds, a herd of bulls, With calves of the peoples, Each humbling himself with pieces of silver, You scatter peoples delighting in conflicts.
31 उमरा मिस्र से आएँगे; कूश ख़ुदा की तरफ़ अपने हाथ बढ़ाने में जल्दी करेगा।
Fat ones come out of Egypt, Cush causes her hands to run to God.
32 ऐ ज़मीन की ममलुकतो, ख़ुदा के लिए गाओ; ख़ुदावन्द की मदहसराई करो।
Kingdoms of the earth, sing to God, Praise the Lord! (Selah)
33 (सिलाह) उसी की जो क़दीम आसमान नहीं बल्कि आसमानों पर सवार है; देखो वह अपनी आवाज़ बुलंद करता है, उसकी आवाज़ में कु़दरत है।
To Him who is riding on the heavens of the heavens of old, Behold, He gives with His voice a strong voice.
34 ख़ुदा ही की ताज़ीम करो, उसकी हश्मत इस्राईल में है, और उसकी क़ुदरत आसमानों पर।
Ascribe strength to God, His excellence [is] over Israel, and His strength in the clouds.
35 ऐ ख़ुदा, तू अपने मक़दिसों में मुहीब है, इस्राईल का ख़ुदा ही अपने लोगों को ज़ोर और तवानाई बख़्शता है। खु़दा मुबारक हो।
Fearful, O God, out of Your sanctuaries, The God of Israel Himself, Giving strength and might to the people. Blessed [is] God!
