1 Haupaswi kutoa taarifa ya uongo kuhusu yeyote. usijiunge na mwanaume muovu kuwa shahidi wa uongo.
Thou schalt not resseyue a vois of leesyng, nether thou schalt ioyne thin hond, that thou seie fals witnessyng for a wickid man.
2 Haupaswi kufuata umati kufanya uovu, wala kutoa ushahidi ukiwa na umati ili kupotosha haki.
Thou schalt not sue the cumpanye to do yuel, nether thou schalt ascente to the sentence of ful many men in doom, that thou go awey fro treuthe.
3 Haupaswi kumpendelea mwanaume maskini kwenye kesi yake.
Also thou schalt not haue mercy of a pore man in a `cause, ethir doom.
4 Ukikutana na ng'ombe wa adui wako au punda wake amepotea, lazima umrudishie.
If thou meetist `the oxe of thin enemye, ethir the asse errynge, lede thou ayen to hym.
5 Ukiona punda wa yule anaye kuchukia ameanguka chini na mzigo wake, hauta muacha huyo mtu. Lazima umsaidie na punda wake
If thou seest that the asse of hym that hatith thee liggyth vndir a burthun, thou schalt not passe, but thou schalt reise with hym.
6 Haupaswi kupotosha haki kama yapaswa kwenda kwa watu maskini katika kesi ya mwanaume maskini.
Thou schalt not bowe in the doom of a pore man.
7 Usijiunge na wengine kufanya shutuma za uongo, na usiue asiye na hatia wala mwenye haki, kwa kuwa sitamuacha muovu.
Thou schalt fle a lesyng. Thou schalt not sle an innocent man, and iust; for Y am aduersarie to a wickid man.
8 Husiwai chukuwa rushwa, kwa kuwa rushwa inawapofusha wanaoona, na kupotosha maneno ya wakweli.
Take thou not yiftis, that blynden also prudent men, and destryen the wordys of iust men.
9 Haupaswi kumnyanyasa mgeni, kwa kuwa wewe ulikuwa mgeni katika nchi ya Misri.
Thou schalt not be diseseful to a pilgrym, for ye knowen the soulis of comelyngis, for also ye weren pilgryms in the lond of Egipt.
10 Kwa miaka sita utapanda mbegu kwenye nchi yako na kukusanya mazao yake.
Sixe yeer thou schalt sowe thi lond, and thou schalt gadre fruytis therof;
11 Lakini katika mwezi wa saba utaacha hakujalimwa, ili kwamba maskini miongoni mwenu wale. Wanacho acha, wanyama wa porini watakula. Utafanya hivyo na mashamba yenu ya mizabibu na ya mizaituni.

12 Wakati wa siku sita utafanya kazi, lakini siku ta saba utapumzika. Fanya hivi ili ng'ombe na punda wako wapumzike, na ili wana wa watumwa wako wa kike na wageni wapumzike na kupata hauweni.
Sixe dayes thou schalt worche, in the seuenthe dai thou schalt ceesse, that thin oxe and asse reste, and the sone of thin handmaide, and the comelyng be refreischid.
13 Kuwa makini kwa kila kitu nilicho kwambia. Husitaje majina ya miungu mingine, wala kuruhusu majina yao kusikika kutoka mdomoni mwako.
Kepe ye alle thingis, whiche Y seide to you; and ye schulen not swere bi the name of alien goddis, nether it schal be herd of youre mouth.
14 Lazima usafiri kusherehekea mara tatu kwa ajili yangu kila mwaka.
In thre tymes bi alle yeeris ye schulen halewe feestis to me.
15 Lazima uadhimishe sherehe ya Mkate usiotiwa Chachu. Kama nilivyo kuamuru, utakula mkate usiotiwa chachu kwa siku saba. Wakati huo, utajitokeza kwangu mwezi wa Abibu, uliowekwa kwa ajili ya kusudi hili. Ni kwa mwezi huu uliyo toka Misri. Lakini usijitokeze kwangu mikono mitupu.
Thou schalt kepe the solempnyte of therf looues; seuene daies thou schalt ete therf breed, as Y comaundide to thee, in the tyme of monethe of newe thingis, whanne thou yedist out of Egipt; thou schalt not appere voide in my siyt.
16 Lazima uadhimishe Sherehe ya Mavuno, matunda ya kwanza ya kazi yako ulipo panda mbegu shambani. Pia lazima uadhimishe Sherehe ya Ukusanyaji wa mwisho wa mwaka, unapo kusanya mazao yako kutoka shambani.
And thou schalt kepe the solempnete of the monethe of the firste thingis of thi werk, what euer thingis thou hast sowe in the feeld. Also thou schalt kepe the solempnyte in the goyng out of the yeer, whanne thou hast gaderid all thi fruytis of the feeld.
17 Wanaume wote wako lazima wajitokeze kwa Bwana Yahweh mara tatu kila mwaka.
Thries in the yeer al thi male kynde schal appere bifore thi Lord God.
18 Haupaswi kutoa damu iliyo tolewa dhabihu kwangu na mkate uliyotiwa hamira. Mafuta kutoka kwa dhabihu za sherehe zangu hayapaswi kubaki usiku wote mpaka asubui.
Thou schalt not offre the blood of thi slayn sacrifice on sour douy; nether the fatnesse of my solempnete schal dwelle til to the morewtid.
19 Lazima ulete matunda ya kwanza bora kutoka shambani mwako ndani ya nyumba yangu, nyumba ya Yahweh Mungu wako. Haupaswi kumchemsha mbuzi mtoto akiwa bado ananyonya.
Thou schalt bere the firste thingis of the fruytis of thi lond in to the hows of thi Lord God. Thou schalt not sethe a kide in the mylke of his modir.
20 Ninaenda kumleta malaika mbele yako kukuongoza njiani, na kukuleta sehemu niliyo iandaa.
Lo! Y schal sende myn aungel, that schal go bifore thee, and schal kepe in the weie, and schal lede to the place which Y haue maad redi to thee.
21 Kuwa makini naye na kumtii.
Take thou hede to hym, and here thou his vois, nether gesse thou hym to be dispisid; for he schal not foryyue, whanne thou synnest, and my name is in him.
22 Husimkasirishe, kwa kuwa hatasamehe makosa yako. Jina langu liko kwake. Kama hakika ukimtii sauti yake na kufanya kila ninacho kwambia, kisha nitakuwa adui kwa adui zako na mpinzani kwa wapinzani wako.
For if thou herest his vois, and doist alle thingis whiche Y speke, Y schal be enemy to thin enemyes, and Y schal turment hem, that turmenten thee;
23 Malaika mwangu ataenda mbele zako na kukuleta kwa Waamori, Wahiti, Waperizi, Wakanani, Wahivi, na Wayebusi. Nitawaharibu.
and myn aungel schal go bifore thee, and he schal lede yn thee to Amorrei, and Ethei, and Ferezei, and Cananey, and Euey, and Jebusei, whiche Y schal breke.
24 Haupaswi kuinamia miungu yao, kuabudu, au kufanya wanavyo fanya. Badala yake, lazima uwapindue kabisa na kuvunja nguzo zao za mawe vipande vipande.
Thou schalt not onoure `the goddis of hem, nether thou schalt worschipe hem; thou schalt not do the werkis of hem, but thou schalt destrie the goddis, and thou schalt breke the ymagis of hem.
25 Lazima umuabudu Yahweh Mungu wako, na atabariki mkate wako na maji. Nitaondoa magonjwa miongoni mwenu.
And ye schulen serue to youre Lord God, that Y blesse thi looues, and watris, and do awei sikenesse fro the myddis of thee;
26 Hakuna mwanamke atakaye kuwa tasa au mimba kuharibika katika nchi yako. Nitawapa maisha marefu.
neithir a womman vnfruytful, neither bareyn, schal be in thi lond; Y schal fille the noumbre of thi daies.
27 Nitatuma hofu yangu kwao ambao mnaenda. Nitaua wote mnao kutana nao. Nitafanya maadui zenu wawaogope kwa kugeuza migongo yao kwenu.
Y schal sende my drede in to thi biforgoyng, and Y schal sle al the puple, to which thou schalt entre, and Y schal turne the backis of alle thin enemyes bifore thee;
28 Nitatuma mavu kwenu watakao fukuza Wahivi, Wakanani, na Wahiti mbele zenu.
and Y schal sende out bifore scrabrouns, that schulen dryue awei Euey, and Cananey, and Ethei, bifore that thou entre.
29 Sitawaondoa kwenu kwa mwaka mmoja, au nchi itakuwa imetelekezwa, na wanyama wa porini watakuwa wengi kwenu.
Y schal not caste hem out fro thi face in o yeer, lest the lond be turned in to wildirnesse, and beestis encreesse ayens thee;
30 Badala yake, nitawafukuza kidogo kidogo kutoka kwenu mpaka utakapo kuwa umestawi na kurithi nchi.
litil and litil I schal caste hem out fro thi siyt, til thou be encreessid, and welde the loond.
31 Nitatengeneza mipaka yako kutoka Bahari ya Shamu hadi Bahari ya Wafilisti, na kutoka nyikani hadi Mto Frati. Nitakupa ushindi juu ya wakazi wote wa nchi. Utawaondoa kutoka kwako mwenyewe.
Forsothe Y schal sette thi termys fro the reed see til to the see of Palestyns, and fro desert til to the flood. Y schal yyue to youre hondis the dwelleris of the lond, and Y schal caste hem out fro youre siyt;
32 Haupaswi kufanya agano na wao au na miungu yao.
thou schalt not make boond of pees with hem, nethir with `the goddis of hem.
33 Hawapaswi kuishi nchini mwako, au watakufanya ufanya dhambi dhidi yangu. Ukiabudu miungu yao, hakika watakuwa mtego kwako.'”
Dwelle thei not in thi lond, lest perauenture thei make thee to do synne ayens me, yf thou seruest her goddis, which thing certis schal be to thee in to sclaundir.
