Salmos 47

1 ¡Aplaudan, pueblos todos! dejando que tus voces suban a Dios con alegría.

To the Chief Musician. For the Sons of Korah. A Melody. All ye peoples, clap your hands, Shout unto God, with the voice of triumph;

2 Porque el Señor Altísimo es temido; él es un gran Rey sobre toda la tierra.

For, Yahweh—as Most High, is to be revered, A great king, over all the earth,

3 El someterá los pueblos debajo de nosotros y a las naciones debajo de nuestros pies.

He will subjugate, Peoples under us, and, Tribes of men beneath our feet.

4 Él nos dará nuestra herencia, la gloria de Jacob que es querido por él. (Selah)

He chooseth for us our inheritance, The excellence of Jacob, which he hath loved. (Selah)

5 Dios ha subido con un clamor alegre, el Señor con el sonido del cuerno.

God hath ascended with a shout, Yahweh, with the sound of a horn.

6 Alaben a Dios, hagan canciones de alabanza; dale alabanzas a nuestro Rey, haz canciones de alabanza.

Sing praises unto God, sing praises, Sing praises to our King, sing praises;

7 Porque Dios es el Rey de toda la tierra; hacer salmos de alabanza.

For God is king of all the earth, Sing praises with understanding.

8 Dios es el gobernante sobre las naciones; Dios está en el alto puesto en su santo trono.

God, hath become king, over the nations, God, hath taken his seat upon his holy throne.

9 Los príncipes de los pueblos se juntaron con el pueblo del Dios de Abraham; porque los poderes de la tierra son de Dios: él es muy exaltado.

The willing-hearted of the peoples, have gathered themselves together, The people of the God of Abraham; For, to God, belong the shields of the earth, Greatly is he exalted.
