Salmos 25

1 A ti, o! Jehová, levantaré mi alma.

“Of David.” Unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.

2 Dios mío, en ti confié: no sea yo avergonzado, no se alegren de mí mis enemigos.

O my God, in thee do I trust, let me not be ashamed, let not my enemies triumph over me.

3 Ciertamente todos los que te esperan, no serán avergonzados: serán avergonzados los que se rebelan sin causa.

Yea, none that wait on thee will be put to shame: let those be put to shame who deal treacherously without cause.

4 Tus caminos, o! Jehová, házme saber: enséñame tus sendas.

Show me, O Lord, thy ways; teach me thy paths.

5 Encamíname en tu verdad, y enséñame: porque tú eres el Dios de mi salud: a ti he esperado todo el día.

Lead me in thy truth, and teach me; for thou art the God of my salvation: on thee do I wait all the day.

6 Acuérdate de tus miseraciones, o! Jehová: y de tus misericordias, que son perpetuas.

Remember thy mercies, O Lord, and thy kindnesses; for they are from everlasting.

7 De los pecados de mi mocedad, y de mis rebeliones no te acuerdes: conforme a tu misericordia acuérdate de mí, tú, por tu bondad, o! Jehová.

The sins of my youth and my transgressions do not remember: according to thy kindness bear thou me in remembrance, for the sake of thy goodness, O Lord.

8 Bueno y recto es Jehová: por tanto él enseñará a los pecadores el camino.

Good and upright is the Lord: therefore he pointeth out to sinners the right way.

9 Encaminará a los humildes por el juicio; y enseñará a los mansos su carrera.

He guideth the meek in justice, and he teacheth the meek his way.

10 Todas las sendas de Jehová son misericordia y verdad, a los que guardan su concierto, y sus testimonios.

All the paths of the Lord are kindness and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.

11 Por tu nombre, o! Jehová, perdonarás también mi pecado; porque es grande.

For the sake of thy name, O Lord, pardon my iniquity: although it is great.

12 ¿Quién es el varón que teme a Jehová? Enseñarle ha el camino que ha de escoger.

Who is that man that feareth the Lord? to him will he point out the way which he is to choose?

13 Su alma reposará en el bien: y su simiente herederá la tierra.

His soul shall abide in happiness: and his seed shall inherit the land.

14 El secreto de Jehová, a los que le temen: y su concierto, para hacerles saber.

The secret counsel of the Lord is for those that fear him, and his covenant—to make it known to them.

15 Mis ojos, siempre a Jehová; porque él sacará de la red mis pies.

My eyes are ever [directed] toward the Lord; for he will draw out of the net my feet.

16 Mírame, y ten misericordia de mí: porque yo soy solo, y pobre.

Turn unto me, and be gracious unto me; for I am solitary and afflicted.

17 Las angustias de mi corazón se ensancharon: sácame de mis congojas.

The distresses of my heart are enlarged: O bring thou me out of my afflictions.

18 Mira mi aflicción, y mi trabajo: y perdona todos mis pecados.

Look on my misery and my trouble; and forgive all my sins.

19 Mira mis enemigos, que se han multiplicado: y de odio injusto me han aborrecido.

Look at my enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with the hatred of violence.

20 Guarda mi alma, y líbrame: no sea yo avergonzado, porque en ti confié.

Oh, guard my soul; and deliver me: let me not be put to shame; for I put my trust in thee.

21 Integridad y rectitud me guardarán: porque a ti he esperado.

Let integrity and uprightness guard me; for I wait on thee.

22 Redime, o! Dios, a Israel de todas sus angustias.

Redeem, O God, Israel out of all his distresses.
