Ishacyaah 1
1 Kanu waa wixii Ishacyaah ina Aamoos la tusay ee uu ku arkay wax ku saabsan dalka Yahuudah iyo Yeruusaalem waagii ay Cusiyaah, iyo Yootam, iyo Aaxaas, iyo Xisqiyaah boqorrada ka ahaayeen dalka Yahuudah.
The vision of Isaiah the son of Amoz, which he saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem in the days of 'Uzziyahu, Jotham, Achaz, and Hezekiah, the kings of Judah.
2 Samooyinkow maqla, dhulkow bal wax dhegayso, waayo, Rabbigu wuu hadlay oo yidhi: Carruur baan quudiyey oo koriyey, oo iyana way igu caasiyoobeen.
Hear, O ye heavens, and give ear, O earth; for the Lord hath spoken: Children have I nourished and brought up, but they have rebelled against me.
3 Dibigu kan isaga leh wuu yaqaan, oo dameerkuna waa yaqaan meeshuu wax ka cuno ee sayidkiisa, laakiinse reer binu Israa'iil waxba ma yaqaaniin, oo dadkayguna waxba garan maayaan.
The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master's crib: Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider.
4 Hoog waxaa leh quruuntan dembiga badan, iyo dadkan xumaanta ku raran, iyo dhashan xumaanfalayaasha, iyo wiilashan si xun u macaamilooda. Iyagu Rabbiga way ka tageen, oo waxay quudhsadeen Ka Quduuska ah ee reer binu Israa'iil dib bayna uga noqdeen.
Woe! sinful nation, people laden with iniquity, seed of evil-doers, children that are corrupt: they have forsaken the Lord, they have incensed the Holy One of Israel, they are departed backward.
5 Bal maxaa mar dambe wax laydiinku dhufan doonaa, oo aad u sii fallaagoobi doontaan? Madaxa oo dhammu waa bukaa, oo qalbiga oo dhammuna waa taag daranyahay.
Why will ye be stricken yet more? [that] ye increase the revolt? every head is sick, and every heart is faint.
6 Madaxa iyo minjaha inta ka dhex leh innaba caafimaad ma leh, laakiinse waxaa ku yaal nabro, iyo burbur, iyo boogo cusub, lama awdin, lamana duubin, oo saliidna laguma dhayin.
From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and putrefying sores: they have not been closed, nor bound up, nor mollified with oil.
7 Dalkiinnii waa cidla, magaalooyinkiinniina waa la gubay, oo waddankiinniina shisheeyayaal baa hortiinna ku cunay, waana cidla, sidii wax ay shisheeyayaal afgembiyeen.
Your country is desolate, your cities are burnt with fire; your soil—in your presence, strangers devour it, and it is desolate, as overthrown by strangers.
8 Oo magaalada Siyoonna waxaa looga tegey sidii waab beercanab ku dhex yaal, iyo sidii buul beer khijaar ah ku dhex yaal, iyo sidii magaalo cadow hareereeyey.
And left is the daughter of Zion as a hut in a vineyard, as a lodge in a cucumber field, as a besieged city.
9 Haddaan Rabbiga ciidammadu dad aad u yar inoo reebin, sida Sodom baan noqon lahayn, oo sida Gomorana baan noqon lahayn.
Unless the Lord of hosts had left unto us a remnant ever so small, like Sodom should we have been, unto Gomorrah should we have been compared.
10 Taliyayaasha Sodomow, Rabbiga eraygiisa maqla, dadka Gomorow, sharciga Ilaahayaga dhegta u dhiga.
Hear the word of the Lord, ye rulers of Sodom: give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah.
11 Rabbigu wuxuu leeyahay, Allabaryadiinna tirada badanu bal maxay ii yihiin? Waan ka dhergay qurbaanno guban oo wanan ah iyo xoolo buurbuuran baruurtood, kuma farxo dhiigga dibida, iyo ka baraarka iyo ka orgida toona.
For what serveth me the multitude of your sacrifices? saith the Lord: I am sated with the burnt-offerings of rams, and the fat of fatted beasts; and the blood of bullocks, and of sheep, and of he-goats, I do not desire.
12 Markaad u timaadaan inaad i hor istaagtaan, bal yaa weyddiista inaad barxadahayga ku joogjoogsataan?
When ye come to appear in my presence—who hath required this at your hand, to tread down my courts?
13 Mar dambe ha ii keenina qurbaanno aan waxtar lahayn, fooxu waa ii karaahiyo, bilaha cusub, iyo maalmaha sabtida, iyo isuyeedhidda shirarkaba uma aan adkaysan karo, oo xataa shirka weyn waa dembi.
Continue no more to bring an oblation of deceit; incense of abomination is it unto me: new moon and sabbath, the calling of assemblies—I cannot bear misdeed with festive gathering.
14 Bilihiinna cusub iyo ciidihiinnaba naftaydu way neceb tahay, waa ii culays, inaan u adkaysto waan ka daalay.
Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth; they are become a burden unto me; I am weary to bear them,
15 Oo markaad gacmihiinna ii soo hoorsataanna indhahayga waan idinka qarinayaa, oo markaad tukasho ku noqnoqataanna idin maqli maayo, waayo, gacmihiinnu waa dhiig miidhan.
And when ye spread forth your hands, I will withdraw my eyes from you; yea, when ye make ever so many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.
16 Maydha, oo isnadiifiya, oo falimihiinna sharkooda, indhahayga hortooda ka fogeeya, oo sharka aad samaysaan daaya.
Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; put away the evil of your deeds from before my eyes; cease to do evil;
17 Inaad wax wanaagsan samaysaan barta, oo caddaalad doondoona, oo kuwa la dulmay u gargaara, agoonta gartooda u qaada, oo carmallada u muddaca.
Learn to do well; seek for justice, relieve the oppressed, do justice to the fatherless, plead for the widow.
18 Rabbigu wuxuu leeyahay, Haatan kaalaya oo aynu u wada fiirsannee. In kastoo ay dembiyadiinnu guduudan yihiin, sida baraf cad oo kalay u caddaan doonaan, oo in kastoo ay cascas yihiin, sida suuf oo kalay ahaan doonaan.
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins should be as scarlet, they shall become white as the snow; though they should be red like crimson, they shall become like wool.
19 Haddaad raalli tihiin oo aad dhega nugushihiin, waxaad cuni doontaan dalka barwaaqadiisa,
If ye be willing and obey, the best of the land shall ye eat;
20 haddiise aad diiddaan oo aad caasiyowdaan, waxaa idin wada baabbi'in doonta seef, waayo, afkii Rabbiga ayaa saas ku hadlay.
But if ye refuse and rebel, by the sword shall ye be devoured; for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.
21 Magaaladii aaminka ahayd oo caddaaladdu ka buuxday, sidee bay dhillo u noqotay! Waxaa ku jiri jirtay xaqnimo, haatanse waxaa jooga gacankudhiiglayaal!
How is she become a harlot, the faithful town! she, that was full of justice; righteousness lodged therein; but now murderers.
22 Lacagtaadii wasakh bay noqotay, khamrigaagiina waxaa ku qasmay biyo.
Thy silver is become dross, thy wine is drugged with water;
23 Amiirradaadii way caasiyoobeen, oo waxay u wehel yeeleen tuugag, oo mid walubana wuxuu jecel yahay laaluush, oo wuxuu daba ordaa abaalgudyo. Agoonta gartooda uma qaadaan, oo dacwada carmalkuna hortooda ma timaado.
Thy princes are rebels, and companions of thieves; every one loveth brides, and runneth after rewards; to the fatherless they will not do justice, and the cause of the widow doth not come unto them.
24 Haddaba sidaas daraaddeed Sayidka ah Rabbiga ciidammada, oo ah Ka xoogga badan ee reer binu Israa'iil wuxuu leeyahay, Way, anigu nacabyadayda waan ka nasan doonaa, oo cadaawayaashaydana waan ka aar gudan doonaa.
Therefore saith the Lord, the Eternal of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will take satisfaction on my adversaries, and be avenged on my enemies.
25 Oo haddana gacantayda waan ku saari doonaa, oo wasakhdaadana aad baan kaaga nadiifin doonaa, waxaaga aan saafi ahayn oo dhanna waan kaa bixin doonaa.
And I will turn my hand against thee, and purge away as with lye thy dross, and remove all thy tin:
26 Oo waxaan kuu soo celin doonaa xaakinnadaadii sidii markii hore oo kale, oo lataliyayaashaadana waxaan ka dhigi doonaa sidii bilowgii oo kale, oo dabadeedna waxaa laguugu yeedhi doonaa Magaalada xaqnimada, iyo magaalada aaminka ah.
And I will restore thy judges as at the first, and thy counsellors as at the beginning; after that shalt thou be called, The city of righteousness, the town that is faithful.
27 Siyoon waxaa lagu soo furan doonaa caddaalad, oo kuweeda soo noqdayna waxaa lagu soo furan doonaa xaqnimo.
Zion shall be redeemed through justice, and her converts through righteousness.
28 Laakiinse kuwa xadgudba iyo dembilayaasha isku mar baa la burburin doonaa, oo kuwa Rabbiga ka tagana waa la wada baabbi'in doonaa.
But destruction shall come over transgressors and sinners together, and those that forsake the Lord shall perish.
29 Waayo, way ku ceeboobi doonaan geedihii aad jeclaateen, oo beerihii aad doorateenna waad ku qasmi doontaan.
For people shall be ashamed because of the terebinths which ye had desired, and ye shall be put to the blush because of the gardens that ye had chosen.
30 Waayo, idinku waxaad ahaan doontaan sida geed caleentiisu dhado iyo sida beer aan biyo lahayn.
For ye shall be as a terebinth the leaves of which wither, and as a garden that hath no water.
31 Kan xoogga badanu wuxuu noqon doonaa sida shootali oo kale, oo shuqulkiisuna wuxuu noqon doonaa sida dhimbiil oo kale, oo labadooduba way isla guban doonaan, oo lama demin doono iyaga.
And the mighty oppressor shall become as tow, and his workman as a spark; and they shall both burn together, with none to quench.
