< Samuu'Eel Kowaad 15 >

1 Markaasaa Samuu'eel wuxuu Saa'uul ku yidhi, Rabbigu wuxuu ii soo diray inaan kuu subko inaad boqor u ahaatid dadkiisa reer binu Israa'iil; haddaba bal maqal codka erayada Rabbiga.
And Samuel said to Saul: “The Lord sent me, so that I would anoint you as king over his people Israel. Now therefore, listen to the voice of the Lord.
2 Rabbiga ciidammadu wuxuu leeyahay, Reer binu Israa'iil markay Masar ka soo baxeen, Camaaleq wuxuu ku sameeyey iyo siduu jidka ugu hor joogsaday waan ogaaday.
‘Thus says the Lord of hosts: I have taken account of all that Amalek has done to Israel, how he stood against him in the way, when he ascended from Egypt.
3 Haddaba tag oo reer Camaaleq laa, oo waxay haystaan oo dhan wada baabbi'i, oo iyaga innaba ha u tudhin, laakiinse wada laa nin iyo naag, iyo dhallaan iyo caanonuugba, iyo dibi iyo ido, iyo geel iyo dameerroba.
Now therefore, go and strike Amalek, and demolish all that is his. You shall not spare him, and you shall not covet anything out of the things that are his. Instead, kill from man even to woman, and little ones as well as infants, ox and sheep, camel and donkey.’”
4 Markaasaa Saa'uul dadkii u yeedhay, oo Tela'iim buu ku tiriyey, oo waxay noqdeen laba boqol oo kun oo nin oo lug ah, iyo toban kun oo nin ee reer Yahuudah ah.
And so, Saul instructed the people, and he numbered them like lambs: two hundred thousand foot soldiers, and ten thousand men of Judah.
5 Kolkaasuu Saa'uul yimid magaaladii reer Camaaleq, oo dooxadii buu ugu soo dhuuntay.
And when Saul had arrived as far as the city of Amalek, he placed ambushes at the torrent.
6 Markaasaa Saa'uul wuxuu reer Qeyn ku yidhi, Taga oo ka dhex baxa reer Camaaleq, yaanan idinku dhex baabbi'ine; waayo, markii ay reer binu Israa'iil oo dhammu Masar ka soo baxeen waad u wada roonaateen. Sidaas aawadeed reer Qeyn way ka dhex baxeen reer Camaaleq.
And Saul said to the Kenite: “Go away, withdraw, and descend from Amalek. Otherwise, I will include you with him. For you showed mercy to all the sons of Israel, when they ascended from Egypt.” And so the Kenite withdrew from the midst of Amalek.
7 Oo Saa'uul wuxuu reer Camaaleq ku laayay xagga Xawiilaah ilaa xagga Shuur, taasoo ku taal Masar horteeda.
And Saul struck down Amalek, from Havilah even until you arrive at Shur, which is opposite the region of Egypt.
8 Oo boqorkii reer Camaaleq oo Agag ahaa isagoo nool buu qabsaday, laakiinse dadkii kale oo dhan seef buu ku wada baabbi'iyey.
And he apprehended Agag, the king of Amalek, alive. But all the common people he put to death with the edge of the sword.
9 Laakiinse Saa'uul iyo dadkiiba way reebeen Agag, iyo intii ugu wanaagsanayd oo dhan oo idihii, iyo dibidii, iyo xoolihii shishislaa, iyo wanankii yaryaraa, iyo wixii wanaagsanaa oo dhan; oo ma ay doonayn inay wada baabbi'iyaan; laakiinse waxay wada baabbi'iyeen wixii la quudhsaday iyo intii liidatay oo dhan.
And Saul and the people spared Agag, and the best of the flocks of sheep, and of the herds, and the garments, and the rams, and all that was beautiful, and they were not willing to destroy them. Yet truly, whatever was vile or worthless, these they demolished.
10 Markaasaa Samuu'eel waxaa u yimid Eraygii Rabbiga oo ku leh,
Then the word of the Lord came to Samuel, saying
11 Waxaan ka qoomamoonayaa inaan Saa'uul boqor ka dhigay; waayo, lasocodkaygii dib buu uga noqday, oo mana uu oofin amarradaydii. Oo Samuu'eelna wuu cadhooday oo habeenkii oo dhan Rabbiguu u qaylinayay.
“It displeases me that I have appointed Saul as king. For he has forsaken me, and he has not fulfilled the work of my words.” And Samuel was greatly saddened, and he cried out to the Lord, all night long
12 Markaasaa Samuu'eel aroor hore kacay, oo wuxuu damcay inuu Saa'uul ka hor tago; oo waxaa Samuu'eel loo sheegay oo lagu yidhi, Saa'uul baa yimid Karmel, oo bal eeg, halkaas tiir xusuus ah ayuu ka taagtay, oo intuu wareegay ayuu gudbay, oo Gilgaal ku dhaadhacay.
And when Samuel had risen while it was still dark, so that he might go to Saul in the morning, it was reported to Samuel that Saul had arrived at Carmel, and that he had erected for himself a triumphant arch. And, while returning, he had continued on and descended to Gilgal. Therefore, Samuel went to Saul. And Saul was offering a holocaust to the Lord, from the best of the spoils, which he had brought from Amalek.
13 Oo Samuu'eelna Saa'uul buu u yimid; markaasaa Saa'uul ku yidhi isagii, Rabbigu ha ku barakeeyo; anigu amarkii Rabbiga waan oofiyey.
And when Samuel had gone to Saul, Saul said to him: “You are the blessed of the Lord. I have fulfilled the word of the Lord.”
14 Markaasaa Samuu'eel wuxuu yidhi, Haddaba waa maxay micneheedu cidan idaha ee aan dhegahayga ku maqlayaa, iyo cida dibida ee aan maqlayaa?
And Samuel said, “Then what is this voice of the flocks, which resounds in my ears, and of the herds, which I am hearing?”
15 Oo Saa'uulna wuxuu yidhi, Reer Camaaleq bay ka keeneen; waayo, dadku waxay u reebeen intii ugu wanaagsanayd ee idihii iyo dibidii inay allabari ugu bixiyaan Rabbiga Ilaahaaga ah; intii kalese dhammaantood waannu baabbi'innay.
And Saul said: “They have brought these from Amalek. For the people spared the best of the sheep and of the herds, so that they might be immolated to the Lord your God. Yet truly, the remainder we have slain.”
16 Markaasaa Samuu'eel wuxuu Saa'uul ku yidhi, Bal sug, oo anna waxaan kuu sheegayaa wixii Rabbigu xalay igu yidhi. Markaasuu yidhi, Bal ii sheeg.
Then Samuel said to Saul, “Permit me, and I will reveal to you what the Lord has said to me this night.” And he said to him, “Speak.”
17 Markaasaa Samuu'eel wuxuu yidhi, In kastoo aad isla yarayd, sow madax lagaagama dhigin qabiilooyinka reer binu Israa'iil? Oo Rabbigu waa kuu subkay inaad ahaato boqor u taliya reer binu Israa'iil;
And Samuel said: “Was it not when you were little in your own eyes that you were made the head of the tribes of Israel? And the Lord anointed you as king over Israel.
18 oo Rabbigu sodcaal buu kuu diray, oo kugu yidhi, Tag oo wada baabbi'i dembilayaasha reer Camaaleq, oo la dirir ilaa ay baabba'aan.
And the Lord sent you on the way, and he said: ‘Go and put to death the sinners of Amalek. And you shall fight against them, even unto utter annihilation.’
19 Haddaba maxaad Rabbiga codkiisa u addeeci weyday, oo aadse ugu boodday wixii la dhacay, oo maxaad u samaysay wixii Rabbiga hortiisa sharka ku ahaa?
Why then, did you not listen to the voice of the Lord? Instead, you turned to the spoils, and you did evil in the eyes of the Lord.”
20 Markaasaa Saa'uul wuxuu Samuu'eel ku yidhi, Waan addeecay Rabbiga codkiisii, oo waxaan maray jidkii Rabbigu igu diray, oo Agag oo ah boqorkii reer Camaaleq ayaan keenay, oo reer Camaaleqna dhammaan waan wada baabbi'iyey.
And Saul said to Samuel: “On the contrary, I did listen to the voice of the Lord, and I walked in the way along which the Lord sent me, and I led back Agag, the king of Amalek, and I put to death Amalek.
21 Laakiinse dadkii wax bay ka qaateen xoolihii la dhacay ee ahaa ido iyo dibi, iyo waxyaalihii khaaska ahaa ee la nidray inay Gilgaal allabari ugu bixiyaan Rabbiga Ilaahaaga ah.
But the people took some of the spoils, sheep and oxen, as the first-fruits of those things that were slain, to immolate to the Lord their God at Gilgal.”
22 Markaasaa Samuu'eel yidhi, Rabbigu miyuu aad ugu farxaa qurbaanno la gubo iyo allabaryo, siduu ugu farxo in codka Rabbiga la addeeco? Bal eeg, addeeciddu waa ka wanaagsan tahay allabariga, maqlidduna waa ka wanaagsan tahay baruurta wananka.
And Samuel said: “Does the Lord want holocausts and victims, and not instead that the voice of the Lord should be obeyed? For obedience is better than sacrifice. And to heed is greater than to offer the fat of rams.
23 Waayo, caasinimadu waxay la mid tahay dembiga sixirka, madaxadaygguna wuxuu la mid yahay shar iyo sanam caabudidda. Waxaad diidday Eraygii Rabbiga, oo sidaas daraaddeed isna wuxuu kuu diiday inaad boqor sii ahaatid.
Therefore, it is like the sin of paganism to rebel. And it is like the crime of idolatry to refuse to obey. For this reason, therefore, because you have rejected the word of the Lord, the Lord has also rejected you from being king.”
24 Markaasaa Saa'uul wuxuu Samuu'eel ku yidhi, Waan dembaabay, waayo, amarkii Rabbiga, iyo erayadaadiiba waan ku xadgudbay, maxaa yeelay, dadkii baan ka cabsaday, codkoodiina waan addeecay.
And Saul said to Samuel: “I have sinned, for I have transgressed the word of the Lord, and your words, by fearing the people and obeying their voice.
25 Haddaba waan ku baryayaaye dembigayga iga cafi, oo mar kale ila noqo, aan Rabbiga soo caabudee.
But now, I beg you, to bear my sin, and to return with me, so that I may adore the Lord.”
26 Oo Samuu'eelna wuxuu Saa'uul ku yidhi, Kula noqon maayo, waayo, Eraygii Rabbigaad diidday, oo Rabbigaana kuu diiday inaad sii ahaatid boqor reer binu Israa'iil u taliya.
And Samuel said to Saul: “I will not return with you. For you have rejected the word of the Lord, and the Lord has rejected you from being king over Israel.”
27 Oo markii Samuu'eel ka jeestay oo uu damcay inuu tago, ayuu qabsaday darafkii khamiiskiisa, wuuna dillaacay.
And Samuel turned away, so that he might depart. But Saul took hold of the edge of his cloak, and it tore.
28 Markaasaa Samuu'eel isagii ku yidhi, Maanta Rabbigu boqortooyadii reer binu Israa'iil buu kaa dillaaciyey, wuxuuna siiyey mid deriskaaga ah oo kaa sii wanaagsan.
And Samuel said to him: “The Lord has torn the kingdom of Israel away from you this day. And he has delivered it to your neighbor, who is better than you are.
29 Kan xoogga reer binu Israa'iil ahna been sheegi maayo, qoomamaynna maayo; waayo, isagu ma aha nin qoomamooda.
Moreover, the One who triumphs within Israel will not spare, and he will not be moved to repentance. For he is not a man, that he should repent.”
30 Markaasuu yidhi, Waan dembaabay; haddaba waan ku baryayaaye, igu murwee duqowda dadkayga hortooda, iyo reer binu Israa'iil hortooda, oo mar kale ila noqo aan Rabbiga Ilaahaaga ah soo caabudee.
Then he said: “I have sinned. But now, honor me before the elders of my people, and before Israel, and return with me, so that I may adore the Lord your God.”
31 Haddaba Samuu'eel mar kaluu Saa'uul la noqday, oo Saa'uulna Rabbiguu soo caabuday.
Therefore, Samuel turned again after Saul. And Saul adored the Lord.
32 Markaasaa Samuu'eel wuxuu yidhi, Halkan iigu keena boqorka reer Camaaleq ee Agag ah. Kolkaasaa Agag u yimid isagoo qalbi san. Oo wuxuu yidhi, Hubaal geerida qadhaadhkeedii waa i dhaafay.
And Samuel said, “Bring near to me Agag, the king of Amalek.” And Agag, very fat and trembling, was presented to him. And Agag said, “Does bitter death separate in this manner?”
33 Oo Samuu'eelna wuxuu ku yidhi, Sida seeftaadu dumarka u ilmo tirtay, saasoo kalay hooyadaana dumarka dhexdiisa ugu ilmola'aan doontaa. Oo Samuu'eelna Agag ayuu cad cad ugu jarjaray Gilgaal dhexdeeda Rabbiga hortiisa.
And Samuel said, “Just as your sword caused women to be without their children, so will your mother be without her children among women.” And Samuel cut him into pieces, before the Lord at Gilgal.
34 Markaasaa Samuu'eel Raamaah tegey; oo Saa'uulna wuxuu tegey xaggii gurigiisii oo ku yiil Gibecaahdii Saa'uul.
Then Samuel went away to Ramah. But Saul ascended to his house at Gibeah.
35 Samuu'eelna mar dambe uma iman inuu Saa'uul soo arko ilaa maalintii uu dhintay; laakiin Samuu'eel baa Saa'uul u ooyay; oo Rabbiguna wuxuu ka qoomamooday inuu Saa'uul ka dhigay boqor u taliya reer binu Israa'iil.
And Samuel did not see Saul any more, until the day of his death. Yet truly, Samuel mourned for Saul, because the Lord regretted that he had appointed him as king over Israel.
