Псалми 145
1 Узвишаваћу Те, Боже мој, царе мој, благосиљаћу име Твоје од века до века.
David's [Psalm of] praise. I will exalt you, my God, my king; and I will bless your name for ever and ever.
2 Сваки ћу Те дан благосиљати, и хвалићу име Твоје довека и без престанка.
Every day will I bless you, and I will praise your name for ever and ever.
3 Велик је Господ, и ваља Га славити, и величанство Његово не може се досегнути.
The Lord is great, and greatly to be praised; and there is no end to his greatness.
4 Од колена до колена хвалиће дела Твоја, и силу Твоју казивати.
Generation after generation shall praise your works, and tell of your power.
5 О високој слави Твог величанства, и о дивним делима Твојим размишљам.
And they shall speak of the glorious majesty of your holiness, and recount your wonders.
6 Приповедаће силу чудеса Твојих, и ја ћу величанство Твоје казивати.
And they shall speak of the power of your terrible [acts]; and recount your greatness.
7 Хвалиће велику доброту Твоју и правду Твоју певаће.
They shall utter the memory of the abundance of your goodness, and shall exult in your righteousness.
8 Податљив је и милосрдан Господ, дуго трпи и велике је милости.
The Lord is compassionate, and merciful; long suffering, and abundant in mercy.
9 Добар је Господ према свима, и жалостив на сва дела своја.
The Lord is good to those that wait [on him]; and his compassions are over all his works.
10 Нека Те славе, Господе, сва дела Твоја, и свеци Твоји нека Те благосиљају.
Let all your works, O Lord, give thanks to you; and let your saints bless you.
11 Нека казују славу царства Твог, и силу Твоју приповедају.
They shall speak of the glory of your kingdom, and talk of your dominion;
12 Да би јавили синовима људским силу Твоју, и високу славу царства Твог.
to make known to the sons of men your power, and the glorious majesty of your kingdom.
13 Царство је Твоје царство свих векова, и влада Твоја на сва колена.
Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your dominion [endures] through all generations. The Lord is faithful in his words, and holy in all his works.
14 Господ прихвата све који падају, и исправља све погнуте.
The Lord supports all that are falling, and sets up all that are broken down.
15 Очи су свих к Теби управљене, и Ти им дајеш храну на време;
The eyes of all wait upon you; and you give [them] their food in due season.
16 Отвараш руку своју, и ситиш свашта живо по жељи.
You open your hands, and fill every living thing with pleasure.
17 Праведан је Господ у свим путевима својим, и свет у свим делима својим.
The Lord is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.
18 Господ је близу свих који Га призивају, свих, који Га призивају у истини.
The Lord is near to all that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.
19 Жељу испуња онима који Га се боје, тужњаву њихову чује, и помаже им.
He will perform the desire of them that fear him: and he will hear their supplication, and save them.
20 Чува Господ све који Га љубе, а безбожнике све ће истребити.
The Lord preserves all that love him: but all sinners he will utterly destroy.
21 Хвалу Господу нека говоре уста моја, и нека благосиља свако тело свето име Његово увек и без престанка.
My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
