Marka 11
1 A gdy zbliżyli się do Jerozolimy [i przyszli] do Betfage i Betanii przy Górze Oliwnej, posłał dwóch spośród swoich uczniów;
And when they draw nigh unto Jerusalem, unto Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount of Olives, he sendeth two of his disciples,
2 I powiedział im: Idźcie do wsi, która jest przed wami, a zaraz po wejściu do niej znajdziecie uwiązane oślątko, na którym nie siedział [jeszcze] nikt z ludzi. Odwiążcie je i przyprowadźcie.
and saith unto them, Go your way into the village that is over against you: and straightway as ye enter into it, ye shall find a colt tied, whereon no man ever yet sat; loose him, and bring him.
3 A gdyby ktoś was zapytał: Co robicie? – powiedzcie, że Pan go potrzebuje i zaraz je tu przyśle.
And if any one say unto you, Why do ye this? say ye, The Lord hath need of him; and straightway he will send him back hither.
4 Poszli więc i znaleźli oślątko uwiązane u drzwi na dworze, na rozstaju dróg, i odwiązali je.
And they went away, and found a colt tied at the door without in the open street; and they loose him.
5 Wtedy niektórzy ze stojących tam pytali: Co robicie? Dlaczego odwiązujecie oślątko?
And certain of them that stood there said unto them, What do ye, loosing the colt?
6 A oni odpowiedzieli im tak, jak im nakazał Jezus. I puścili ich.
And they said unto them even as Jesus had said: and they let them go.
7 Przyprowadzili więc oślątko do Jezusa i włożyli na nie swoje szaty, a on wsiadł na nie.
And they bring the colt unto Jesus, and cast on him their garments; and he sat upon him.
8 Wielu zaś słało na drodze swoje szaty, a inni obcinali gałązki z drzew i kładli na drodze.
And many spread their garments upon the way; and others branches, which they had cut from the fields.
9 A ci, którzy szli przed nim i którzy podążali za nim, wołali: Hosanna! Błogosławiony, który przychodzi w imieniu Pana!
And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, Hosanna; Blessed [is] he that cometh in the name of the Lord:
10 Błogosławione królestwo naszego ojca Dawida, które przychodzi w imieniu Pana! Hosanna na wysokościach!
Blessed [is] the kingdom that cometh, [the kingdom] of our father David: Hosanna in the highest.
11 I wjechał Jezus do Jerozolimy i [wszedł] do świątyni, a gdy obejrzał wszystko i nadszedł już wieczór, wyszedł z dwunastoma do Betanii.
And he entered into Jerusalem, into the temple; and when he had looked round about upon all things, it being now eventide, he went out unto Bethany with the twelve.
12 A nazajutrz, gdy wyszli z Betanii, poczuł głód.
And on the morrow, when they were come out from Bethany, he hungered.
13 I widząc z daleka drzewo figowe pokryte liśćmi, podszedł, [by zobaczyć], czy może czegoś na nim nie znajdzie. Lecz gdy się do niego zbliżył, nie znalazł nic oprócz liści, bo nie był to czas na figi.
And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find anything thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for it was not the season of figs.
14 Wtedy Jezus powiedział do niego: Niech już nikt nigdy nie je z ciebie owocu. A słyszeli to jego uczniowie. (aiōn g165)
And he answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit from thee henceforward for ever. And his disciples heard it. (aiōn g165)
15 I przyszli do Jerozolimy. A gdy Jezus wszedł do świątyni, zaczął wyganiać sprzedających i kupujących w świątyni oraz poprzewracał stoły wymieniających pieniądze i stołki sprzedających gołębie.
And they come to Jerusalem: and he entered into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and them that bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the money-changers, and the seats of them that sold the doves;
16 Nie pozwolił też, żeby ktoś [jakiekolwiek] naczynie przeniósł przez świątynię.
and he would not suffer that any man should carry a vessel through the temple.
17 I nauczał ich, mówiąc: Czyż nie jest napisane: Mój dom będzie nazwany domem modlitwy dla wszystkich narodów? Lecz wy zrobiliście z niego jaskinię zbójców.
And he taught, and said unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called a house of prayer for all the nations? but ye have made it a den of robbers.
18 A słyszeli to uczeni w Piśmie i naczelni kapłani i szukali [sposobu], jak by go zgładzić. Bali się go bowiem, dlatego że cały lud zdumiewał się jego nauką.
And the chief priests and the scribes heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, for all the multitude was astonished at his teaching.
19 A gdy nastał wieczór, wyszedł z miasta.
And every evening he went forth out of the city.
20 A rano, przechodząc, zobaczyli, że drzewo figowe uschło od korzeni.
And as they passed by in the morning, they saw the fig tree withered away from the roots.
21 Wtedy Piotr przypomniał sobie [o tym] i powiedział do niego: Mistrzu, drzewo figowe, które przekląłeś, uschło.
And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Rabbi, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away.
22 A Jezus odpowiedział im: Miejcie wiarę w Boga.
And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23 Bo zaprawdę powiadam wam, że kto powie tej górze: Podnieś się i rzuć się w morze, a nie zwątpi w swoim sercu, lecz będzie wierzył, że stanie się to, co mówi – spełni się mu, cokolwiek powie.
Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou taken up and cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that what he saith cometh to pass; he shall have it.
24 Dlatego mówię wam: O cokolwiek prosicie w modlitwie, wierzcie, że otrzymacie, a stanie się wam.
Therefore I say unto you, All things whatsoever ye pray and ask for, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
25 A gdy stoicie, modląc się, przebaczcie, jeśli macie coś przeciwko komuś, aby i wasz Ojciec, który jest w niebie, przebaczył wam wasze przewinienia.
And whensoever ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have aught against any one; that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
26 Bo jeśli wy nie przebaczycie, to i wasz Ojciec, który jest w niebie, nie przebaczy wam waszych przewinień.
27 I znowu przyszli do Jerozolimy. A gdy się przechadzał po świątyni, podeszli do niego naczelni kapłani, uczeni w Piśmie i starsi;
And they come again to Jerusalem: and as he was walking in the temple, there come to him the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders;
28 I zapytali: Jakim prawem to czynisz? I kto dał ci władzę, żeby to czynić?
and they said unto him, By what authority doest thou these things? or who gave thee this authority to do these things?
29 Wtedy Jezus im odpowiedział: Spytam was i ja o pewną rzecz. Odpowiedzcie mi, a powiem, jakim prawem to czynię.
And Jesus said unto them, I will ask of you one question, and answer me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things.
30 Czy chrzest Jana pochodził z nieba czy od ludzi? Odpowiedzcie mi.
The baptism of John, was it from heaven, or from men? answer me.
31 I rozważali [to] między sobą, mówiąc: Jeśli powiemy, że z nieba, zapyta: Dlaczego więc mu nie uwierzyliście?
And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say, Why then did ye not believe him?
32 A jeśli powiemy, że od ludzi – boimy się ludu. Wszyscy bowiem uważali Jana za prawdziwego proroka.
But should we say, From men—they feared the people: for all verily held John to be a prophet.
33 Odpowiedzieli więc Jezusowi: Nie wiemy. Jezus im odpowiedział: I ja wam nie powiem, jakim prawem to czynię.
And they answered Jesus and say, We know not. And Jesus saith unto them, Neither tell I you by what authority I do these things.
