نحمیا 10

۱ 1 و کسانی که آن را مهر کردند اینانند: نحمیای ترشاتا ابن حکلیا و صدقیا.

And the subscribers were Nehemias, Athersatha the son of Hachelai, and Sedecias,

۲ 2 وسرایا و عزریا و ارمیا.

Saraias, Azarias, Jeremias,

۳ 3 و فشحور و امریا و ملکیا.

Pheshur, Amarias, Melchias,

۴ 4 و حطوش و شبنیا و ملوک.

Hattus, Sebenia, Melluch,

۵ 5 و حاریم ومریموت و عوبدیا.

Harem, Merimuth, Obdias,

۶ 6 و دانیال و جنتون و باروک.

Daniel, Genthon, Baruch,

۷ 7 و مشلام و ابیا و میامین.

Mosollam, Abia, Miamin,

۸ 8 و معزیا و بلجای وشمعیا، اینها کاهنان بودند.

Maazia, Belgia, Semeia: these were priests.

۹ 9 و اما لاویان: یشوع بن ازنیا و بنوی از پسران حیناداد و قدمیئیل.

And the Levites, Josue the son of Azanias, Bennui of the sons of Henadad. Cedmihel,

۱۰ 10 وبرادران ایشان شبنیا و هودیا و قلیطا و فلایا وحانان.

And their brethren, Sebenia, Oduia, Celita, Phalaia, Hanan,

۱۱ 11 و میخا و رحوب و حشبیا.

Micha, Rohob, Hasebia,

۱۲ 12 و زکور وشربیا و شبنیا.

Zachur, Serebia, Sabania,

۱۳ 13 و هودیا و بانی و بنینو.

Odaia, Bani, Baninu.

۱۴ 14 وسروران قوم فرعوش و فحت موآب و عیلام وزتو و بانی.

The heads of the people, Pharos, Phahath Moab, Elam, Zethu, Bani,

۱۵ 15 و بنی و عزجد و بابای.

Bonni, Azgad, Bebai,

۱۶ 16 و ادونیا وبغوای و عودین.

Adonia, Begoai, Adin,

۱۷ 17 و عاطیر و حزقیا و عزور.

Ater, Hezecia, Azur,

۱۸ 18 وهودیا و حاشوم و بیصای.

Odaia, Hasum, Besai,

۱۹ 19 و حاریف وعناتوت و نیبای.

Hareph, Anathoth, Nebai,

۲۰ 20 و مجفیعاش و مشلام وحزیر.

Megphias, Mosollam, Hazir,

۲۱ 21 و مشیزبئیل و صادوق و یدوع.

Mesizabel, Sadoc, Jeddua,

۲۲ 22 وفلطیا و حانان و عنایا.

Pheltia, Hanan, Anaia,

۲۳ 23 و هوشع و حننیا وحشوب.

Osee, Hanania, Hasub,

۲۴ 24 و هلوحیش و فلحا و شوبیق.

Alohes, Phalea, Sobec,

۲۵ 25 ورحوم و حشبنا و معسیا.

Rehum, Hasebna, Maasia,

۲۶ 26 و اخیا و حانان وعانان.

Echaia, Hanan, Anan,

۲۷ 27 و ملوک و حاریم و بعنه.

Melluch, Haran, Baana:

۲۸ 28 «و سایر قوم و کاهنان و لاویان و دربانان ومغنیان و نتینیم و همه کسانی که خویشتن را ازاهالی کشورها به تورات خدا جدا ساخته بودند با زنان و پسران و دختران خود و همه صاحبان معرفت و فطانت،

And the rest of the people, priests, Levites, porters, and singing men, Nathinites, and all that had separated themselves from the people of the lands to the law of God, their wives, their sons, and their daughters.

۲۹ 29 به برادران و بزرگان خویش ملصق شدند و لعنت و قسم بر خود نهادند که به تورات خدا که به واسطه موسی بنده خدا داده شده بود، سلوک نمایند و تمامی اوامر یهوه خداوند ما و احکام و فرایض او را نگاه دارند و به عمل آورند.

All that could understand promising for their brethren, with their chief men, and they came to promise, and swear that they would walk in the law of God, which he gave in the hand of Moses the servant of God, that they would do and keep all the commandments of the Lord our God, and his judgments and his ceremonies.

۳۰ 30 و اینکه دختران خود را به اهل زمین ندهیم و دختران ایشان را برای پسران خودنگیریم.

And that we would not give our daughters to the people of the land, not take their daughters for our sons.

۳۱ 31 و اگر اهل زمین در روز سبت، متاع یاهر گونه آذوقه به جهت فروختن بیاورند، آنها را ازایشان در روزهای سبت و روزهای مقدس نخریم و (حاصل ) سال هفتمین و مطالبه هر قرض راترک نماییم.

And if the people of the land bring in things to sell, or any things for use, to sell them on the sabbath day, that we would not buy them of them on the sabbath, or on the holy day. And that we would leave the seventh year, and the exaction of every hand.

۳۲ 32 و بر خود فرایض قرار دادیم که یک ثلث مثقال در هر سال، بر خویشتن لازم دانیم به جهت خدمت خانه خدای ما.

And we made ordinances for ourselves, to give the third part of a side every year for the work of the house of our God,

۳۳ 33 برای نان تقدمه و هدیه آردی دایمی و قربانی سوختنی دایمی در سبت‌ها و هلالها و مواسم و به جهت موقوفات و قربانی های گناه تا کفاره به جهت اسرائیل بشود و برای تمامی کارهای خانه خدای ما.

For the leaves of proposition, and for the continual sacrifice, and for a continual holocaust on the sabbaths, on the new moons, on the set feasts, and for the holy things, and for the sin offering: that atonement might be made for Israel, and for every use of the house of our God.

۳۴ 34 و ما کاهنان و لاویان و قوم، قرعه برای هدیه هیزم انداختیم، تا آن را به خانه خدای خودبرحسب خاندانهای آبای خویش، هر سال به وقتهای معین بیاوریم تا بر مذبح یهوه خدای ماموافق آنچه در تورات نوشته است سوخته شود.

And we cast lots among the priests, and the Levites, and the people for the offering of wood, that it might be brought into the house of our God by the houses of our fathers at set times, from year to year: to burn upon the altar of the Lord our God, as it is written in the law of Moses:

۳۵ 35 و تا آنکه نوبرهای زمین خود و نوبرهای همه میوه هر گونه درخت را سال به سال به خانه خداوند بیاوریم.

And that we would bring the first fruits of our land, and the firstfruits of all fruit of every tree, from year to year, in the house of our Lord.

۳۶ 36 و تا اینکه نخست زاده های پسران و حیوانات خود را موافق آنچه در تورات نوشته شده است و نخست زاده های گاوان و گوسفندان خود را به خانه خدای خویش، برای کاهنانی که در خانه خدای ما خدمت می‌کنندبیاوریم.

And the firstborn of our sons, and of our cattle, as it is written in the law, and the firstlings of our oxen, and of our sheep, to be offered in the house of our God, to the priests who minister in the house of our God.

۳۷ 37 و نیز نوبر خمیر خود را و هدایای افراشتنی خویش را و میوه هر گونه درخت وعصیر انگور و روغن زیتون را برای کاهنان به حجره های خانه خدای خود و عشر زمین خویش را به جهت لاویان بیاوریم، زیرا که لاویان عشر رادر جمیع شهرهای زراعتی ما می‌گیرند.

And that we would bring the firstfruits of our meats, and of our libations, and the fruit of every tree, of the vintage also and of oil to the priests, to the storehouse of our God, and the tithes of our ground to the Levites. The Levites also shall receive the tithes of our works out of all the cities.

۳۸ 38 وهنگامی که لاویان عشر می‌گیرند، کاهنی ازپسران هارون همراه ایشان باشد و لاویان عشرعشرها را به خانه خدای ما به حجره های بیت‌المال بیاورند.

And the priest the son of Aaron shall be with the Levites in the tithes of the Levites, and the Levites shall offer the tithe of their tithes in the house of our God, to the storeroom into the treasure house.

۳۹ 39 زیرا که بنی‌اسرائیل وبنی لاوی هدایای افراشتنی غله و عصیر انگور وروغن زیتون را به حجره‌ها می‌بایست بیاورند، جایی که آلات قدس و کاهنانی که خدمت می‌کنند و دربانان و مغنیان حاضر می‌باشند، پس خانه خدای خود را ترک نخواهیم کرد.»

For the children of Israel and the children of Levi shall carry to the treasury the firstfruits of corn, of wine, and of oil: and the sanctified vessels shall be there, and the priests, and the singing men, and the porters, and ministers, and we will not forsake the house of our God.
