ଗୀତସଂହିତା 50
1 ଆସଫର ଗୀତ। ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର କଥା କହିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟର ଉଦୟ-ସ୍ଥାନଠାରୁ ତହିଁର ଅସ୍ତ-ସ୍ଥାନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସେ ପୃଥିବୀକୁ ଆହ୍ୱାନ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।
A Psalm of Asaph. The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising to the setting of the sun.
2 ସୌନ୍ଦର୍ଯ୍ୟର ସିଦ୍ଧି ସ୍ୱରୂପ ସିୟୋନଠାରୁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ହୋଇଅଛନ୍ତି।
Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined.
3 ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆସିବେ ଓ ନୀରବ ରହିବେ ନାହିଁ; ତାହାଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଅଗ୍ନି ଗ୍ରାସ କରିବ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଝଡ଼ମୟ ହେବ।
Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous around him.
4 ସେ ଆପଣା ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ବିଚାର କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଉପରିସ୍ଥ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗକୁ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀକୁ ଡାକିବେ;
He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people.
5 “ଯେଉଁମାନେ ବଳିଦାନ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆମ୍ଭ ସଙ୍ଗେ ନିୟମ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ଆମର ସେହି ସଦ୍ଭକ୍ତଗଣଙ୍କୁ ଆମ୍ଭ ନିକଟରେ ଏକତ୍ର କର।”
Gather my saints together to me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.
6 ପୁଣି, ସ୍ୱର୍ଗ ତାହାଙ୍କର ଧର୍ମ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିବ; କାରଣ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ସ୍ୱୟଂ ବିଚାରକର୍ତ୍ତା। (ସେଲା)
And the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for God is judge himself. (Selah)
7 “ହେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଲୋକମାନେ, ଶୁଣ, ଆମ୍ଭେ କଥା କହିବା; ହେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଶୁଣ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିଷୟରେ ସାକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଦେବା; ଆମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର,
Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I am God, even thy God.
8 ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସବୁ ହୋମବଳି ସକାଶୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଭର୍ତ୍ସନା କରିବା ନାହିଁ; ଆଉ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ହୋମବଳିସବୁ ନିତ୍ୟ ଆମ୍ଭ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଅଛି।
I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, to have been continually before me.
9 ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଗୃହରୁ କୌଣସି ବୃଷ କିମ୍ବା ତୁମ୍ଭ ଖୁଆଡ଼ରୁ ଛାଗର ବଳିଦାନ ନେବା ନାହିଁ।
I will take no bull out of thy house, nor male goats out of thy folds.
10 କାରଣ ବନସ୍ଥ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଜନ୍ତୁ ଓ ସହସ୍ର ସହସ୍ର ପର୍ବତସ୍ଥ ପଶୁ ଆମ୍ଭର।
For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.
11 ଆମ୍ଭେ ପର୍ବତମାନର ସମସ୍ତ ପକ୍ଷୀକୁ ଜାଣୁ ଓ ବିଲର ପଶୁସବୁ ଆମ୍ଭର।
I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine.
12 ଆମ୍ଭେ କ୍ଷୁଧିତ ହେଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଜଣାଇବା ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ଜଗତ ଓ ତହିଁର ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣତା ଆମ୍ଭର।
If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and all it containeth.
13 ଆମ୍ଭେ କʼଣ ବୃଷମାଂସ ଭୋଜନ କରିବା, ଅବା ଛାଗରକ୍ତ ପାନ କରିବା?
Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?
14 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦରୂପ ବଳି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କର ଓ ସର୍ବୋପରିସ୍ଥଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଆପଣା ମାନତ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କର;
Offer to God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows to the most High:
15 ପୁଣି, ସଙ୍କଟ ଦିନରେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଡାକ; ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବା, ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭର ମହିମା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିବ।”
And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
16 ମାତ୍ର ଦୁଷ୍ଟକୁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର କହନ୍ତି, “ଆମ୍ଭର ବିଧି ପ୍ରଚାର କରିବାକୁ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେ ଆମ୍ଭର ନିୟମ ଆପଣା ମୁଖରେ ନେଇଅଛ, ତୁମ୍ଭର କି ଅଧିକାର?
But to the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth?
17 କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଘୃଣା କରୁଅଛ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭ ବାକ୍ୟ ଆପଣା ପଛେ ପକାଇ ଦେଉଅଛ।
Seeing thou hatest instruction, and castest my words behind thee.
18 ଚୋରକୁ ଦେଖିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ସଙ୍ଗେ ସମ୍ମତ ହୋଇଅଛ ଓ ବ୍ୟଭିଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କର ସହଭାଗୀ ହୋଇଅଛ।
When thou sawest a thief, then thou didst consent with him, and hast been partaker with adulterers.
19 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମନ୍ଦ ବିଷୟରେ ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ବଢ଼ାଉଅଛ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଜିହ୍ୱା ପ୍ରବଞ୍ଚନା କଳ୍ପନା କରେ।
Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit.
20 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଭାଇ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ବସି କଥା କହୁଅଛ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ମାତୃପୁତ୍ରର ନିନ୍ଦା କରୁଅଛ।
Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thy own mother’s son.
21 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏହିସବୁ କରି ଆସିଅଛ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ନୀରବ ହୋଇ ରହିଅଛୁ; ତହିଁରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସର୍ବତୋଭାବେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରି ବୋଲି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅନୁମାନ କରିଅଛ; ମାତ୍ର ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଅନୁଯୋଗ କରିବା ଓ ତାହାସବୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ ସଜାଇ ରଖିବା।”
These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes.
22 “ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କୁ ପାସୋରିବା ଲୋକମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଏହା ବିବେଚନା କର, ନୋହିଲେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଦୀର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବା, ପୁଣି, ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବାକୁ କେହି ନ ଥିବ।
Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.
23 ଯେଉଁ ଜନ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦରୂପ ବଳି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରେ, ସେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଗୌରବ ଦିଏ; ଯେଉଁ ଜନ ଆପଣା ଗତି ସରଳ କରେ, ତାହାକୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ଦେଖାଇବା।”
Whoever offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conduct aright will I show the salvation of God.
