न्यायकर्ताहरू 20
1 त्यसपछि दानदेखि बेर्शेबासम्मका इस्राएलका मानिसहरू र गिलादको भूमिबाट समेत सबै एक भएर निस्के र परमप्रभुको अगि मिस्पामा एकसाथ भेला भए ।
And they went out all [the] people of Israel and it was assembled the congregation like a man one from Dan and to Beer Sheba and [the] land of Gilead to Yahweh Mizpah.
2 इस्राएलका सबै कुलका मानिसहरूका अगुवाहरू परमेश्वरका मानिसहरूको भेलामा आफ्नो सहभागीता जनाए— त्यहाँ चार लाख जना पैदल हिंड्ने मानिसहरू तरवार लिएर युद्ध गर्न तयार थिए ।
And they presented themselves [the] corners of all the people all [the] tribes of Israel in [the] assembly of [the] people of God four hundred thousand man on foot [who] drew a sword.
3 बेन्यामिनका मानिसहरूले इस्राएलका मानिसहरू मिस्पामा गएका कुरा सुने । इस्राएलका मानिसहरूले भने, “यस्तो दुष्ट काम कसरी भयो त्यो हामीलाई भन ।”
And they heard [the] descendants of Benjamin that they had gone up [the] people of Israel Mizpah and they said [the] people of Israel speak how? did it occur the evil this.
4 त्यो मारिएकी स्त्रीका पति ती लेवीले जवाफ दिए, “म र मेरी उपपत्नी बेन्यामीनको इलाकामा पर्ने गिबामा रात कटाउन गएका थियौं ।
And he answered the man the Levite [the] husband of the woman murdered and he said Gibeah towards which [belongs] to Benjamin I came I and concubine my to spend [the] night.
5 रातको बेला गिबाका अगुवाहरूले घरलाई घेरेर मलाई मार्ने उद्देश्यले आक्रमण गरे । तिनीहरूले मेरी उपपत्नीलाई बलात्कार गरे र त्यो मरी ।
And they rose up on me [the] citizens of Gibeah and they surrounded on me the house night me they intended to kill and concubine my they abused and she died.
6 मैले मेरी पत्नीलाई ल्याएँ र त्यसको लाशलाई टुक्रा-टुक्रा गरी काटें, र ती इस्राएलको उत्तराधिकारको हरेक इलाकामा पठाएँ, किनभने तिनीहरूले इस्राएलमा यतिसम्मको दुष्टता र अत्याचार गरेका छन् ।
And I took hold on concubine my and I cut in pieces her and I sent off her in all [the] land of [the] inheritance of Israel for they have done wickedness and disgraceful folly in Israel.
7 यसैले, ए सारा इस्राएलीहरू हो, तपाईंहरूको सल्लाह र सुझाव यहाँ दिनुहोस् ।”
Here! all of you O people of Israel give for yourselves a word and counsel here.
8 सबै मानिसहरू एक भएर खडा भए र तिनीहरूले भने “हामी कोही पनि आफ्नो पालमा जानेछैनौं र हामी कोही पनि घर फर्कनेछैनौं ।
And it arose all the people like a man one saying not we will go anyone to tent his and not we will depart anyone to house his.
9 तर अब हामी गिबालाई यस्तो गर्नेछौं: गोला हालेर पाएको निर्देशनअनुसार हामी त्यसलाई आक्रमण गर्नेछौं ।
And now this [is] the thing which we will do to Gibeah on it by lot.
10 हामी इस्राएलका सबै कुलहरूबाट एक सयबाट दश, एक हजारबाट एक सय, र दश हजारबाट एक हजारलाई मानिसहरूलाई अरूका निम्ति खानेकुराको प्रबन्ध गर्न राख्नेछौं, ताकि तिनीहरू बेन्यामीनको गिबामा आउँदा, उनीहरूले इस्राएलमा गरेका दुष्टताको लागि तिनीहरूले दण्ड दिन सकून् ।”
And we will take ten men to the hundred of all - [the] tribes of Israel and one hundred to the thousand and one thousand to the ten thousand to bring provision[s] for the people to do to coming their to Geba of Benjamin according to all the disgraceful folly which it did in Israel.
11 यसैले इस्राएलका सबै सिपाहीहरू त्यस सहरको विरुद्ध एकतावद्ध भएर भेला भए ।
And it gathered every man of Israel to the city like a man one united.
12 इस्राएलका कुलहरूले बेन्यामीनको कुलका सबैलाई यसो भन्दै मानिसहरू पठाए, “तिमीहरूका बिचमा गरिएको दुष्टता के हो?
And they sent [the] tribes of Israel men in all [the] tribes of Benjamin saying what? [is] the evil this which it has happened among you.
13 यसकारण, गिबाका ती दुष्ट मानिसहरूलाई हामीलाई सुम्पिदेओ, ताकि हामी तिनीहरूलाई मार्नेछौं र यसरी इस्राएलबाट हामी यो दुष्टता पूर्ण रूपमा हटाउनेछौं ।” तर बेन्यामीनीहरूले आफ्ना दाजुभाइ, अर्थात् इस्राएलका मानिसहरूको कुरा सुनेनन् ।
And therefore give up the men sons of worthlessness who [are] in Gibeah so we may put to death them and let us remove evil from Israel and not (they were willing [the] descendants *Q(K)*) of Benjamin to listen to [the] voice of brothers their [the] people of Israel.
14 त्यसपछि बेन्यामीनका मानिसहरू एक साथ गिबाका सहरहरूबाट बाहिर निस्के र इस्राएलका मानिसहरूका विरुद्ध युद्ध गर्न तयार भए ।
And they gathered [the] descendants of Benjamin from the cities Gibeah towards to go out for battle with [the] people of Israel.
15 बेन्यामीनका मानिसहरूले त्यस दिन आफ्ना सहरहरूबाट तरवार बोकेर युद्ध लड्नको निम्ति तालिम प्राप्त छब्बीस हजार सिपाहीलाई एकसाथ ल्याए । यसका साथै, त्यहाँ गिबाका बासिन्दाहरूबाट सात सय चुनिएकाहरू मानिसहरू थिए ।
And they were mustered [the] descendants of Benjamin on the day that from the cities twenty and six thousand man [who] drew a sword apart from [the] inhabitants of Gibeah [who] they were mustered seven hundred man chosen.
16 यी सबै सेनाहरूमा सात सय चुनिएका मानिसहरूले देब्रे हात चलाउँथे । तिनीहरू हरेकले घुयेंत्रोले कपालमा हान्न सक्थे र निशाना चुकाउँदैनथे ।
[were] from All - the people this seven hundred man chosen impeded [the] hand of right his all this [was] slinging with the stone to the single hair and not he missed.
17 बेन्यामीनीहरूको सङ्ख्यालाई गणना नगरी इस्राएलका मानिसहरू चार लाख जना थिए, जो तरवारले युद्ध लड्नलाई तालिम प्राप्त थिए । यी सबै युद्ध गर्ने मानिसहरू थिए ।
And [the] man of Israel they were mustered apart from Benjamin four hundred thousand man [who] drew a sword all this [was] man of war.
18 इस्राएलका मानिसहरू उठे, बेथेलमा गए, र परमेश्वरबाट सल्लाह मागे । तिनीहरूले सोधे, “बेन्यामिनीहरूलाई हाम्रा निम्ति कसले पहिले आक्रमण गर्नेछ?” परमप्रभुले भन्नुभयो, “यहूदाले पहिले आक्रमण गर्नेछ ।”
And they arose and they went up Beth-el and they asked by God and they said [the] people of Israel who? will he go up for us at the first to the battle with [the] descendants of Benjamin and he said Yahweh Judah [will be] at the first.
19 इस्राएलका मानिसहरू बिहान उठे र तिनीहरूले आफ्नो छाउनी गिबाको नजिक सारे ।
And they arose [the] people of Israel in the morning and they encamped on Gibeah.
20 इस्राएलका मानिसहरू बेन्यामीनको विरुद्ध युद्ध लड्न बाहिर निस्के । तिनीहरू गिबामा उनीहरूका विरुद्ध युद्धको निम्ति तयार भएर बसे ।
And he went out [the] man of Israel to the battle with Benjamin and they deployed with them [the] man of Israel battle to Gibeah.
21 बेन्यामीनीहरू गिबाबाट बाहिर निस्के, र तिनीहरूले त्यस दिन इस्राएलको सेनाका बाइस हजार मानिसहरूलाई मारे ।
And they went out [the] descendants of Benjamin from Gibeah and they destroyed among Israel on the day that two and twenty thousand man [the] ground towards.
22 तर इस्राएलका मानिसहरूले आफूलाई बलियो पारे र तिनीहरू पहिलो दिनमा जुन स्थानमा तयार भएर बसेका थिए त्यसै ठाउँमा युद्धको निम्ति तयार भए ।
And it showed itself strong the people [the] man of Israel and they repeated to deploy battle in the place where they had deployed there on the day first.
23 तब इस्राएलका मानिसहरू माथि उक्ले र साँझसम्म परमप्रभुको अगि रोए, र उहाँबाट निर्देशनको खोजी गरे । तिनीहरूले भने, “के हाम्रा दाजुभाइ, अर्थात् बेन्यामीनीहरूसँग युद्ध गर्न हामी फेरि जाऔं?” परमप्रभुले भन्नुभयो, “तिनीहरूलाई आक्रमण गर!”
And they went up [the] people of Israel and they wept before Yahweh until the evening and they enquired by Yahweh saying ¿ will I repeat to draw near for battle with [the] descendants of Benjamin brother my and he said Yahweh go up against him.
24 यसैकारण दोस्रो दिनमा इस्राएलका मानिसहरू बेन्यामीनका सेनाहरूका विरुद्ध युद्ध गर्न गए ।
And they drew near [the] people of Israel to [the] descendants of Benjamin on the day second.
25 दोस्रो दिनमा, गिबाबाट बेन्यामीनीहरू तिनीहरूका विरुद्ध बाहिर निस्के र तिनीहरूले इस्राएलका अठार हजार मानिसहरूलाई मारे । तिनीहरू सबै तरवारले लडाइँ गर्नलाई तालिम प्राप्त मानिसहरू थिए ।
And it went out Benjamin - to meet them - from Gibeah on the day second and they destroyed among [the] people of Israel again eight-teen thousand man [the] ground towards all these [were] drawers of a sword.
26 त्यसपछि इस्राएलका सबै सेना र सबै मानिसहरू बेथेलमा उक्ले र रोए, र तिनीहरू परमप्रभुको अगि बसे र तिनीहरू त्यस दिन साँझसम्म उपवास बसे र परमप्रभुलाई होमबलि र मेलबलि चढाए ।
And they went up all [the] people of Israel and all the people and they came Beth-el and they wept and they sat there before Yahweh and they fasted on the day that until the evening and they offered up burnt offerings and peace offerings before Yahweh.
27 इस्राएलका मानिसहरूले परमप्रभुलाई यसरी सोधे— किनकि परमेश्वरका करारको सन्दुक ती दिनहरूमा त्यहीं थियो,
And they enquired [the] people of Israel by Yahweh and [was] there [the] ark of [the] covenant of God in the days those.
28 र हारूनका नाति, एलाजारका छोरा पीनहासले सन्दुकको सामु सेवा गर्थे— “के हाम्रा दाजुभाइ, अर्थात् बेन्यामीनीहरूका विरुद्ध हामी फेरि युद्धमा जाऔं, वा रोकौं?” परमप्रभुले भन्नुभयो, “आक्रमण गर, किनकि भोलीको दिन तिनीहरूलाई पराजय गर्न म तिमीहरूलाई सहायता गर्नेछु ।”
And Phinehas [the] son Eleazar [the] son of Aaron [was] standing - before it in the days those saying ¿ will I repeat again to go out for battle with [the] descendants of Benjamin brother my or? will I cease and he said Yahweh go up for tomorrow I will give him in hand your.
29 यसैले इस्राएलले गिबा वरिपरि गुप्त ठाउँहरूमा मानिसहरूलाई राखे ।
And it set Israel ambushers to Gibeah round about.
30 तेस्रो दिनमा इस्राएलका मानिसहरू बेन्यामीनीहरूसँग लडे, र तिनीहरूले पहिलो दिनमा गरेझैं गिबाको विरुद्धमा त्यही स्थानबाट युद्ध गरे ।
And they went up [the] people of Israel against [the] descendants of Benjamin on the day third and they deployed against Gibeah as time on time.
31 बेन्यामीनका मानिसहरू गए र ती मानिसहरूसँग युद्ध लडे, र तिनीहरूलाई सहरबाट टाढा पुर्याइयो । तिनीहरूले केही मानिसलाई मार्न थाले । खेतहरू र सडकहरूमा मर्नेहरूमा इस्राएलका करिब तिस जना मानिस थिए । एउटा बाटो बेथेल तर्फ जान्थ्यो, र अर्को गिबातर्फ जान्थ्यो ।
And they went out [the] descendants of Benjamin to meet the people they were drawn away from the city and they began to strike down some of the people fatally wounded as time - on time in the highways which one [is] going up Beth-el and one Gibeah towards in the field about thirty man in Israel.
32 तब बेन्यामीनका मानिसहरूले भने, “तिनीहरू हारेका छन् र पहिलो पल्टझैं तिनीहरू हामीबाट भाग्दैछन् ।” तर इस्राएलका सिपाहीहरूले भने, “हामी पछि हटौं र तिनीहरूलाई सहरबाट टाढा सडकहरूमा लैजाऔं ।”
And they said [the] descendants of Benjamin [are] defeated they before us as at the former [time] and [the] people of Israel they said let us flee and we will draw away him from the city to the highways.
33 इस्राएलका सबै मानिसहरू आ-आफ्ना ठाउँबाट उठे र बाल-तामारमा युद्धको निम्ति तयार भए । त्यसपछि गुप्त स्थानहरूमा लुकिरहेका इस्राएलका सेनाहरू आ-आफ्ना ठाउँ गिबाबाट निस्किआए ।
And every - man of Israel they rose from place his and they deployed at Baal Tamar and [the] ambusher of Israel [was] bursting forth from place his from [the] open place of Geba.
34 सारा इस्राएलबाट गिबाको विरुद्ध त्यहाँ दश हजार चुनिएका मानिसहरू आए, र तिनीहरूको बिचमा घमासान युद्ध भयो, तर बेन्यामीनीहरूलाई तिनीहरूको विनाश नजिकै छ भन्ने कुरा थाहा थिएन ।
And they came from before to Gibeah ten thousand man chosen from all Israel and the battle it was heavy and they not they knew that [was] about to touch to them calamity.
35 परमप्रभुले इस्राएलको सामु बेन्यामीनलाई परास्त गर्नुभयो । त्यस दिन, इस्राएलका सेनाहरूले बेन्यामीनका २५,१०० मानिसहरूलाई मारे । त्यहाँ मर्नेहरू सबै तरवारले युद्ध गर्नलाई तालिम प्राप्त थिए ।
And he defeated Yahweh - Benjamin before Israel and they destroyed [the] people of Israel among Benjamin on the day that twenty and five thousand and one hundred man all these [was] drawing a sword.
36 यसैले बेन्यामीनका सेनाहरूले आफ़ूहरू हारेका देखे । इस्राएलका मानिसहरूले बेन्यामीनीहरूलाई रणभूमिमा मौका दिएकाजस्तै गरेका थिए, किनकि तिनीहरूले गिबाभन्दा बाहिर गुप्त स्थानहरूमा लिकेका मानिसहरू गणना गरिरहेका थिए ।
And they saw [the] descendants of Benjamin for they were defeated and they gave [the] man of Israel place to Benjamin for they trusted to the ambusher whom they had set against Gibeah.
37 तब लुकिरहेका मानिसहरू उठे र हतार गर्दै गिबाभित्र पसे, र सारा सहरलाई तिनीहरूले तरवारको धारले प्रहार गरे ।
And the ambusher they made haste and they made a raid against Gibeah and he marched the ambusher and he struck all the city to [the] mouth of [the] sword.
38 इस्राएलका सेनाहरू र गुप्तमा लुकेका मानिसहरूबिच एउटा चिन्हको सल्लाह भएको थियो र त्योचाहिं सहरबाट धुँवाको ठुलो मुस्लो माथि जाँनुपर्छ भन्ने थियो ।
And the appointed signal it belonged to [the] man of Israel with the ambusher make great to cause to go up they [the] rising of the smoke from the city.
39 त्यो चिन्ह पठाएपछि इस्राएलका सेनाहरू युद्धबाट फर्कनुपर्थ्यो । बेन्यामीनीहरूले आक्रमण गर्न थाले र तिनीहरूले इस्राएलका तिस जना जति मानिसलाई मारे, र तिनीहरूले भने, “पहिलो युद्धमा झैं तिनीहरू निश्चय नै हामीबाट परास्त भएका छन् ।”
And he turned [the] man of Israel in the battle and Benjamin it began to strike down fatally wounded among [the] man of Israel about thirty man for they said surely certainly [is] defeated it before us like the battle first.
40 तर जब सहरबाट धुँवाको मुस्लो माथि उठ्न थाल्यो, तब बेन्यामीनीहरूले फर्केर हेरे र सारा सहरबाट आकाशतर्फ धुँवा उडेको देखे ।
And the rising it began to go up from the city a pillar of smoke and it turned Benjamin behind it and there! it went up [the] entirety of the city the heavens towards.
41 त्यसपछि इस्राएलका मानिसहरू तिनीहरूका विरुद्ध जाइलागे । बेन्यामीनीहरू आतङ्कित भए, किनकि तिनीहरूमा विपत्ति आइलागेको तिनीहरूले देखे ।
And [the] man of Israel he turned and he was terrified [the] man of Benjamin if he saw that it had touched to him calamity.
42 यसैले तिनीहरू इस्राएलका मानिसहरूबाट भागे, र उजाड-स्थानतिर गए । तर युद्धले तिनीहरूलाई भेटाइहाल्यो । इस्राएलका सेनाहरू सहरहरूबाट आए र तिनीहरू भएकै ठाउँमा तिनीहरूलाई मारे ।
And they turned before [the] man of Israel to [the] way of the wilderness and the battle it overtook him and [those] who [were] from the cities [were] destroying him in [the] midst of him.
43 तिनीहरूले बेन्यामीनीहरूलाई घेरे, तिनीहरूलाई खेदे र तिनीहरूलाई गिबाको पूर्वमा नोहामा खत्तम पारे ।
They surrounded Benjamin they pursued him rest they trod down him to opposite Gibeah from [the] rising of [the] sun.
44 बेन्यामीनी कुलबाट अठार हजार जना मानिसहरू मरे, र ती सबै मानिसहरू युद्धमा विशिष्ट थिए ।
And they fell of Benjamin eight-teen thousand man all these [were] men of strength.
45 तिनीहरू युद्धबाट फर्के र उजाड-स्थानमा रिम्मोनको चट्टानतर्फ भागे । इस्राएलीहरूले बाटोहरूमा तिनीहरूका अरू पाँच हजार जना मानिसहरूलाई मारे । उनीहरूले तिनीहरूलाई गीदोमसम्मै लखेटिरहे र त्यहाँ अरू दुई हजार जनालाई मारे ।
And they turned and they fled the wilderness towards to [the] rock of Rimmon and they gleaned him in the highways five thousand man and they pursued closely after him to Gidom and they struck down of him two thousand man.
46 त्यस दिन मर्नेहरूमा पच्चीस हजार बेन्यामीनी सेनाहरू थिए जो तरवारले लडाइँ गर्नको निम्ति तालिम प्राप्त थिए । तिनीहरू सबै युद्ध गर्न निपुण थिए ।
And it was all those [who] fell of Benjamin twenty and five thousand man [who] drew a sword on the day that all these [were] men of strength.
47 तर छ सय मानिसहरू उजाड-स्थानमा रिम्मोनको चट्टानतिर भागे । चार महिनासम्म तिनीहरू रिम्मोनको चट्टानमा बसे ।
And they turned and they fled the wilderness towards to [the] rock of Rimmon six hundred man and they dwelt at [the] rock of Rimmon four months.
48 इस्राएलका सेनाहरू बेन्यामीनी मानिसहरूका विरुद्ध फर्के र तिनीहरूलाई, र सहर र पशुहरू, र त्यहाँ भएका सबै कुरालाई तरवारको धारले प्रहार गरे । आफ्नो बाटोमा सबै नगरलाई समेत तिनीहरूले जलाइदिए ।
And [the] man of Israel they turned back against [the] descendants of Benjamin and they struck them to [the] mouth of [the] sword from a city of soundness unto animal unto everything which was found also all the cities which were found they sent in fire.
