1 हिजकियाले राज्य गर्न सुरु गर्दा तिनी पच्चिस वर्षका थिए । तिनले यरूशलेममा उनन्तिस वर्ष राज्य गरे । तिनकी आमाको नाउँ अबिया थियो । तिनी जकरियाकी छोरी थिइन् ।
Hezekiah to reign son: aged twenty and five year and twenty and nine year to reign in/on/with Jerusalem and name mother his Abijah daughter Zechariah
2 आफ्ना पुर्खा दाऊदले गरेझैं परमप्रभुको दृष्टिमा जे असल थियो सो तिनले गरे ।

3 तिनको राजकालको पहिलो वर्षको पहिलो महिनामा हिजकियाले परमप्रभुको मन्दिरका ढोकाहरू खोले र तिनको मरम्मत गरे ।

4 तिनले पुजारीहरू र लेवीहरूलाई ल्याए र तिनीहरूलाई पूर्वपट्टिको चोकमा एकसाथ भेला गराए ।

5 तिनले तिनीहरूलाई भने, “ए लेवीहरू हो, मेरा कुरा सुन! आफू-आफूलाई पवित्र गर, र आफ्ना पुर्खाहरूका परमप्रभु परमेश्वरको मन्दिरलाई पवित्र पार, र पवित्रस्थानबाट अपवित्र कुरा हटाइदेओ ।

6 किनकि हाम्रा पुर्खाहरूले पाप गरे र परमप्रभु हाम्रा परमेश्वरको दृष्टिमा जे खराब थियो सो गरे । तिनीहरूले उहाँलाई त्यागे, परमप्रभुको बस्नुहुने ठाउँबाट आफ्नो मुहारहरू फर्काए, र त्यसतर्फ आफ्ना पीठ फर्काए ।
for be unfaithful father our and to make: do [the] bad: evil in/on/with eye: seeing LORD God our and to leave: forsake him and to turn: turn face their from tabernacle LORD and to give: put neck
7 तिनीहरूले दलानका ढोकाहरू पनि बन्द गरिदिए र बत्तीहरू निभाए । तिनीहरूले इस्राएलका परमेश्वरको पवित्रस्थानमा धूप बाल्न र होमबलि चढाउन छोडिदिए ।

8 यसकारण परमप्रभुको क्रोध यहूदा र यरूशलेममाथि परेको थियो, र उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई डर, आतङ्क र घृणाका पात्र बनाउनुभएको छ, जस्तो तिमीहरूका आफ्नै आँखाले तिमीहरू देख्न सक्छौ ।

9 त्यसकाणले हाम्रा पुर्खाहरू तरवारले मारिएका छन्, र हाम्रा छोराहरू, हाम्री छोरीहरू र हाम्री पत्नीहरू यसैले कैदमा छन् ।

10 अब इस्राएलका परमप्रभु परमेश्वरसँग एउटा करार गर्ने कुरा मेरो हृदयमा छ, ताकि उहाँको प्रचण्ड क्रोध हामीहरूबाट हटोस् ।

11 ए मेरा छोराहरू, अब अल्छे नहोओ, किनकि परमप्रभुले उहाँको आराधना गर्नलाई उहाँको सामु खडा हुन, र तिमीहरू उहाँका सेवकहरू होऊ र धूप बाल भनेर तिमीहरूलाई चुन्नुभएको छ ।”

12 तब लेवीहरू खडा भएः कहातीहरूका मानिसहरूबाट अमासैका छोरा महत र अजर्याहका छोरा योएल, अनि मरारीहरूका मानिसहरूबाट अब्दीका छोरा कीश र यहललेलका छोरा अजर्याह, अनि गेर्शोनीहरूबाट जिम्माहका छोरा योआ र योआका छोरा अदन ।

13 एलीजापानका छोराहरूबाट शिम्री र यहीएल, अनि आसापका छोराहरूबाट जकरिया र मत्तन्याह ।

14 हेमानका छोराहरूबाट यहीएल र शिमी, अनि यदूतूनका छोराहरूबाट शमायाह र उज्जीएल ।
and from son: descendant/people Heman (Jehuel *Q(K)*) and Shimei and from son: descendant/people Jeduthun Shemaiah and Uzziel
15 तिनीहरूले आआफ्ना दाजुभाइलाई भेला गराए, र तिनीहरूले आफैलाई पवित्र गरे, अनि परमप्रभुको वचनको अनुसरण गर्दै राजाले हुकुम गरेबमोजिम परमप्रभुको मन्दिरलाई शुद्ध पार्न तिनीहरू त्यसभित्र पसे ।

16 परमप्रभुको मन्दिर शुद्ध गर्न पुजारीहरू त्यसको भित्री भागमा पसे । तिनीहरूले परमप्रभुको मन्दिरभित्र भेट्टाएका सबै अशुद्ध कुराहरू बाहिर परमप्रभुका मन्दिरको चोकमा ल्याए । लेवीहरूले ती कुराहरू बोकेर किद्रोन खोल्सामा लगे ।

17 पहिलो महिनाको पहिलो दिनमा तिनीहरूले शुद्ध पार्ने काम सुरु गरे । आठौँ दिनमा तिनीहरू परमप्रभुको दलानसम्म पुगेका थिए । अनि अझै आठ दिनसम्म तिनीहरूले परमप्रभुको मन्दिर पवित्र गरिरहे । पहिलो महिनाको सोह्रौँ दिनमा तिनीहरूले त्यो काम सिद्ध्याए ।

18 त्यसपछि तिनीहरू राजमहलभित्र हिजकिया राजाकहाँ गए र भने, “हामीले परमप्रभुको मन्दिर जम्मै पवित्र गरिसक्यौं, अर्थात् होमबलिको वेदी, त्यसका सबै भाँडाकुँडासमेत, अनि अर्पण गरिएको रोटी राख्ने टेबल, त्यसका सबै सामानसमेत ।
and to come (in): come within to(wards) Hezekiah [the] king and to say be pure [obj] all house: temple LORD [obj] altar [the] burnt offering and [obj] all article/utensil his and [obj] table [the] row and [obj] all article/utensil his
19 यसैले हामीले राजा आहाजले आफ्नो शासनकालमा विश्वासघाती भएर हटाएका जम्मै सरसामान पनि हामीले तयारी र पवित्र गर्यौँ । हेर्नुहोस्, ती परमप्रभुका वेदीको सामुन्ने राखिएका छन् ।”

20 तब राजा हिजकिया बिहान सबेरै उठेर सहरका अगुवाहरूलाई भेला गराए । तिनी परमप्रभुको मन्दिरमा उक्लेर गए ।

21 तिनीहरूले सात वटा साँढे, सात वटा भेडा र सात वटा थुमा ल्याए, अनि राज्य, पवित्रस्थान र यहूदाको लागि पापबलिको निम्ति सात वटा बोका ल्याए । तिनले पुजारीहरू, हारूनका छोराहरूलाई यी सबै परमप्रभुको वेदीमा चढाउने हुकुम गरे ।
and to come (in): bring bullock seven and ram seven and lamb seven and male goat goat seven to/for sin: sin offering upon [the] kingdom and upon [the] sanctuary and upon Judah and to say to/for son: descendant/people Aaron [the] priest to/for to ascend: offer up upon altar LORD
22 यसैले तिनीहरूले ती साँढेहरू मारे, र पुजारीहरूले तिनका रगत लिएर वेदीमा छर्के । त्यसपछि तिनीहरूले भेडाहरू मारे, र तिनका रगत लिएर वेदीमा छर्के, र तिनीहरूले थुमाहरू पनि मारे र तिनका रगत वेदीमा छर्के ।
and to slaughter [the] cattle and to receive [the] priest [obj] [the] blood and to scatter [the] altar [to] and to slaughter [the] ram and to scatter [the] blood [the] altar [to] and to slaughter [the] lamb and to scatter [the] blood [the] altar [to]
23 तिनीहरूले पापबलिको निम्ति बोकाहरू राजा र समुदायको अघि ल्याए । तिनीहरूले तीमाथि आआफ्ना हात राखे ।
and to approach: bring [obj] he-goat [the] sin: sin offering to/for face: before [the] king and [the] assembly and to support hand their upon them
24 पुजारीहरूले ती बोकाहरू मारे, र सारा इस्राएलको निम्ति प्रायश्चित गर्न पापबलि स्वरूप वेदीमा चढाए, किनकि होमबलि र पापबलिचाहिं सारा इस्राएलको निम्ति चढाउनुपर्छ भन्ने हुकुम राजाले दिएका थिए ।
and to slaughter them [the] priest and to sin [obj] blood their [the] altar [to] to/for to atone upon all Israel for to/for all Israel to say [the] king [the] burnt offering and [the] sin: sin offering
25 हिजकियाले लेवीहरूलाई परमेश्वरको मन्दिरमा दाऊद राजा, राजाका दर्शी गाद र नातान अगमवक्ताले आज्ञा गरेअनुसार झ्याली, वीणा र सारङ्गीका साथमा आआफ्नो काममा खटाए, किनकि यो आज्ञा परमप्रभुले आफ्ना अगमवक्ताहरूद्वारा दिनुभएको थियो ।
and to stand: stand [obj] [the] Levi house: temple LORD in/on/with cymbal in/on/with harp and in/on/with lyre in/on/with commandment David and Gad seer [the] king and Nathan [the] prophet for in/on/with hand: to LORD [the] commandment in/on/with hand: to prophet his
26 लेवीहरू दाऊदका बाजाहरू र पुजारीहरू तुरहीहरू लिएर खडा भए ।
and to stand: stand [the] Levi in/on/with article/utensil David and [the] priest in/on/with trumpet
27 हिजकियाले वेदीमा होमबलि वेदीमा चढाउने हुकुम दिए । जब होमबलि सुरु भयो, तब तुरहीहरू र इस्राएलका राजा दाऊदका बाजाहरूका साथमा परमप्रभुको गीत पनि सुरु भयो ।
and to say Hezekiah to/for to ascend: offer up [the] burnt offering to/for [the] altar and in/on/with time to profane/begin: begin [the] burnt offering to profane/begin: begin song LORD and [the] trumpet and upon hand: to article/utensil David king Israel
28 सारा समुदायले आराधना गरे, गायकहरूले गाए, र तुरही बजाउनेहरूले बजाए । यो काम होमबलि खतम नहोउञ्जेल निरन्तर जारी रह्यो ।
and all [the] assembly to bow and [the] song to sing and [the] trumpet (to blow *Q(k)*) [the] all till to/for to end: finish [the] burnt offering
29 जब तिनीहरूले बलिदान चढाइसके, राजा र तिनीसँग भएका सबैले घोप्टो परे र आराधना गरे ।
and like/as to end: finish to/for to ascend: offer up to bow [the] king and all [the] to find with him and to bow
30 यसको साथै राजा हिजकिया र तिनका अगुवाहरूले लेवीहरूलाई दाऊद र दर्शी आसापका शब्दमा परमप्रभुको स्तुतिगान गर्न लाए । तिनीहरूले खुसीसाथ स्तुति गाए र घोप्टो परे र आरधना गरे ।
and to say Hezekiah [the] king and [the] ruler to/for Levi to/for to boast: praise to/for LORD in/on/with word David and Asaph [the] seer and to boast: praise till to/for joy and to bow and to bow
31 तब हिजकियाले भने, “अब तिमीहरूले परमप्रभुमा आफैलाई अर्पण गरेका छौ । यहाँ आओ र परमप्रभुको मन्दिरमा बलिदान र धन्यवादका बलिहरू ल्याओ ।” समुदायले बलिदानहरू र धन्यवाद बलिहरू ल्याए, र राजीखुशी हृदय हुनेहरू सबैले आआफ्ना होमबलि ल्याए ।
and to answer Hezekiah and to say now to fill hand: donate your to/for LORD to approach: approach and to come (in): bring sacrifice and thanksgiving to/for house: temple LORD and to come (in): bring [the] assembly sacrifice and thanksgiving and all noble: willing heart burnt offering
32 समुदायले ल्याएका होमबलिको संख्या सत्तरी वटा साँढे, एक सय वटा भेडा, र दुई सय वटा थुमा थिए । यी सबै परमप्रभुको निम्ति होमबलि थिए ।
and to be number [the] burnt offering which to come (in): bring [the] assembly cattle seventy ram hundred lamb hundred to/for burnt offering to/for LORD all these
33 परमप्रभुमा अर्पण गरिएका बलिदानहरू छ सय साँढे र तीन हजार भेडा थिए ।
and [the] holiness cattle six hundred and flock three thousand
34 तर सबै होमबलिका छाला काढ्नका निम्ति पुजारीहरू साह्रै थोरै थिए, यसैले तिनीहरूका दाजुभाइ लेवीहरूले त्यो काम नसिद्धिएसम्म र पुजारीहरूले आफूलाई पवित्र नपारेसम्म तिनीहरूलाई सघाए, किनकि आआफूलाई पवित्र पार्नलाई पुजारीहरूभन्दा लेवीहरू नै बढी होसियार भएका थिए ।

35 यसबाहेक, त्यहाँ धेरै होमबलिहरू थिए । मेलबलिको बोसोको साथमा ती चढाइए र हरेक होमबलिको निम्ति त्यहाँ अर्घबलि थिए । यसरी परमप्रभुका मन्दिरको सेवा व्यवस्थित गरियो ।
and also burnt offering to/for abundance in/on/with fat [the] peace offering and in/on/with drink offering to/for burnt offering and to establish: make service: ministry house: temple LORD
36 परमेश्वरले मानिसहरूका निम्ति तयार पार्नुभएको कामको कारणले हिजकिया र सबै मानिसहरू आनन्दित भए, किनकि त्यो काम चाँडै नै पूरा भयो ।
and to rejoice Hezekiah and all [the] people upon [the] to establish: prepare [the] God to/for people for in/on/with suddenly to be [the] word: thing
