१ इतिहास 9

1 यसरी सरा इस्राएलको वंशाक्रमको लेख राखियो । ती इस्राएलका राजाहरूका पुस्तकमा लेखिए । यहूदाचाहिं आफ्‍नो पापले गर्दा कैद गरेर बेबिलोनमा लगियो ।

And all Israel was numbered: and the sum of them was written in the book of the kings of Israel, and Juda: and they were carried away to Babylon for their transgression.

2 सहरहरूमा सबैभन्‍दा पहिले बसोबास गर्नेचाहिं कोही इस्राएलीहरू, पुजारीहरू, लेवीहरू र मन्‍दिरका सेवकहरू थिए ।

Now the first that dwelt in their possessions, and in their cities, were the Israelites, and the priests, and the Levites, and the Nathineans.

3 यहूदा, बेन्‍यामीनी, एफ्राइम र मनश्‍शेका केही सन्तानहरू यरूशलेममा बसोबास गरे ।

And in Jerusalem dwelt of the children of Juda, and of the children of Benjamin, and of the children of Ephraim, and of Manasses.

4 बसोबास गर्नेहरूमा अम्‍मीहूदका छोरा उतै, जो ओम्रीका छोरा, जो इम्रीका छोरा, जो बानीका छोरा, जो यहूदाका छोरा फारेसका सन्‍तानमध्ये एक जना थिए ।

Othei the son of Ammiud, the son of Amri, the son of Omrai, the son of Bonni, of the sons of Phares the son of Juda.

5 शीलोनीहरूमा जेठा छोरा असायाह र तिनका छोराहरू थिए ।

And of Siloni: Asaia the firstborn, and his sons.

6 जेरहाका सन्तानहरूमा यीएल पनि थिए । तिनीहरूका सन्तानहरूको संख्या ६९० थियो ।

And of the sons of Zara: Jehuel, and their brethren, six hundred and ninety.

7 बेन्‍यामीनका सन्तानहरूमा मशुल्लामका छोरा सल्लु, जो होदबियाका छोरा, जो हस्‍सेनूअका छोरा थिए ।

And of the sons of Benjamin: Sale the son of Mosollam, the son of Oduia, the son of Asana:

8 यरोहामका छोरा यिब्‍नियाह; उज्‍जीका छोरा एलाह, जो मिक्रीका छोरा थिए, अनि मशुल्‍लाम, जो शपत्‍याहका छोरा, जो रूएलका छोरा, जो यिबनियाका छोरा थिए ।

And Jobania the son of Jeroham: and Ela the son of Ozi, the son of Mochori: and Mosallam the son of Saphatias, the son of Rahuel, the son of Jebania:

9 वंशावक्रमको सूचीमा लेखिएका तिनीहरूका आफन्तहरूको सङ्‍ख्‍या ९५६ जना थिए । यी सबै मानिसहरू आ-आफ्‍ना पिताका घरानाहरूका निम्‍ति मुखियाहरू थिए ।

And their brethren by their families, nine hundred and fifty-six. All these were heads of their families, by the houses of their fathers.

10 यदायाह, यहोयारीब, र याकीन पुजारीहरू थिए ।

And of the priests: Jedaia, Joiarib, and Jachin:

11 हिल्‍कियाहका छोरा अजर्याह, जो मशुल्‍लामका छोरा, जो सादोकका छोरा, जो मरायोतका छोरा, जो अहीतूबका छोरा, जसले परमेश्‍वरको मन्‍दिरको जिम्‍मेवारी पाएका थिए ।

And Azarias the son of Helcias, the son of Mosollam, the son of Sadoc, the son of Maraioth, the son of Achitob, high priest of the house of God.

12 अदायाह, जो यरोहामका छोरा, जो पशहूरका छोरा, जो मल्‍कियाहका छोरा थिए । अनि मासै, जो अदीएलका छोरा, जो यहजेराका छोरा, जो मशुल्‍लामका छोरा, जो मशिलेमीतका छोरा, जो इम्‍मेरका छोरा थिए ।

And Adaias the son of Jeroham, the son of Phassur, the son of Melchias, and Maasai the son of Adiel, the son of Jezra, the son of Mosollam, the son of Mosollamith, the son of Emmer.

13 आफ्‍ना पिताका घरका मुखियाहरू भएका तिनीहरूका आफन्तहरू १,७६० जना थिए । तिनीहरू परमेश्‍वरका भवनको सेवासम्‍बन्‍धी काम गर्नलाई योग्‍यका मानिसहरू थिए ।

And their brethren heads in their families a thousand seven hundred and threescore, very strong and able men for the work of the ministry in the house of God.

14 लेवीहरूमा शमायाह, जो हश्‍शूबका छोरा, जो अज्रीकामका छोरा, जो हशब्‍याहका छोरा, जो मरारीका सन्‍तानमध्‍येका थिए ।

And of the Levites: Semeia the son of Hassub the son of Ezricam, the son of Hasebia of the sons of Merari.

15 बक्बक्‍कर, हारेश, गालाल अनि मत्तन्‍याह, जो मीकाका छोरा जो जिक्रीका छोरा, जो आसापका छोरा पनि थिए ।

And Bacbacar the carpenter, and Galal, and Mathania the son of Micha, the son of Zechri the son of Asaph:

16 अनि ओबदिया, जो शमायाहका छोरा, जो गालालका छोरा, जो यदूतूनका छोरा थिए । अनि बेरेक्‍याह, जो आसाका छोरा, जो एल्‍कानाका छोरा जो नतोपातीहरूका गाउँहरूमा बस्‍थे ।

And Obdia the son of Semeia, the son of Galal, the son of Idithum: and Barachia the son of Asa, the son of Elcana, who dwelt in the suburbs of Netophati.

17 शल्‍लूम, अक्‍कूब, तल्‍मोन, अहीमन र तिनीहरूका भाइहरू ढोकेहरू थिए । तिनीहरूका अगुवा शल्‍लूम थिए ।

And the porters were Sellum, and Accub, and Telmon, and Ahiman: and their brother Sellum was the prince,

18 यस अगि तिनीहरू लेवीका सन्‍तानहरूका छाउनीका निम्‍ति राजाको पूर्वपट्टिको मूल ढोकामा रक्षकहरू थिए । तिनीहरू लेवीहरूको छाउनीका द्वारपालहरू थिए ।

Until that time, in the king’s gate eastward, the sons of Levi waited by their turns.

19 शल्‍लूम, जो कोरेका छोरा, जो एब्‍यासापका छोरा, जो कोरहका छोरा थिए, र तिनका पिताका घरानाबाट तिनका आफन्तहरू, कोरहीहरूले सुरक्षा सेवाका जिम्‍मेवारी पाएका थिए । तिनीहरूका पुर्खाहरूले परमप्रभुको छाउनीको सुरक्षा गरेझैं तिनीहरूले पालको ढोकाको सुरक्षा गरे, र तिनीहरूले प्रवेशद्वारको पनि सुरक्षा गरे ।

But Sellum the son of Core, the son of Abiasaph, the son of Core, with his brethren and his father’s house, the Corites were over the works of the service, keepers of the gates of the tabernacle: and their families in turns were keepers of the entrance of the camp of the Lord.

20 पहिले एलाजारका छोरा पीनहास तिनीहरूका निरीक्षक थिए, र परमप्रभु तिनीसँग हुनुहुन्‍थ्‍यो ।

And Phinees the son of Eleazar, was their prince before the Lord,

21 मेशेलेम्‍याहका छोरा जकरिया मन्‍दिरको प्रवेशद्वार, “भेट हुने पाल” का रक्षक थिए ।

And Zacharias the son of Mosollamia, was porter of the gate of the tabernacle of the testimony:

22 प्रवेशद्वारका रक्षक हुनलाई चुनिएका सबै जनाको संख्‍या २१२ थियो । तिनीहरूका नाउँहरू आ-आफ्ना गाउँका मानिसहरूको सूचीमा लेखिएका थिए । दाऊद र दर्शी शमूएलले तिनीहरूलाई आफ्‍नो भरोसाको ओहदाहरूमा नियुक्ति गरेका थिए ।

All these that were chosen to be porters at the gates, were two hundred and twelve: and they mere registered in their proper towns: whom David and Samuel the seer appointed in their trust.

23 यसैले तिनीहरू र तिनीहरूका सन्‍तानले परमप्रभुको भवन अर्थात् भेट हुने पालको मूल ढोकाहरूको सुरक्षा गरे ।

As well them as their sons, to keep the gates of the house of the Lord, and the tabernacle by their turns.

24 ती ढोकाका सुरक्षा गर्नेहरूलाई पूर्व, पश्‍चिम, उत्तर, दक्षिण, चारैतिर राखिएको थियो ।

In four quarters were the porters: that is to say, toward the east, and west, and north, and south.

25 आफ्‍ना गाउँहरूमा बस्‍ने तिनीहरूका दाजुभाइ एक पल्‍टमा सात दिनका लागि पालैपालो आउँथे ।

And their brethren dwelt in villages, and came upon their sabbath days from time to time.

26 तर ढोकाका सुरक्षा गर्नेमध्‍येका चार जना लेवी अगुवाहरूलाई परमेश्‍वरको मन्‍दिरमा भएका कोठाहरू र भण्‍डारहरूका सुरक्षा गर्ने जिम्‍मेवारी दिइयो ।

To these four Levites were committed the whole number of the porters, and they were over the chambers, and treasures, of the house of the Lord.

27 तिनीहरू परमेश्‍वरको भवनमा आ-आफ्‍ना जिम्‍मेवारीको ठाउँमा नै रात बिताउँथे, किनकी त्यसको सुरक्षा गर्नु तिनीहरूको जिम्मेवारी थियो । तिनीहरूले हरेक बिहान त्यसलाई खोल्थे ।

And they abode in their watches round about the temple of the Lord: that when it was time, they might open the gates in the morning.

28 तिमध्‍ये कोहीले मन्‍दिरका सामानहरूको जिम्मेवार थिए । सरसामान भित्र ल्‍याउँदा र बाहिर लैजाँदा तिनीहरूले ति गणना गर्थे ।

And some of their stock had the charge of the vessels for the ministry: for the vessels were both brought in and carried out by number.

29 तिमध्‍ये कोहीचाहिं पवित्र सामानहरू, अन्य सामानहरू र पीठो, दाखमद्य, तेल, धूप र मसलाजस्ता सामानका रेखदेख गर्न खटिइएका थिए ।

Some of them also had the instruments of the sanctuary committed unto them, and the charge of the fine flour, and wine, and oil, and frankincense, and spices.

30 पुजारीहरूका छोराहरूमध्‍ये कसैले मसला मिसाउँथे ।

And the sons of the priests made the ointments of the spices.

31 कोरही शल्‍लूमका जेठा छोरा लेवी मत्तित्‍याहको भेटीका रोटीहरू तयार गर्ने कामका निरीक्षक थिए ।

And Mathathias a Levite, the firstborn of Sellum the Corite, was overseer of such things as were fried in the fryingpan.

32 तिनीहरूका दाजुभाइहरूमध्ये कोही, कोहातीहरूका सन्तानहरू, हरेक शबाथ-दिनमा उपस्‍थितिका रोटीहरू तयार पार्ने कामका निरीक्षकहरू थिए ।

And some of the sons of Caath their brethren, were over the leaves of proposition, to prepare always new for every sabbath.

33 गायकहरू र लेवीहरूका पिताका घरानाका मुखियाहरू आ-आफ्ना कामहरू नभएका बेलामा मन्दिरका कोठाहरूमा बस्थे, किनभने तिनीहरूले दिन-रात तिनीहरूलाई सुम्पिएको काम गर्नुपर्थ्यो ।

These are the chief of the singing men of the families of the Levites, who dwelt in the chambers, by the temple, that they might serve continually day and night in their ministry.

34 ती सबै जना आफ्‍ना वंशाक्रमको सूचीमा लेखिएका लेवी घरानाका मुख्‍य मानिसहरू थिए । तिनीहरू यरूशलेममा बस्‍थे ।

The heads of the Levites, princes in their families, abode in Jerusalem.

35 गिबोनका पिता यीएल गिबोनमा बस्‍थे, जसकी पत्‍नीको नाउँ माका थियो ।

And in Gabaon dwelt Jehiel the father of Gabaon, and the name of hill wife was Maacha:

36 तिनका जेठा छोरा अब्‍दोन, अनि तिनका छोराहरू सूर, कीश, बाल, नेर, नादाब,

His firstborn son Abdon, and Sur, and Cis, and Baal, and Ner, and Nadab,

37 गदोर, अहियो, जकरिया र मिक्‍लोत थिए ।

Gedor also, and Ahio, and Zacharias, and Macelloth.

38 मिक्‍लोत शिमामका पिता थिए । तिनीहरू पनि यरूशलेममा आफ्‍ना दाजुभाइको नजिकै बस्‍थे ।

And Macelloth beget Samaan: these dwelt over against their brethren in Jerusalem, with their brethren.

39 नेर कीशका पिता थिए । कीश शाऊलका पिता थिए । शाऊल जोनाथन, मल्‍कीशूअ, अबीनादाब र एश्‍बालका पिता थिए ।

Now Ner beget Cia: and Cis begot Saul: and Saul beget Jonathan and Melchisua, and Abinadab, and Esbaal.

40 जोनाथनका छोरा मरीब्‍बाल थिए । मरीब्बाल मीकाका पिता थिए ।

And the son of Jonathan, was Meribbaal: and Meribbaal beget Micha.

41 मीकाका छोराहरू पीतोन, मेलेक, तहरै र आहाज थिए ।

And the sons of Micha, were Phithon, and Melech, and Tharaa, and Ahaz.

42 आहाज यादाहका पिता थिए । यादाह आलेमेत, अज्‍मावेत र जिम्रीका पिता थिए । जिम्री मोसका पिता थिए ।

And Ahaz beget Jara, and Jara beget Alamath, and Azmoth, and Zamri. And Zamri beget Mesa.

43 मोस बेनेका पिता थिए । बेने रपायाहका पिता थिए । रपायाह एलासाका पिता थिए । एलासा आसेलका पिता थिए ।

And Mesa beget Banaa: whose son Raphaia beget Elasa: of whom was born Asel.

44 आसेलका छ जना छोराहरू अज्रीकाम, बोकरू, इश्‍माएल, शार्याह, ओबदिया र हानान थिए । यी सबै आसेलका छोराहरू थिए ।

And heel had six sons whose names are, Ezricam, Bochru, Ismahel, Saria, Obdia, Hanan: these are the sons of Asel.
