1 Peter 5
1 Etu nimite, moi pora bisi umor thaka cholawta khan mon dangor koridi ase, moi, bhi ekjon bura aru Khrista laga dukh te bhag luwa ekjon gawahi ase, aru moi bhi Taike prokahit kori diya homoi te Tai laga mohima te bhag lobo:
The elders that are among you I exhort, who am also an elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and a partaker of the glory which shall be revealed; feed the flock of God that is among you,
2 Isor laga mer khan ke rokhiya koribi - aru apuni eneka kori bole lage nimite nohoi, kintu apuni nijor laga itcha pora koribo nimite, Isor pora apuni ke sewa kori bole nimite diya nisena- nijor labh nimite nohoi kintu nijor laga mon laga itcha pora.
taking the episcopal charge of it, not by constraint, but willingly; not for shameful lucre, but with a ready mind:
3 Kunkhan ke apuni rokhiya kori bole dise, taikhan uporte hukum nachola bhi. Kintu, taikhan ke bhal namuna he dikhai dibi.
nor as lording it over the people, but being examples to the flock.
4 Aru jitia Mukhyo Mer Rokhiya ke prokahit kori dibo, titia apuni kitia bhi biya nohua mohima laga mukut pabo.
And when the sovereign Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive an unfading crown of glory.
5 Etu nisena, jawan manu khan, apuni khan pora dangor umor thaka manu khan laga kotha mani kene thakibi. Apuni khan sob morom laga kapra pora nijorke lagai lobi aru ekjon-ekjon laga sewa koribi. Kelemane Isor to phutani kora manu ke bhal napai, kintu kun nomro kore taikhan ke anugrah diye.
Likewise ye younger, be subject to the elder; and all of you behaving with due submission one to another, be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, but sheweth favor to the humble.
6 Etu nimite Isor laga hokti thaka hath nichete nijorke chutu kori lobi, etu pora apuni ke Tai thik homoi te uthaikene rakhidibo.
Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time;
7 Apuni laga sob dukh chinta Isor uporte di dibi, kelemane Tai he apuni nimite chinta kore.
casting all your care upon Him, for He careth for you.
8 Shanti rakhibi, aru sai thakibi. Apuni laga dushman bhoot to ekta hala kori thaka bagh nisena rukhi ase, kunba ke khabole bisari ase.
Be sober, be vigilant; for your adversary the devil, like a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
9 Tai bhirodh te khara hoi jabi. Apuni laga biswas to takot kori lobi. Apuni jani ase dusra biswasi khan bhi eneka he dukh pai ase.
whom resist, stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are endured by your brethren in the world.
10 Kintu apuni khan olop din dukh pa pichete, sob asirbad diya laga Isor kun pora apnike Tai laga anondo jibon aru Khrista logote thaki bole nimite matise, sob bhal kori dibo, apuni ke bonai lobo, aru apnike takot dibo. (aiōnios g166)
But may the God of all grace, who hath called us to his eternal glory in Christ Jesus, after ye have suffered a little while, make you perfect, confirm, strengthen, and establish you. (aiōnios g166)
To Him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
12 Moi Silvanus ekjon biswas te thaka bhai ase koi kene mane, aru moi apuni khan nimite bhal kori kene bujhi bole likhi dise. Moi apuni khan laga mon dangor koridi ase aru moi apuni khan logote ki likhise etu he Isor laga hosa asirbad ase. Aru apuni khan etu te he khara kori bhi.
Thus I have written briefly by Silvanus, a faithful brother to you (as I judge) exhorting and testifying, that this is the true grace of God wherein ye stand.
13 Apuni khan logot basi kene thaka mahila jun Babylon te thake, tai bhi apuni khan ke salam di ase. Aru Mark, moi laga chokra pora apuni khan ke salam di ase.
The church in Babylon, chosen together with you saluteth you, and so doth Marcus my son.
14 Ekjon-ekjon ke morom laga chuma pora salam dibi. Khrista logote kun ase taikhan logote hodai shanti thaki bole dibi.
Salute one another with a kiss of charity. Peace be with you all who are in Christ Jesus. Amen.
