1 Corinthians 16

1 Etiya Isor laga manu khan nimite daan joma korise, ami Galatia jaga laga girjakhan te kowa nisena, apuni khan bhi eneka he koribi.

Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I directed the churches of Galatia, so also do ye.

2 Hodai hafta laga prothom dinte, apuni khan alag joma kori lobi, apuni khan laga kamai pora joma kori kene rakhibi, kelemane jitia moi ahibo, apuni khan titia joma kori nathakibo.

Upon the first day of the week let every one of you set apart something, putting it into the treasury, according as he is prospered: that there may be no need of collections, when I come.

3 Etu pichete jitia moi punchibo, jun hoilebi, apnikhan pora basikena moi logot patha manu khan ke apnikhan laga daan logote chithi likhi kene Jerusalem te pathai dibo.

And when I am with you, whomsoever ye shall approve, I will send, with your letters, to carry your bounty to Jerusalem.

4 Aru jodi moi bhi jabo parise koile, taikhan moi logote jabo.

And if it be requisite for me to go also, they shall go with me.

5 Hoilebi moi apuni khan logote ahibo Macedonia jagate ja pichete. Kilekoile ami Macedonia majot pora jai ase.

I will come to you, when I have passed through Macedonia; for I am to pass through Macedonia.

6 Ami apuni khan logote thakibo parise koile thanda din tak thakibo, etu hoile ami dusra kun jaga khan te jabole ase etu nimite apnikhan amike modot kori bole paribo.

And perhaps I shall stay a while, or even pass the winter with you; that ye may forward me on my journey, whithersoever I go.

7 Kelemane moi apuni khan ke khali paar hoi kene dikha he nohoikena, ami asha kore, Probhu laga itcha hoile apuni khan logote olop somoi karone thaki bole.

For I do not intend to see you now in my way, as I hope to stay some time with you, if the Lord permit.

8 Kintu moi Ephesus te thakibo Pentecost napuncha tak.

But I shall stay at Ephesus till Pentecost. For a great and effectual door is opened to me,

9 Kelemane ekta dangor dorja ami karone khula ase, aru ta te dushman khan bhi bisi ase.

though there are many opposers.

10 Etiya jodi Timothy ahile, sabi tai apuni khan ke bhoi nakore, kelemane tai Probhu laga kaam kore, moi nisena.

If Timothy should come, see that he be with you without fear: for he is employed in the work of the Lord, as I also am.

11 Kunbi taike chutu nabhabi bhi, hoilebi tai kot te jabole ase, shanti pora taike modot kori dibi, eneka pora tai moi logot ahibo, kele koile ami bhabona kori ase, ami laga bhai khan logote tai bhi ahibo koi kene.

Let no one therefore despise him: but forward him on his journey in peace, that he may come to me; for I expect him with the brethren. As to our brother Apollos,

12 Etiya amikhan laga bhai Apollos laga kotha to, moi taike apnikhan logote jabole nimite bisi mon dangor kori disele. Kintu apnikhan logote etiya ahibole nimite tai laga itcha nai. Hoile bhi tai jitia bhal somoi pabo titia ahibo.

I much importuned him to come to you with the brethren: but he was not at all willing to come now; though he will come when he has a favorable opportunity.

13 Hoshiar pora thakibi; biswas te thik pora thakibi; mon dangor thakibi; takot thakibi.

Be watchful, stand fast in the faith, behave like men, be strong:

14 Ji kaam korile bhi morom pora koribi.

and let all your affairs be carried on in love.

15 Apuni khan jani ase, bhai khan, Stephanas laga ghor manu khan, taikhan to Achaia jaga laga poila bijon khan ase, aru taikhan to pobitro manu khan laga kaam koribo nimite nijorke di dise. Moi apuni khan ke koi ase,

I beseech you, brethren, (for ye know the family of Stephanas, that they are the first-fruits of Achaia, and

16 taikhan nisena cholawta manu khan aru dusra jun khan mon dikene tai logote mili kene sewa kori ase eitu khan laga pichete jabi,

have set themselves to minister to the saints) that you also would be subservient to such, and to every one that worketh and laboureth with us.

17 Moi khushi ase Stephanas aru Fortunatus, aru Achaicus aha nimite, kelemane taikhan apuni khan ki napuncha thakise etu punchai dise.

I rejoice at the coming of Stephanas, and Fortunatus, and Achaicus: for what was wanting in you, they have made up.

18 Taikhan moi laga aru apuni laga atma ke khushi kori dise. Etu karone, apnikhan eneka manu ke janikena thakibi.

For they have refreshed my spirit as well as yours: have a due regard therefore to such worthy persons.

19 Asia jaga laga girja khan apnikhan ke salam janai di ase. Aquila aru Priscilla pora Probhu laga naam pora salam janai di ase, taikhan laga ghor te thaka girja logot te.

The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla, with the church in their house, salute you in the Lord with much affection:

20 Sob bhai khan apuni ke salam di ase. Ekjon-ekjon ke pobitro laga chuma dibi.

yea all the brethren salute you. Salute one another with an holy kiss.

21 Ami laga nijor hath pora salam diya laga likhi ase- Paul.

The salutation of me Paul I write with my own hand.

22 Kun pora Probhu ke morom nakore, tai uporte shrap thaki bole dibi. Amikhan laga Probhu. Ahibi!

If any one love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be made a curse.

23 Probhu Jisu laga anugrah apuni khan logote thakibi.

Maran-atha. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

24 Moi laga morom aru Probhu Jisu laga morom apuni khan logote thaki bole dibi. Amen.
