ဟောရှေ 13

1 ၁ ဧဖရိမ် သည် နှုတ်မြွက် သောအခါ သူတပါး ကြောက်လန့် တတ်၏။ သူ သည် ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၌ မြင့်မြတ် ၏။ နောက် တဖန် ဗာလ ဘုရားအားဖြင့် ပြစ်မှား သောကြောင့် သေ ၏။

When Ephraim spoke, there was trembling; he exalted himself in Israel: but he trespassed through Baal, and he died.

2 ၂ ယခု မှာ အထပ်ထပ်ပြစ်မှား ၍ ကိုယ် ဉာဏ် ပညာ အားဖြင့် အရည် သွန်းသော ငွေ ရုပ်တု ၊ ဆရာသမား လုပ် တတ်သော ရုပ်တု ဆင်းတုများကို ကိုယ့် အဘို့ လုပ် ကြ ၏။ လုပ်ပြီးမှယဇ် ပူဇော်သောသူသည် နွားသငယ် ကို နမ်း စေဟု ဆို တတ်ကြ၏။

And now they sin more and more, and have made them molten images of their silver, idols according to their own understanding, all of it the work of the craftsmen: they say of them, Let the men that sacrifice kiss the calves.

3 ၃ ထိုကြောင့် ၊ သူတို့သည် နံနက် မိုဃ်းတိမ် ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ၊ စောစော ကွယ်ပျောက် တတ်သော နှင်း ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ၊ ကောက်နယ် တလင်းမှ လေဘွေ တိုက်သွားသော ဖွဲ ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ၊ မီးဖို ထဲက ထွက်သော မီးခိုး ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ဖြစ် ရကြ လိမ့်မည်။

Therefore they shall be as the morning cloud, and as the early dew that passeth away, as the chaff driven with the whirlwind out of the threshing-floor, and as the smoke out of the lattice.

4 ၄ သို့ရာတွင် ၊ ငါ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သင့်ကို အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည် မှ ကယ်နှုတ်သောသင် ၏ဘုရား သခင်ဖြစ်၏။ ငါ မှတပါး အခြားသော ဘုရား သခင်ကို သင်မ သိ ပြီ။ ငါ မှတပါး ကယ်တင် နိုင်သော သခင်မ ရှိ။

Yet I [am] Jehovah thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou hast known no God but me; and there is no saviour besides me.

5 ၅ အလွန် သွေ့ခြောက်သော အရပ် တည်းဟူသော တော ၌ ပင် သင့် ကို ငါ သိ ပြီ။ ကျက်စား ရာအရပ်၌ ဝပြော စွာ စားရကြ၏။

I knew thee in the wilderness, in the land of drought.

6 ၆ ဝ သောအခါ ဝါကြွား သောစိတ် ရှိ၍ ငါ့ ကို မေ့လျော့ ကြ၏။

According to their pasture, they became full; they became full, and their heart was exalted: therefore have they forgotten me.

7 ၇ ထိုကြောင့် ၊ သူ တို့၌ ငါသည် ခြင်္သေ့ ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ် မည်။ လမ်း နားမှာ ချောင်းသော ကျားသစ် ကဲ့သို့ သူတို့ကို ချောင်းမြောင်း မည်။

And I will be unto them as a lion; as a leopard I will lurk for them by the way;

8 ၈ သား ပျောက်သော ဝံ မကဲ့သို့ သူ တို့ကို ငါဆီးကြို၍၊ သူ တို့နှလုံး ၌ ဖုံးသော အမြှေးကို ဆုတ်ဖဲ့ မည်။ ခြင်္သေ့ မင်းကဲ့သို့ တွေ့သောအရပ်၌ပင် ငါကိုက်စား မည်။ တော သားရဲ ဖြစ်၍အပိုင်းပိုင်းဆွဲဖြတ် မည်။

I will meet them as a bear bereaved of her [whelps], and will rend the covering of their heart, and there will I devour them like a lioness: the beast of the field shall tear them.

9 ၉ အို ဣသရေလ ၊ သင့် ကို ကယ်တင် နိုင်သော အရှင် ငါ့ ကို သင် သည် ဆန့်ကျင် ဘက်ပြုသောကြောင့် အကျိုးနည်း ရှိ၏။

It is thy destruction, O Israel, that [thou art] against me, against thy help.

10 ၁၀ သင် ၏ ရှင် ဘုရင်သည် အဘယ် မှာရှိသနည်း။ သင့် နေရာမြို့ ရှိသမျှ တို့၌ ကယ်တင် ပါစေသော။ သင် ၏ တရားသူကြီး တို့သည် အဘယ်မှာရှိကြသနည်း။

Where then is thy king, that he may save thee in all thy cities? and thy judges of whom thou saidst, Give me a king and princes? —

11 ၁၁ ရှင်ဘုရင် နှင့် မင်း များကိုပေး ပါဟု သင် တောင်း သောကြောင့် ၊ ငါ အမျက် ထွက်၍ ရှင် ဘုရင်ကိုပေး ပြီ။ တဖန်ပြင်းစွာအမျက်ထွက် ၍ ရှင်ဘုရင်ကို ပယ်ရှား ပြီ။

I gave thee a king in mine anger, and took him away in my wrath.

12 ၁၂ ဧဖရိမ် ပြုသောဒုစရိုက် ကို ငါထုပ် ထား၍ သူ ၏ အပြစ် ကို သိုမှီး ပြီ။

The iniquity of Ephraim is bound up; his sin is laid by in store.

13 ၁၃ သူ သည် သားဘွား သော မိန်းမကဲ့သို့ဝေဒနာ ကို ခံရ ချိန်နီးပြီ။ မိုက် သောအမျိုးသား ဖြစ်၏။ သားဘွား ရာ ဝမ်းဝ၌ ကြာမြင့် စွာနေပါသည်တကား။

The pangs of a woman in travail shall come upon him: he is a son not wise; for at the time of the breaking forth of children, he was not there.

14 ၁၄ သူ တို့ကို မရဏာ နိုင်ငံတန်ခိုး မှ ငါကယ်လွှတ် မည်။ သေ မင်းလက်မှ လည်း ရွေး မည်။ အိုသေမင်း ၊ သင့် ကို ကာလနာ စွဲစေမည်။ အိုမရဏာ နိုင်ငံ၊ သင် ၌ ဖျက်ဆီး သောဘေးကို ရောက်စေမည်။ နောင်တ ရမည်အကြောင်းကို ပမာဏ မ ပြု။ (Sheol h7585)

I will ransom them from the power of Sheol. I will redeem them from death: where, O death, are thy plagues? where, O Sheol, is thy destruction? Repentance shall be hid from mine eyes. (Sheol h7585)

15 ၁၅ မိမိ ညီအစ်ကို တို့တွင် အသီး များစွာသီးတတ် သော်လည်း ၊ အရှေ့ လေလာ လိမ့်မည်။ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ လေ သည် တော မှ လာ ၍ သူ ၏စမ်းရေ တွင်းကို ခန်းခြောက် စေသဖြင့် ရေ ပြတ် လိမ့်မည်။ ဘဏ္ဍာ တိုက်၌ ရှိသမျှ သော တန်ဆာ အကောင်း အမြတ်တို့ကို ရန်သူလုယူ လိမ့်မည်။

Though he be fruitful among [his] brethren, an east wind shall come, a wind of Jehovah [that] cometh up from the wilderness, and his spring shall become dry, and his fountain shall be dried up: he shall spoil the treasure of all pleasant vessels.

16 ၁၆ ရှမာရိ မြို့သည် မိမိ ဘုရား သခင်ကို ပုန်ကန် သောကြောင့် ပျက်စီး လိမ့်မည်။ မြို့သားတို့သည် ထား ဖြင့် လဲ ၍ သေကြလိမ့်မည်။ သူငယ် တို့သည် မြေပေါ်မှာဆောင့်ဖွပ် ခြင်းကို၎င်း ၊ ကိုယ်ဝန် ဆောင်သောမိန်းမတို့ သည် ဝမ်းခွဲ ခြင်းကို၎င်းခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။

Samaria shall bear her guilt; for she hath rebelled against her God: they shall fall by the sword; their infants shall be dashed in pieces, and their women with child shall be ripped up.
