ഇയ്യോബ് 26
1 അപ്പോൾ ഇയ്യോബ് മറുപടി പറഞ്ഞത്:
Bvt Iob answered, and sayde,
2 “നീ ദുർബലരെ എങ്ങനെയാണ് സഹായിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്! ശക്തിയില്ലാത്ത ഭുജത്തെ നീ എങ്ങനെയാണ് രക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്!
Whom helpest thou? him that hath no power? sauest thou the arme that hath no strength?
3 ജ്ഞാനമില്ലാത്തവർക്കു നീ എന്ത് ഉപദേശമാണ് നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ളത്! എത്ര ഉന്നതമായ ഉൾക്കാഴ്ചയാണ് നീ പ്രദർശിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്!
Whome counsellest thou? him that hath no wisedome? thou shewest right well as the thing is.
4 നീ ഇത്തരം വാക്കുകൾ ഉച്ചരിക്കാൻ ആരാണ് നിന്നെ സഹായിച്ചത്? ആരുടെ ആത്മാവാണ് നിന്റെ അധരങ്ങളിലൂടെ സംസാരിച്ചത്?
To whom doest thou declare these words? or whose spirit commeth out of thee?
5 “മരണമടഞ്ഞവർ തീവ്രയാതനയിലാണ്, ജലമധ്യത്തിലുള്ളവയും അതിലെ നിവാസികളും.
The dead things are formed vnder the waters, and neere vnto them.
6 മൃതലോകം അവിടത്തെ മുമ്പിൽ തുറന്നുകിടക്കുന്നു; നരകത്തിന്റെ മറയും നീക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. (Sheol h7585)
The graue is naked before him, and there is no couering for destruction. (Sheol h7585)
7 അവിടന്ന് ഉത്തരദിക്കിനെ ശൂന്യതയിൽ വിരിക്കുകയും ഭൂമിയെ ശൂന്യതയിൽ തൂക്കിയിടുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
He stretcheth out the North ouer the emptie place, and hangeth the earth vpon nothing.
8 അവിടന്നു വെള്ളത്തെ തന്റെ മേഘങ്ങളിൽ കെട്ടിവെക്കുന്നു; അതിന്റെ ഭാരത്താൽ മേഘം പൊട്ടിപ്പിളർന്നു പോകുന്നില്ല.
He bindeth the waters in his cloudes, and the cloude is not broken vnder them.
9 പൂർണചന്ദ്രനെ അവിടന്നു മറച്ചുവെക്കുന്നു; അതിന്മേൽ തന്റെ മേഘത്തെ വിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
He holdeth backe the face of his throne: and spreadeth his cloude vpon it.
10 പ്രകാശത്തിന്റെയും ഇരുട്ടിന്റെയും അതിരായി ജലോപരിതലത്തിൽ അവിടന്നു ചക്രവാളം വരയ്ക്കുന്നു.
He hath set bounds about the waters, vntil the day and night come to an ende.
11 ആകാശത്തിന്റെ തൂണുകൾ വിറയ്ക്കുന്നു; അവിടത്തെ ശാസനയിൽ അവ ഭ്രമിച്ചുപോകുന്നു.
The pillars of heauen tremble and quake at his reproofe.
12 തന്റെ ശക്തിയാൽ അവിടന്നു സമുദ്രത്തെ മഥിച്ചു; തന്റെ വിവേകത്താൽ രഹബിനെ തകർത്തുകളഞ്ഞു.
The sea is calme by his power, and by his vnderstanding he smiteth the pride thereof.
13 അവിടത്തെ ശ്വാസത്താൽ ആകാശം സുന്ദരരൂപിയായി മാറിയിരിക്കുന്നു; തെന്നിമറയുന്ന സർപ്പത്തെ അവിടത്തെ കരം കുത്തിത്തുളയ്ക്കുന്നു.
His Spirite hath garnished the heauens, and his hand hath formed the crooked serpent.
14 ഇവയെല്ലാം അവിടത്തെ പ്രവൃത്തികളുടെ നേരിയ ഒരംശംമാത്രം നാം അവിടത്തെപ്പറ്റി എത്ര മന്ദമായ ഒരു ശബ്ദംമാത്രമല്ലോ കേൾക്കുന്നത്! അവിടത്തെ ശക്തിയുടെ ഗർജനം ഗ്രഹിക്കാൻ ആർക്കു കഴിയും?”
Loe, these are part of his wayes: but how litle a portion heare we of him? and who can vnderstand his fearefull power?
