1 ബെന്യാമീൻ ആദ്യജാതനായ ബേലയെയും രണ്ടാമനായ അശ്ബേലിനെയും മൂന്നാമനായ അഹൂഹിനെയും
Benjamin had five sons: Bela, Ashbel, Aharah,
2 നാലാമനായ നോഹയെയും അഞ്ചാമനായ രഫായെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
Nohah, and Rapha.
3 ബേലയുടെ പുത്രന്മാർ: അദ്ദാർ, ഗേരാ,
The sons of Bela were Addar, Gera, Abihud,
4 അബീഹൂദ്, അബീശൂവ, നയമാൻ, അഹോഹ്,
Abishua, Naaman, Ahoah,
5 ഗേരാ, ശെഫൂഫാൻ, ഹൂരാം.
Gera, Shephuphan, and Huram.

[One of Gera’s sons was Ehud.] The descendants of Ehud were leaders of their clans who lived in Geba [city], but they were forced to move to Manahath [city].
7 നയമാൻ അഹീയാവു, ഗേരാ എന്നിവരെ തന്നേ അവൻ പിടിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുപോയി‒പിന്നെ അവൻ ഹുസ്സയെയും അഹീഹൂദിനെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
Ehud’s sons/descendants were Naaman, Ahijah, and Gera. Gera was the one who led them when they moved to Manahath. Gera was the father of Uzza and Ahihud.
8 ശഹരയീം തന്റെ ഭാര്യമാരായ ഹൂശീമിനെയും ബയരയെയും ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചശേഷം മോവാബ് ദേശത്തു പുത്രന്മാരെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
[Another descendant of Benjamin was Shaharaim]. He and his wife Hushim had two sons, Abitub and Elpaal. In [the] Moab [region], Shaharaim divorced Hushim and his other wife Baara. [Then he married a woman whose name was] Hodesh, and they had [seven sons]: Jobab, Zibia, Mesha, Malcam, Jeuz, Sakia, and Mirmah. They were all leaders of their clans.
9 അവൻ തന്റെ ഭാര്യയായ ഹോദേശിൽ യോബാബ്, സിബ്യാവു, മേശാ, മല്ക്കാം,

12 എല്പയലിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ: ഏബെർ, മിശാം, ശേമെർ; ഇവൻ ഓനോവും ലോദും അതിനോടു ചേർന്ന പട്ടണങ്ങളും പണിതു;
Elpaal’s sons were Eber, Misham, Shemed, Beriah, and Shema. Shemed built [the towns of] Ono and Lod, and the nearby villages. Beriah and Shema were leaders of their clans, who lived in Aijalon [city]. They forced the people who lived in Gath [city] to leave their city.
13 ബെരീയാവു, ശേമ‒ഇവർ അയ്യാലോൻ നിവാസികളുടെ പിതൃഭവനങ്ങൾക്കു തലവന്മാരായിരുന്നു ഗത്ത് നിവാസികളെ ഓടിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു‒;

Beriah’s sons were Ahio, Shashak, Jeremoth, Zebadiah, Arad, Eder, Michael, Ishpah, and Joha.

16 യിശ്പാ, യോഹാ; എന്നിവർ ബെരീയാവിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ.

[Other] descendants of Elpaal were Zebadiah, Meshullam, Hizki, Heber,
18 യിശ്മെരായി, യിസ്ലീയാവു, യോബാബ് എന്നിവർ
Ishmerai, Izliah, and Jobab.

[Another descendant of Benjamin was Shimei.] Shimei’s descendants included Jakim, Zicri, Zabdi, Elienai, Zillethai, Eliel, Adaiah, Beraiah, and Shimrath.
20 സബ്ദി, എലിയേനായി, സില്ലെഥായി,
21 എലീയേർ, അദായാവു, ബെരായാവു, ശിമ്രാത്ത് എന്നിവർ ശിമിയുടെ പുത്രന്മാർ;
22 യിശ്ഫാൻ, ഏബെർ, എലീയേൽ,
Shashak’s sons were Ishpan, Eber, Eliel,
23 അബ്ദോൻ, സിക്രി, ഹാനാൻ
Abdon, Zicri, Hanan,
24 ഹനന്യാവു, ഏലാം, അന്ഥോഥ്യാവു,
Hananiah, Elam, Anthothijah,
25 യിഫ്ദേയാ, പെനൂവേൽ എന്നിവർ ശാശക്കിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ.
Iphdeiah, and Penuel.
26 ശംശെരായി, ശെഹര്യാവു, അഥല്യാവു,
[Another descendant of Benjamin was] Jeroham, whose sons were Shamsherai, Shehariah, Athaliah, Jaareshiah, Elijah, and Zicri.
27 യാരെശ്യാവു, എലീയാവു, സിക്രി എന്നിവർ യെരോഹാമിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ.
28 ഇവർ തങ്ങളുടെ തലമുറകളിൽ പിതൃഭവനങ്ങൾക്കു തലവന്മാരും പ്രധാനികളും ആയിരുന്നു; അവർ യെരൂശലേമിൽ പാർത്തിരുന്നു.
In the records of these clans it is written that all those men were leaders of their clans, and they lived in Jerusalem.
29 ഗിബെയോനിൽ ഗിബെയോന്റെ പിതാവായ യെയീയേലും -അവന്റെ ഭാര്യക്കു മയഖാ എന്നു പേർ-
[Another descendant of Benjamin was] Jeiel. He lived in Gibeon [town], and he was the leader there. His wife was Maacah.
30 അവന്റെ ആദ്യജാതൻ അബ്ദോൻ, സൂർ, കീശ്, ബാൽ, നാദാബ്,
His oldest son was Abdon. His other sons were Zur, Kish, Baal, Ner, Nadab,
31 ഗെദോർ, അഹ്യോ, സേഖെർ എന്നിവരും പാർത്തു.
Gedor, Ahio, Zeker,
32 മിക്ലോത്ത് ശിമെയയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; ഇവരും തങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരോടുകൂടെ യെരൂശലേമിൽ തങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദരന്മാർക്കെതിരെ പാർത്തു.
and Mikloth. Mikloth was the father of Shimeah. All these sons of Jeiel also lived near their relatives in Jerusalem.
33 നേർ കീശിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു, കീശ് ശൗലിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു, ശൗൽ യോനാഥാനെയും മല്ക്കീശൂവയെയും അബീനാദാബിനെയും എശ്-ബാലിനെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
Ner was the father of Kish, and Kish was the father of [King] Saul. Saul was the father of Jonathan, Malchishua, Abinadab, and Esh-Baal.
34 യോനാഥാന്റെ മകൻ മെരീബ്ബാൽ; മെരീബ്ബാൽ മീഖയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
Jonathan’s son was Merib-Baal. Merib-Baal was the father of Micah.
35 മീഖയുടെ പുത്രന്മാർ: പീഥോൻ, മേലെക്, തരേയ, ആഹാസ്.
Micah’s sons were Pithon, Melech, Tarea, and Ahaz.
36 ആഹാസ് യെഹോവദ്ദയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; യഹോവദ്ദാ അലേമെത്ത്, അസ്മാവെത്ത്, സിമ്രി എന്നിവരെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; സിമ്രി മോസയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; മോസാ ബിനയയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;
Ahaz was the father of Jehoaddah. Jehoaddah was the father of Alemeth, Azmaveth, and Zimri. Zimri was the father of Moza.
37 അവന്റെ മകൻ രാഫാ; അവന്റെ മകൻ ഏലാസാ;
Moza was the father of Binea. The son of Binea was Raphah. The son of Raphah was Eleasah. The son of Eleasah was Azel.
38 അവന്റെ മകൻ ആസേൽ; ആസേലിന്നു ആറു പുത്രന്മാർ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അവരുടെ പേരുകളാവിതു: അസ്രീക്കാം, ബൊഖ്രൂം, യിശ്മായേൽ, ശെര്യാവു, ഓബദ്യാവു, ഹാനാൻ. ഇവർ എല്ലാവരും ആസേലിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ.
Azel had six sons: Azrikam, Bokeru, Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah, and Hanan.
39 അവന്റെ സഹോദരനായ ഏശെക്കിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ: അവന്റെ ആദ്യജാതൻ ഊലാം; രണ്ടാമൻ യെവൂശ്, മൂന്നാമൻ എലീഫേലെത്ത്.
Azel’s [younger] brother was Eshek. Eshek’s oldest son was Ulam. His other sons were Jeush and Eliphelet.

Ulam’s sons were brave warriors and (good archers/able to shoot arrows well). Altogether they had 150 sons and grandsons. Those were the descendants of Benjamin.
