زەکەریا 3

1 ئینجا یەشوعی سەرۆک کاهینی پیشان دام کە لەبەردەم فریشتەی یەزدان ڕاوەستابوو، شەیتانیش لەلای ڕاستیەوە ڕاوەستابوو تاکو تۆمەتباری بکات.

And he showed me Joshua, the high-priest, standing before the angel of Jehovah, and the adversary standing at his right hand, to accuse him.

2 یەزدانیش بە شەیتانی فەرموو: «ئەی شەیتان، یەزدان سەرزەنشتت بکات! ئەو یەزدانەی کە ئۆرشەلیمی هەڵبژارد سەرزەنشتت بکات! ئایا ئەمە مەشخەڵێک نییە لە ئاگرەوە دەرکێشرابێت؟»

And Jehovah said to the adversary: — Jehovah rebuke thee, thou adversary, Even Jehovah, who hath chosen Jerusalem, rebuke thee! Is not this man a brand plucked out of the fire?

3 یەشوع بە بەرگێکی پیس لەبەردەم فریشتەکە ڕاوەستابوو.

Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel.

4 فریشتەکە بەوانەی فەرموو کە لەبەردەمی ڕاوەستا بوون: «بەرگە پیسەکەی لەبەر داکەنن.» ئینجا پێی فەرموو: «تەماشا بکە، تاوانەکەتم لەسەرت لابرد و بەرگی گرانبەهام لەبەرکردوویت.»

And he [[the angel]] spake and said to them [[the angels]] that stood before him, saying, Take off the filthy garments from him. And to him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and will clothe thee with goodly apparel.

5 منیش گوتم: «با مێزەرێکی پاک لەسەری بنێن.» ئینجا مێزەرێکی پاکیان لەسەری نا و بەرگیان لەبەرکرد، فریشتەکەی یەزدانیش ڕاوەستا بوو.

And I said, Let them set a fair mitre upon his head! And they set a fair mitre upon his head, and clothed him with garments. And the angel of Jehovah stood by.

6 ئینجا فریشتەکەی یەزدان یەشوعی ڕاسپارد:

And the angel of Jehovah declared to Joshua and said:

7 «یەزدانی سوپاسالار ئەمە دەفەرموێت:”ئەگەر ڕێگاکانم بگریتەبەر و کار بە فەرمانەکانی من بکەیت، ئەوا تۆش حوکم لەسەر ماڵەکەم دەکەیت و هەروەها پارێزگاری لە پەرستگاکەم دەکەیت و شوێنێکت دەدەمێ لەنێو ئەمانەی ڕاوەستاون.

Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: If thou wilt walk in my ways, And if thou wilt keep my charge, Then thou shalt also rule my house, And shalt also keep my courts, And I will give thee guides among these that stand by.

8 «”ئەی یەشوعی سەرۆک کاهین، گوێ بگرە، خۆت و کاهینەکانی هاوکارت کە لەبەردەمتدا دانیشتوون، ئێوە نیشانەی چاکەکانی داهاتوون، چونکە من بەندەکەی خۆم دەهێنم، کە ناوی لقەکەیە.

Hear now, O Joshua, high-priest, Thou and thy companions, who sit before thee! For they are men that are signs. For, behold, I will cause to come my servant, the Branch.

9 تەماشا بکەن، ئەو بەردەی کە لەبەردەم یەشوع دامنا! حەوت چاو لەسەر ئەم بەردە هەیە و من نەخشەکەی لەسەر هەڵدەکۆڵم. لە یەک ڕۆژ تاوانی ئەم زەوییە ڕادەماڵم.“ئەوە فەرمایشتی یەزدانی سوپاسالارە.

For, behold, the stone which I have laid before Joshua, Upon this one stone shall be seven eyes; Behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith Jehovah of hosts; And I will remove the iniquity of this land in one day.

10 «”لەو ڕۆژەدا، هەریەکە بانگهێشتی هاوڕێکەی دەکات بۆ ژێر دار مێو و ژێر دار هەنجیر.“ئەوە فەرمایشتی یەزدانی سوپاسالارە.»

In that day, saith Jehovah of hosts, Shall ye invite every one his neighbor Under the vine and under the fig-tree.
