Psalm 149

1 Kaksakin LEUM GOD! Yuk soko on sasu nu sin LEUM GOD; Kaksakunul in walil lun mwet su inse pwaye nu sel!

Praise YAH! Sing to YHWH a new song, His praise in an assembly of saints.

2 Israel, kowos in engan ke sripen El su orekowosla; Enganak, kowos mwet Zion, ke sripen tokosra lowos!

Israel rejoices in his Maker, Sons of Zion rejoice in their king.

3 Kaksakin Inel ke onsrosro; Srital ke harp ac drum ke kowos kaksakunul.

They praise His Name in a dance, Sing praise to Him with timbrel and harp.

4 LEUM GOD El insewowo ke mwet lal. El akfulatye mwet pusisel ke El sang kutangla nu selos.

For YHWH is pleased with His people, He beautifies the humble with salvation.

5 Lela mwet lun God in enganak ke kutangla lalos, Ac on ke engan ke fong nufon.

Saints exult in glory, They sing aloud on their beds.

6 Ke elos kaksakin God, lela elos in sasa ke pusra lulap, Oayapa elos in sruok cutlass kosro natulos in paolos

The exaltation of God [is] in their throat, And a two-edged sword in their hand.

7 Tuh elos in kutangla mutunfacl Ac in kai mwet we.

To do vengeance among nations, Punishments among the peoples.

8 Elos in kapriya tokosra lalos ke sein, Oayapa mwet kol lalos ke sein osra,

To bind their kings with chains, And their honored ones with chains of iron,

9 In kai mutanfahl uh in oana ma God El sapkin. Pa inge kutangla lun mwet lun God. Kaksakin LEUM GOD!

To do among them the judgment written, It [is] an honor for all his saints. Praise YAH!
