< Ephesus 6 >

1 Tulik srisrik, kowos in akos papa tomowos ac nina kiowos, mweyen kowos ma lun Leum, ac ma inge suwos.
The children: obey your parents in the LORD, for this is right;
2 “Akfulatye papa tomom ac nina kiom” pa ma sap se emeet ma oasr wuleang kac,
honor your father and mother,
3 fahk mu: “tuh in wo nu sum ac moul lom ac fah loes fin faclu.”
which is the first command with a promise, “That it may be well with you, and you may live a long time on the land.”
4 Papa ac nina, nik kowos akangonye tulik nutuwos an, ku oru ouiya ma ac akkasrkusrakyalos, a kowos in kaelos ac lotelos elos in kapkapak ke ouiya lun mwet lulalfongi.
And the fathers: do not provoke your children, but nourish them in the instruction and admonition of the LORD.
5 Mwet kohs, kowos in akos leum lowos fin faclu ac arulana akfulatyalos; ac kowos in oru ke inse pwaye, oana nu sin Christ.
The servants: obey the masters according to the flesh with fear and trembling, in the simplicity of your heart, as to the Christ;
6 Tia oru ye mutalos mukena in mwe aklung nu selos; a ke sripen kowos mwet kohs lun Christ, kowos in oru ma God El lungse ke insiowos kewa.
not with eye-service as men-pleasers, but as servants of the Christ, doing the will of God out of [your] soul,
7 Oru orekma lowos ke inse engan, oana kowos in oru nu sin Leum ac tia nu sin mwet uh.
serving with goodwill, as to the LORD, and not to men,
8 Kowos etu lah Leum el ac sot molin orekma wo nukewa lowos, kowos finne mwet kohs ku mwet sukosok.
having known that whatever good thing each one may do, this he will receive from the LORD, whether servant or freeman.
9 Ac kowos mwet leum, kowos in oru oapana inge nu sin mwet kohs lowos, ac tia sifil aksangengyalos. Esam lah kowos ac mwet kohs lowos uh oasr Leum sefanna lowos inkusrao, su ac nununku mwet nukewa oana sie.
And the masters! Do the same things to them, letting threatening alone, having also known that your Master is in the heavens, and favor by appearance is not with Him.
10 In aksafye sim luk uh, lela ku lulap lun Leum in akkeye kowos ke kowos ma sefannala yorol.
As to the rest, my brothers, be strong in the LORD, and in the power of His might;
11 Kowos in nokomang mwe mweun nukewa ma God El asot nu suwos, tuh kowos in ku in tu lain kutasrik lun Devil.
put on the whole armor of God, so you are able to stand against the schemes of the Devil,
12 Mweyen tia un mwet se pa kut mweuni uh, a ngun fohkfok yen engyeng uh, ac mwet leum ac wal ac ngun koluk ma leumi mwet uh, ac ku lun we lohsr se inge. (aiōn g165)
because our wrestling is not with flesh and blood, but with the principalities, with the authorities, with the world-rulers of the darkness of this age, with the spiritual [forces] of evil in the heavenly [places]; (aiōn g165)
13 Inge kowos in nokomang mwe loeyuk ma God El asot! Na ke len koluk ac tuku, kowos fah ku in lain mwet lokoalok lowos; ac ke saflaiya kowos ac tu na ku ac tia fuhleak.
because of this take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to resist in the day of the evil, and having done all things—to stand.
14 Ke ma inge, kowos in tuyak ac akola. Loseni infulwowos in ku ke pwaye, ac nokomang suwoswos tuh in mwe loeyuk nu ke iniwowos,
Stand, therefore, having your loins girded around in truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15 ac kena lowos in fahkelik Pweng Wo ke misla, in pa fahluk lowos.
and having the feet shod in the preparation of the good news of peace;
16 Pacl nukewa kowos in us lulalfongi oana mwe loang lowos; kowos in ku in sang konela pisr firir nukewa sin el su Koluklana.
in all, having taken up the shield of faith, in which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one,
17 Ac kowos in eis lango sin God tuh in oana sie helmet, ac kas lun God in oana cutlass su Ngun Mutal sot nu suwos.
and receive the helmet of the salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God,
18 Oru ma inge nukewa ke pre, ac siyuk kasru sin God. In kutena ma kowos oru kowos in pre fal nu ke kolyuk lun Ngun. Ke sripa se inge, kowos in oaru in tupan ac tia fuhleak. Pre pacl nukewa ke mwet lun God nukewa.
through all prayer and supplication praying at all times in the Spirit, and in this, watching in all perseverance and supplication for all the holy ones—
19 Ac oayapa pre keik, tuh God El fah ase nu sik sie mwe fahkak ke pacl nga akola in kaskas, ac tuh nga in ku in kaskas pulaik, ac oru tuh mwet uh in kalem ke ma lukma lun Wosasu.
and in behalf of me, that to me may be given a word in the opening of my mouth, in freedom, to make known the secret of the good news,
20 Ke sripen Wosasu se inge, nga sie mwet tutafpo fulat lun Jesus Christ, nga finne muta in presin. Pre tuh nga in ku in pulaik in fahkak ke Wosasu oana ma fal.
for which I am an ambassador in a chain, that in it I may speak freely—as it is necessary for me to speak.
21 Kowos fin ke etu keik lah nga fuka, Tychicus el ac fah fahkak nu suwos. El sie mwet lili saok ac oaru ke orekma lun Leum.
And that you may know—you also—the things concerning me—what I do, Tychicus will make all things known to you, the beloved brother and faithful servant in the LORD,
22 Pa inge sripa se oru nga supwalot nu yuruwos uh — tuh elan fahkak nu suwos lah fuka ouiyasr nukewa, ac oayapa elan akkeye kowos.
whom I sent to you for this very thing, that you might know the things concerning us, and that he might comfort your hearts.
23 Misla, lungse, ac lulalfongi sin God Papa, ac sin Leum Jesus Christ, nu sin mwet wiasr in lulalfongi nukewa.
Peace to the brothers, and love, with faith, from God the Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ!
24 Lungkulang nu selos nukewa su lungse Leum lasr Jesus Christ ke lungse su koflana wanginla.
The grace with all those loving our Lord Jesus Christ—undecayingly! Amen.
