ಇಬ್ರಿಯರಿಗೆ ಬರೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ 1
1 ಗತಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ವಿವಿಧ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅನೇಕಬಾರಿ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳ ಮುಖಾಂತರವೂ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ದೇವರು,
In many parts and many ways, God, having spoken long ago to the fathers by the prophets,
2 ಈ ಅಂತ್ಯ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ತಮ್ಮ ಪುತ್ರ ಆಗಿರುವ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವನ್ನೇ ದೇವರು ಎಲ್ಲಕ್ಕೂ ಬಾಧ್ಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಿದರು. ಇವರ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಇಡೀ ವಿಶ್ವವನ್ನು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಿದರು. (aiōn g165)
in these last days speaks to us in [His] Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom He also made the ages; (aiōn g165)
3 ಈ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವೇ ದೇವರ ಮಹಿಮೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾಶವೂ ಅವರ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವದ ಪ್ರತಿರೂಪವಾಗಿರುವ ದೇವಪುತ್ರ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವೇ ತಮ್ಮ ಶಕ್ತಿಯುತ ವಾಕ್ಯದಿಂದ ಸಮಸ್ತಕ್ಕೂ ಆಧಾರವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸು ತಾವಾಗಿಯೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಾಪಗಳನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧಿಮಾಡಿ ಉನ್ನತದೊಳಗೆ ಮಹೋನ್ನತ ದೇವರ ಬಲಗಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
who being the brightness of the glory, and the impress of His subsistence, bearing up also all things by the saying of His might—having made a cleansing of our sins through Himself, sat down at the right hand of the Greatness in the highest,
4 ದೇವಪುತ್ರ ಆಗಿರುವ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವು ದೇವದೂತರಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರಿಗಿಂತ ಅತಿ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಬಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಹೊಂದಿದವರೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
having become so much better than the messengers, as He inherited a more excellent name than them.
5 ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ದೂತರೊಳಗೆ ಯಾರಿಗಾದರೂ ಹೀಗೆ ಎಂದಾದರೂ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದುಂಟೋ, “ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಪುತ್ರನು; ಇಂದು ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ!” ಎಂದೂ, “ನಾನು ಆತನ ತಂದೆಯಾಗಿರುವೆನು; ಆತನು ನನಗೆ ಮಗನಾಗಿರುವನು!”
For to which of the messengers did He ever say, “You are My Son—today I have begotten You?” And again, “I will be to Him for a Father, and He will be to Me for a Son?”
6 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಮೊದಲು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವರನ್ನು ದೇವರು ಲೋಕದೊಳಗೆ ಬರಮಾಡುವಾಗ, “ದೇವದೂತರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಆತನನ್ನು ಆರಾಧಿಸಲಿ!” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
And when again He may bring the firstborn into the world, He says, “And let them worship Him—all messengers of God”;
7 ದೂತರ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರು ಮಾತನಾಡುವಾಗ, “ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ದೂತರನ್ನು ಆತ್ಮಗಳಾಗಿಯೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕರನ್ನು ಅಗ್ನಿಜ್ವಾಲೆಯನ್ನಾಗಿಯೂ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ!” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
and to the messengers, indeed, He says, “The [One] who is making His messengers spirits, and His ministers a flame of fire”;
8 ತಂದೆ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪುತ್ರ ಆಗಿರುವವರ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ: “ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನವು ಯುಗಯುಗಾಂತರಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇರುವುದು. ನೀತಿದಂಡವೇ ನಿಮ್ಮ ರಾಜದಂಡವಾಗಿದೆ. (aiōn g165)
but to the Son: “Your throne, O God, [is] throughout the age of the age; The scepter of righteousness [is the] scepter of Your kingdom; (aiōn g165)
9 ನೀವು ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಅನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ದ್ವೇಷಿಸಿದ್ದೀರಿ; ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜೊತೆಗಾರರಿಗಿಂತ ಮಿಗಿಲಾಗಿ ಆನಂದದ ತೈಲದಿಂದ ಅಭಿಷೇಕಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ!”
You loved righteousness, and hated lawlessness; Because of this He anointed You—God, Your God—With oil of gladness above Your partners”;
10 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ದೇವರು ಹೀಗೆಂದರು: “ಕರ್ತದೇವರೇ, ಆದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಭೂಮಿಗೆ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರವನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದೀರಿ, ಆಕಾಶಗಳು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೈಕೆಲಸಗಳಾಗಿವೆ.
and, “You, LORD, founded the earth at the beginning, And the heavens are a work of Your hands.
11 ಅವು ನಾಶವಾಗುವವು. ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಸದಾಕಾಲವೂ ಜೀವಿಸುತ್ತೀರಿ. ಅವೆಲ್ಲವೂ ವಸ್ತ್ರದಂತೆ ಹಳೆಯದಾಗುವವು.
These will perish, but You remain, And all will become old as a garment,
12 ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮೇಲಂಗಿಯಂತೆ ಮಡಿಸುತ್ತಿರಿ, ಅವು ವಸ್ತ್ರದಂತೆ ಮಾರ್ಪಡುತ್ತವೆ. ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಏಕರೀತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಮುಗಿದುಹೋಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ!”
And You will roll them together as a mantle, and they will be changed, But You are the same, and Your years will not fail.”
13 ಆದರೆ ದೇವದೂತರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿಯಾದರೂ, “ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ವಿರೋಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಪಾದಗಳ ಪೀಠವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವವರೆಗೂ ನನ್ನ ಬಲಗಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡಿರು!” ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿ ದೇವರು ಎಂದಾದರೂ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದುಂಟೇ?
And to which of the messengers did He ever say, “Sit at My right hand, Until I may make Your enemies Your footstool?”
14 ಈ ದೇವದೂತರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಬಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಹೊಂದಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವವರ ಸೇವೆಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾದ ಸೇವೆಯ ಆತ್ಮಗಳು ಅಲ್ಲವೇ?
Are they not all spirits of service—being sent forth for ministry because of those about to inherit salvation?
