1 Nagra nagu'areti hu'na Ra Anumzamofona agi'a ahentesga hugahue. Ra Anumzana Anumzanimoka kagra rankrerfa hu'nane. Za'za kukenamo'ma hiaza huno masa zankamo'ene konaririkamo'enena kazerino vazinte'ne.

[I tell] myself that I should praise Yahweh. Yahweh, my God, you are very great! Like a king has on his royal robes [MET], you have honor and majesty/greatness all around you!

2 Za'za kukenama hiaza hunka masa zanka'a eri hankre'nane. Ana nehunka monafima me'nea zantaminena, seli noma eri atama nereaza hunka, mona eri atarente'nane.

You [created/caused] light to be like your robe [MET]. You spread out the sky like [a man sets up] a tent.

3 Monafima me'nea hampompima tima marenevazimofo anaga kaziga, nonka'ama vazisga hania zafaramina retrure'nane. Hagi karisifima hiaza hunka hampompina maninka vano nehunka, zahopi maninka harenka vano nehane.

You made/put your home [in heaven], above the rain clouds in the sky, [like a man puts the] rafters of his house in place [MET]. You made/caused the clouds to be like chariots [to carry you].

4 Kagra zaho'mofonku hankeno nanekeka'a erino vano nehie. Ana nehigeno hagna hagna'ma huno nerea tevemo, Kagri eri'za vahera mani'ne.

You caused the winds to be [like] your messengers [MET], and flames of fire to be [like] your servants.

5 Kagra ama mopa tro hutenka tra'are antankeno me'neankino kazara osugahie.

You placed the world firmly on its foundation so that it can never be moved/shaken.

6 Tavravereti'ma hiaza hunka hagerinu mopa refi'netenka, agonaramina tinu refitankeno azeri nakari fenkateno onaga me'ne.

[Later], you covered the earth with a flood, like a blanket, with the water that covered the mountains.

7 Hianagi kagrama hage rimofonku'ma hankave kema hankeno'a, koro huno nevie. Kagrama monagemo'ma hiankna hunka kageru'ma nerankeno'a, tintamimo'a ame'ama huno nevie.

[But] when you rebuked the water, the oceans receded; your voice spoke like thunder, and then the waters rushed away.

8 Agonaramimo'za marerisga nehzageno, agupo mopamo'za uramiza e'ire mano hunka hunte'nampi me'naze.

Mountains rose up [from the water], and the valleys sank down to the levels that you had determined for them.

9 Ana nehunka hagerimofona, isa kana antetenankeno ana isa kana agatereno vuno mago'anena mopa refi'otegahie.

[Then] you set a boundary for the oceans, a boundary that they cannot cross; their water will never again cover the [whole] earth.

10 Kampu'i tina tro huntankeno, tinkagomupina nevigeno, ne'onse tintamina huntankeno agonaramimofo amu'nompinena nevuno,

You make/cause springs to pour [water] into ravines; their [water] flows down between the mountains.

11 maka afizaga gafamofona tina nezamige'za nenazageno, afi donki afu'tamimo'za tinku'ma nezmagege'za ana tina nazageno fru zame'nesie.

Those [streams] provide water for all the animals [to drink]; the wild donkeys [drink the water and] are no longer thirsty.

12 Hare'zama vanoma nehaza namamo'za ana timofo ankenarega nona ki'za manine'za, ana timofo ankenaregama me'nea zafaramimofo azankunate manine'za zagamera nehaze.

Birds make their nests alongside [the streams], and they sing among the branches [of the trees].

13 Kagra mona kumakafi onagamu mani'nenka, kora atrankeno eramino agona ramimpina runente. Ana nehunka kagraka'a kazanko avona antenka, maka zana tro hunka ama mopafina antankeno aviteno me'ne.

From (your home in heaven/the sky) you send rain down on the mountains, and you fill the earth with many good things that you create.

14 Bulimakao afu'mo'zama nesaza trazana kagra hankeno hagenege'za vahe'mo'za ahe'za hoza nentaze. Ana hutazagenka kagra hankeno, mopafintira ne'zamo'a hageno marerino nenarga rentege'za vahe'mo'za e'nerize.

You make/cause grass to grow for the cattle [to eat], and you make/cause plants to grow for people. In that way [animals and people] get their food from [what grows in] the soil.

15 Anazanke hunka kagra hankeno wainimo'a hageno marerige'za, eri'za waini tina tro hu'za nene'za antahi musena nehazagenka, olivi masavena zaminke'za eri'za zamugosafina frageno rumsa nehigenka, ne'zama nene'za hankavema eri'za manisaza zana bretia nezamine.

We get [grapes to make] [MTY] wine to [drink and] make us cheerful, and we get [olives to make] [MTY] olive oil to [put on our] skin and cause it to shine, and we get [grain to make] [MTY] bread to give us strength.

16 Ra Anumzamofo zafamo'za tina nezamu nehazageno, Ra Anumzamo'ma Lebanoni mopafima sida zafaramima hankre'nea sida zafamo'za tina nezamu nehaze.

Yahweh, you [send plenty of rain to] water your trees, the cedar [trees] that you planted in Lebanon.

17 Ana sida zafa ramimpina nama ramimo'za nona eme ki'za nemanize. Ana nehazage'za afi patomo'zanena (stork) saipresi zafa ramimpi nozamia eme negize.

Birds make their nests in those [trees]; even storks make their nests in pine/fir trees.

18 Za'za agona ramimpima nemaniza afi meme afutamimo'za vano vano hu'za nemanize. Ana nehazage'za vare'mo'za havemofo keko kampi fraki'za zamagu nevazize.

High up in the mountains the wild goats live, and hyraxes/badgers live in the crags/crevices in the rocks.

19 Kagra ika tro hunka ante'nankeno me'neno, ruzahu ruzahu knagura hunerasamie. Ana nehigeno inankna fatgore zagemo'a ufregahie zagemo'a agra'a keno antahino hu'ne.

[Yahweh], you made the moon to indicate the times for our festivals, and you made the sun that knows when to go down.

20 Kagra hanina atrankeno hania eme negie. Ana hanke'za zafa tano'pafima nemaniza zagagafamo'za rerakaure'za vano nehaze.

You bring darkness, and it becomes night, when all the animals in the forest prowl around, [looking for food].

21 Kenagera kasefa laioni ramimo'za zagagafama ahe'za tragama hu'za nesagura rankrafage hu'za vano nehazagenka, Anumzamoka ne'zana zaminke'za nenaze.

At night the young lions roar as they seek their prey, [but] they depend on you to give them food.

22 Hagi zagema ufrege'za ana laionimo'za ete vu'za nemaniza have kampi ome nemasaze.

At dawn, they go back to their dens and lie down.

23 Ana'ma nehazage'za vahe'mo'za vu'za e'za hu'za eri'za zamia ome e'nerizageno vuno kinaga nese.

And during the daytime, people go to their work; they work until it is evening.

24 Ra Anumzamoka, kagra agigu agigu zantami tro hu'nane. Kagra knare antahi'za ka'areti ana maka zantamina tro hu'nane. Ana hankeno Kagrama tro hu'nana zagagafamo'za ama mopafina mani avite'naze.

Yahweh, you have made so many different kinds of things! You were [very] wise as you made them all. The earth is full of the creatures that you [made].

25 Hagerimo'a rankrerfa huno uvu evu hu'negeta negone. Ana hu'neankino ana hagerimofo agu'afina agigu agigu zaga, osira rana huno ohampriga'a mani avite'naze.

[We see] the ocean which is very large [DOU]! It is full of many kinds of living creatures, big ones and little ones.

26 Ana hagerimofo agofetura venteramimo'za vano nehazage'za, Laviataniema hu'za nehaza afi zagama, tro'ma hu'nana zagamo ana hagerimpina tina freno vano nehuno zokagora nereno nemanie.

We see the ships which sail along! We see the huge sea monster, which you made to (splash around/play) in the sea.

27 Ana maka tro'ma huzmante'nana zagagafamo'za, kna fatgore'ma ne'zama zamisnanku kagriteke kete'za nemanize.

All of those creatures depend on you to give them the food that they need.

28 Kagra ne'zana zaminke'za nenaze. Kagra kazana eri atarenka ne'zana zaminke'za nazageno zamura nehie.

When you give them the food that they need, they gather it. You give them what you have in your hand, and they [eat it and] are satisfied.

29 Hianagi Kagrama rukrahe'ma hunka kamefi'ma huzaminke'za, zamagra antri hu'za antahintahi hakare nehaze. Hagi Kagrama zamasimu'ma erinke'za, zamagra fri'za ete mopanesaze.

[But] if you refuse to give food to them, they become terrified. And when you cause them to stop breathing, they die; their bodies [decay and] become soil again.

30 Kagra kasimura huhu huvazi zamantanke'za, zamasimura eri'za kasefa hu'za mani'naze. Ana nehunka maka ama mopamofo agofetu'ma me'nea zantamina, ete eri kasefa hankeno me'ne.

When you cause newborn creatures to begin to breathe, they start to live; you give new life to all the living creatures on the earth.

31 Ana hu'neankino Ra Anumzamofo hihamu masazamo'a mevava huno nevanigeno, maka zama tro'ma hu'nea zankura Ra Anumzamo'a muse hugahie.

I want the glory of Yahweh to last forever. I want him to rejoice about [all] the things that he has created.

32 Ra Anumzamo'ma kefenkateno ama mopafima uruha'ma nehigeno'a, ama mopamo'a kazakaza nehigeno, Ra Anumzamo'ma agona ramima avako'ma nehigeno'a tevegu nehie.

He causes the earth to shake [just] by looking at it! By [merely] touching the mountains he makes/causes them to pour out fire and smoke!

33 Nagrama ofri'ma mani'nesua kna'afina, Ra Anumzamofontega zagamera hugahue. Ana nehu'na zagame hu'na Anumzamofo agi'a ahentesga hunteme nevu'na ome frigahue.

I will sing to Yahweh (as long as I live/throughout my entire life). I will praise my God until the day that I die.

34 Nagrama Ra Anumzamofonku'ma antahintahima nehua zama Agrama keno antahino'ma hanuno'a muse hanie. Na'ankure nagra Ra Anumzamofonte mani'nena musenkasea nehue.

I want Yahweh to be pleased by all those things that I have thought [about him], because I rejoice about [knowing] him.

35 Hagi kumi'ma nehaza vahe'mo'za ama mopamofo agofetutira fanene nehanageno, kefo avu'ava'ma nehaza vahe'mo'za fanane hu'za omanisaze. Maka nagu'areti hu'na Ra Anumzamofona husga hunente'na, Ra Anumzamofo agi'a ahentesga hugahue.

[But] I desire that sinners will disappear from the earth, so that there will be no more wicked [people]! [But as for] me, I will praise Yahweh! (Praise him/Hallelujah)!
