< Mani'zanti Mofo Nanekee 6 >
1 Mofavrenimoke, tava'onkare'ma nemanisimo'ma nofi hugahue hanigenka aza hugahue hananano, rumofonku'ma huvempa hunka kaza hugahuema hananana,
My son, if you have become collateral for your neighbour, if you have struck your hands in pledge for a stranger,
2 kagraka'a huvempama hu'nenana kemo'ma kinama regatenigenka,
you are trapped by the words of your mouth; you are ensnared with the words of your mouth.
3 mofavre'nimoka amana huo, hago agri azampi mani'nananki kagra'a kavufa anteraminka ana nete vunka, kasunku naneke ome hugeno, kina reogante'na amne fru hunka manigahane.
Do this now, my son, and deliver yourself, since you have come into the hand of your neighbour. Go, humble yourself. Press your plea with your neighbour.
4 Kavu tokora osunka, kavura omasenenka, ame hunka vuo.
Give no sleep to your eyes, nor slumber to your eyelids.
5 Kagra dia afumo'ene namamo enema zagagafama ahe vahe'mofo azampinti ame huno freankna hunka, kagra'a kavufga kaguvazio.
Free yourself, like a gazelle from the hand of the hunter, like a bird from the snare of the fowler.
6 Eri'zama e'ori feru vahe'motma kipazuvemoza nehaza zante ome negeta, rempi huta nentahita, knare antahi'zana eriho.
Go to the ant, you sluggard. Consider her ways, and be wise;
7 Kipazuvemofona kva vahe'zmia omanigeno, zamazeri ante fatgohu kva vahe zamia omanigeno, kvama krizamante kva vahe zamia omani'neanagi,
which having no chief, overseer, or ruler,

provides her bread in the summer, and gathers her food in the harvest.
9 Eri'zama e'ori feru vahe'motma, nama'a zupa tamavura masegahaze? Nazupa masetamavuna segahaze?
How long will you sleep, sluggard? When will you arise out of your sleep?
10 Osi'agna ko kavura masenka hinkrafora antegenko, osiagna ko mago'ane manifru nehunka, osiagna ko mago'ane kagemazampare kazana antenka manifru hananana,
A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep—
11 mago zanka'a omanetfa hanigenka, kumazafa vahemo atireti kazerino fenozanka'a erivagareankna hugahane.
so your poverty will come as a robber, and your scarcity as an armed man.
12 Mago zazmi omane kefozama nehaza vahe'mo'za akrehe krehe zmageru aruza vano nehaze.
A worthless person, a man of iniquity, is he who walks with a perverse mouth,
13 Ana vahe'mo'za havigema nehanu'za zamavu resukinegami'za, zamagiareti rekapasga nehu'za, zamazanteti'ene zamazankoreti'ene erigu'a hu'za avame'namera hugahaze.
who winks with his eyes, who signals with his feet, who motions with his fingers,
14 Havi avu'avaza'ma erifore'ma hu'zamo'a zamagu'afina avitenege'za, kefo avu'ava zana hakare zupa nehu'za, hazenkea eri hakare hu'za nevaze.
in whose heart is perverseness, who devises evil continually, who always sows discord.
15 E'ina hu'negu e'inahu vahetera hantka huno havizamo'a agritera eno, ame huno azeri haviza hanigeno, ana'ma azeri havizama hania knazama eritre kana omanetfa hugahie.
Therefore his calamity will come suddenly. He will be broken suddenly, and that without remedy.
16 Sigisi'a zama Ra Anumzamofoma agomanetea zantamina me'neanagi, seveni'a zamo'a Ra Anumzamofo avurera kasrino haviza me'ne.
There are six things which the LORD hates; yes, seven which are an abomination to him:
17 Agra avufga erisga nehuno, ru vahe kefenkami atre'zane, havigema hu'zane, hazenke'a omane vahe'ma aheno korama'a eri fegi atre'zane,
arrogant eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood,
18 havi antahintahizamo antahintahifima mevite'zane, havi zante'ma ame huno avreno neviazane ave'nosie.
a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief,
19 Keagama refkohu trate osu'nea zanku tamage nehie huno havige hu vahe'ma, zamagipinti'ma krunagema hu'zama atineramia zane, naga'afima hazenke zama eri hakare nehiazana Anumzamo'a agonete.
a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord amongst brothers.
20 Mofavrenimoke, negafa'ma kasamisia kasegea otretfa nehunka, negrera'ma rempi hugamisia kea amge'anto.
My son, keep your father’s commandment, and don’t forsake your mother’s teaching.
21 Kagu'afi erintenka azeri antakro maka zupa nehunka, avaseseza hiankna hunka rugaginka knankempi anakio.
Bind them continually on your heart. Tie them around your neck.
22 Kama vanoma hananana ana kemo kazeri fatgo nehuno, kavu'ma masesanana kegava huneganteno, masenesampinti'ma otisanana nanekea kasamigahie.
When you walk, it will lead you. When you sleep, it will watch over you. When you awake, it will talk with you.
23 Na'ankure ama ana kasegemo'a rampe tavikna higeno, amama rempima huneramia kemo'a masa megeno, kazeri fatgohu kavumro'ma antea kemo'a, mani'zamofo ka me'ne.
For the commandment is a lamp, and the Torah is light. Reproofs of instruction are the way of life,

to keep you from the immoral woman, from the flattery of the wayward wife’s tongue.
25 Ana a'mofo agi agonagura kegasanea osuge, atregeno kavazu hunaku'ma avureti'ma revumi'ma hugamisia zamo'a kavazua osino.
Don’t lust after her beauty in your heart, neither let her captivate you with her eyelids.
26 Na'ankure savri a'enema mase zamo'a kazeri kefo regahianagi, vereti a'mo'ma kavazu haniana kasimu ka'a erigahie.
For a prostitute reduces you to a piece of bread. The adulteress hunts for your precious life.
27 Akru huno neresia tevema hankeri kasumpima antesanana kukenaka'a azerino ontegahifi?
Can a man scoop fire into his lap, and his clothes not be burnt?
28 Teve zugu'ma neresifima kaga vapa'ma vananana, kagagusa teonkasagegosifi?
Or can one walk on hot coals, and his feet not be scorched?
29 E'ina hukna hugahane, tava'onka'arema nemanisia ne'mofo a'enema masege, monkozama hananana hazenke erigahane.
So is he who goes in to his neighbour’s wife. Whoever touches her will not be unpunished.
30 Aga'ma netenigeno ne'zama nesia zanku'ma kumzafama erisia vahera, rama'a tamarimpa kna hunontaze.
Men don’t despise a thief if he steals to satisfy himself when he is hungry,

32 Hianagi ru ne'mofo a'enema maseno monkozama huntesia ne'mo'a, ana negi' avu'ava zama'areti agra'a azeri haviza nehie.
He who commits adultery with a woman is void of understanding. He who does it destroys his own soul.
33 Ahe'zama azeri agazema huntesaza zamo'a, agrite me'nesigeno agaze zamo'a vagaore agrite mevava hugahie.
He will get wounds and dishonour. His reproach will not be wiped away.
34 Na'ankure ana a'mofo neve'ma rimpama ahesia zamo marerisigeno nona huno kahenaku esiana asuntagi'zana agripina omanegosie.
For jealousy arouses the fury of the husband. He won’t spare in the day of vengeance.
35 Ana hazenkere miza antege, rimpa azeri fru hu'naku rama'a zantami eme amisia zamo'a, azeri fru osugahie.
He won’t regard any ransom, neither will he rest content, though you give many gifts.
