< Jovu 5 >
1 Jopuga menina mago'a vahe'mo'za kazama hanagura krafagea hunka ko? Ina ankeromo eme kaza hugahie?
Do but call: is there one that will answer thee? and to whom of the saints wilt thou turn thyself?
2 Amne zampima arimpama ahe'zamo neginagi vahera ahenefrigeno, arumofo zanku'ma kenunuma nehuno amefikema hu'zamo antahintahima omne vahera azeri haviza nehie.
For vexation will prove death to a foolish man, and jealousy will slay the simple.
3 Neginagi vahe'mo'za osi'a knafi feno vahera manizage'na nagra ketogeno, hazenkemo'a ame huno zamazeri haviza nehie.
I have myself seen the foolish taking root; but I suddenly held his habitation as accursed.
4 Mago'a vahe'mo'za mofavrezimia zamaza hu'za keagafina zamagura ovazizage'za, kuma kafantera zamazeri haviza nehaze.
His children are far from help, and men crush them in the gate, with no one to deliver them.
[He it is] whose harvest the hungry eateth up, and taketh it even out of the thorns, and the robber snatcheth eagerly after their substance.
6 Knazamo'a mopafintira hanatino marenorigeno, hazenkezamo'a mopafintira aru hanana huno nohage.
For wrong doth not come forth out of the dust, neither doth trouble grow up out of the ground;
7 Tevemo'ma teragareno mareriankna huno, vahe'ma fore'ma hianknaretira agafa huno hazenkezamo'a forera nehie.
But man is born unto trouble, as young birds take up their flight.
8 Hianagi Jopuga kagrama hanaza hu'na nagra knazama eruasina, knazani'a Anumzamofo antahigogeno naza hisine.
I, however, would have besought God, and unto God would I have committed my cause;
9 Agra tusi'a ruzahukna kaguva zantami erifore nehuno, ohampriga'a kaguvazantmina erifore nehiankita, tagra keta antahita osugahune.
Who doth great things which are unsearchable, marvelous things till they are without number;
10 Agra higeno mopafina kora runentegeno, hozafinena tina nemie.
Who giveth rain upon the surface of the earth, and sendeth out waters over the face of the fields;
11 Agra amunte omane vahera zamaza hige'za, mani'zazmifina knarera nehazageno, zavi'ma netaza vahera zamahokeno zamagu nevazie.
To set up the lowly on high, that those who mourn may rise high to happiness;
[But] who frustrateth the plans of the crafty, so that their hands cannot execute their well-devised counsel;
13 Hagi vahe'ma zamazeri havizahu kazigatima knare antahi'za retro nehune nehu'za, havi antahizama retroma nehaza vahe'mofo antahizazmia eriama higeno, ana antahi'za zmimo'a amnezankna nehie.
Who catcheth the wise in their own craftiness; and the advise of the perverse is hastened on headlong;
14 Hagi ana vahe'mo'za ferura hanimpima vanoma hazankna hu'za vano nehu'za, kinagama omesege'za kenage'ma inkonkima erino'ma viaza hu'za vano nehaze.
By day they meet with darkness, and as though it were night they grope about in the noon of day;
15 Hianagi ana vahe'mo'zama zamunte omne vahetmima huhavizama hunezmantazageno'a, zamaza nehuno hanave vahe'mo'zama zamazeri havizama nehazageno'a zamaza nehie.
But who saveth from the sword, from their mouth, and from the hand of the mighty, the needy one:
16 Hagi zamunte'ma omne vahe'mo'za Anumzamo'ma zamazama hanigu amuhara nehazageno, kefo zamavu'zmava'ma nehaza vahe'mokizmi zamagira Anumzamo'a ru hamunkige'za kea tagane'za nemanize.
And so cometh to the indigent hope, and iniquity stoppeth her mouth.
17 Anumzamo'ma azeri fatgoma hania vahe'mo'a muse hugahie. E'ina hu'negu kefo avu'ava'ma nehankeno Himamu'ane Anumzamo'ma kazeri fatgoma nehanigenka kavresra hunka kamefira huomio.
Behold, happy is the man whom God admonisheth: despise then not the correction of the Almighty.
18 Hagi Anumzamo'a atrenigeno namumo'a kavufgarera fore huno kazeri haviza hugahianagi, ete kazofeno kazeri so'e hugahie.
For he it is that woundeth, and bindeth up: he smiteth, and his hands do heal.
19 Hagi 6'a zupama hazenkefima ufresankeno'a, Agra kaza hu'neno, 7ni hazenke zama esigeno'a kagu'vazinigeno ana hazenke zamo'a kazeri haviza osugahie.
In six distresses will he deliver thee; and in seven there shall no evil touch thee.
20 Agra agatonto knama esigeno'a, kazahina nezankura nofrisankeno, ha'ma hu knafina katresigeno bainati kazintetira kahe ofrigahaze.
In famine he redeemeth thee from death; and in war from the power of the sword.
21 Hagi vahe'mo'zama kefinti'ma kazeri havizama hu'zankura, Anumzamo'a kazeri frakigahianki, hazenke zamo'ma keonke'zama eri havizama huno ne-enigenka korora osuo.
Against the scourge of the tongue shall thou he hidden; and thou needest not be afraid of destruction when it cometh.
22 Ana hanigenka hazenke zamo'ma keonke'zama eri havizama hania zanku'ene agatonto zankura ki'za nerenankeno, afi zagagafamo'za kazeri korora osugahaze.
At destruction and famine canst thou laugh; and thou needest not have any fear of the beasts of the earth.
23 Hagi havege mopamo'a knare hinkenka hoza nentesankeno, afi zagagafamo'za hara reogantegahaze.
For with the stones of the field shalt thou have thy covenant; and the beasts of the field shall be at peace with thee.
24 Hagi hazenke zana omnenkeno nonkumaka'amo'a knare huno mesigeno, sipisipi afuzagaka'ama hamprinka kesanana mago'mo'e huno fananea osugahie.
And thou shalt know that there is peace in thy tent; and thou wilt look over thy habitation, and shalt miss nothing.
25 Hagi henkama kenka antahinkama hananana mofavreraminka'amo'za rama'a ome hanageno kagehemo'za rama'a ome hu'za ama mopafi tra'zankna hugahaze.
And thou shalt know that thy seed is numerous, and thy offspring as the herbage of the earth.
26 Hagi witimo'ma kna fatgo'are'ma nenama hige'zama vasagazaza hunka, kagra ozafa omeretenka renteraminka frigahane.
Thon wilt go in a ripe age unto the grave, as a shock of corn is carried home in its season.
27 Hagi keho, tagra ama ana zana rempi huta keta antahita hu'nonankino, tamage ama ana zana fore hugahianki antahi ani' huo.
Behold this, we have searched it out, so it is: hear it, and do thou note it well for thyself.
