1 Hagi mago zupa Elisa'a, kasnampa vahepinti mago kasefa ne' kehigeno egeno amanage huno asami'ne, Kenaka'a eritupa hunka nemasinka, ama masave tafena erinka Ramot-Giliati rankumate vuo.
Now, Elisha the prophet, called one of the sons of the prophets, —and said to him—Gird up thy loins, and take this flask of oil in thy hand, and go to Ramoth-gilead;
2 Hanki kagra Ramot-Giliati vute'nunka, Nimsi negeho, Jehosafati nemofo Jehuna, ome hakenka erifore huo. Anama hute'nunka, naga'anema mani'nesifintira agri'ake avrenka noma hunaragintepinka vuo.
and, when thou art come in thither, then look thee out, there, Jehu son of Jehoshaphat, son of Nimshi; and thou shalt enter and get him to rise up out of the midst of his brethren, and take him into an inner chamber;
3 Hanki anante ama ana maseve tafena erinka asenifi neraginka amanage huo, Ra Anumzamo'a amanage huno hu'ne, Menina Israeli kini manio huno huhampri negante. Anama hutenka kafana eri anaginetrenka atiraminka ame hunka kagarenka fro!
then shalt thou take the flask of oil, and pour out upon his head, and say—Thus, saith Yahweh, I have anointed thee to be king unto Israel! Then shalt thou open the door and flee, and not tarry.
4 Hanki ana kasefa kasnampa ne'mo'a, otino Ramot Giliati rankumate vu'ne.
So the young man went his way—the young man the prophet—unto Ramoth-gilead.
5 Hagi anante'ma uhanatino'ma keana, sondia vahete ugagota hu'naza kva mani'neza keaga nehazageno ome nezmageno anage hu'ne, Ugagotama hu'nana nera kagritega mago naneke eri'na neoe. Higeno'a Jehu'a otino anage hune, izanku nehane, higeno ugagotama hu'nana sondia ne'moka kagriku nehue.
And, when he came up, lo! the captains of the force, sitting, and he said—A word, have I, for thee, O captain! And Jehu said—For which, of us all? And he said, —For thee, O captain!
6 Higeno Jehu'a anante otino nompinka umrerino umanitegeno, anante ana kasefa kasnampa ne'mo'a Jehu asenifi masavena taginenteno amanage hu'ne, Ra Anumzana Israeli vahe Anumzamo amanage huno hu'ne, Nagri vahe Israeli naga'mokizmi kini maniogu menina huhampri negantoe hie.
Then rose he up and went inside, and poured out the oil upon his head, and said unto him—Thus, saith Yahweh, God of Israel, I have anointed thee to be king unto the people of Yahweh, unto Israel;
7 Hanki kva neka'a Ahapu nagara maka zamahe vagaro. E'inama hananana, Jesebeli'ma ko'ma Nagri kasnampa vahe'ene eri'za vahe'ma zamahe fri'nea kora kumitera, Nagra nona huzmantegahue.
and thou shalt smite the house of Ahab thy lord, —so will I avenge the blood of my servants the prophets, and the blood of all the servants of Yahweh, at the hand of Jezebel;
8 Hagi Ahapu nagapina, maka kazokzo vene'nene amne vene'neramine mofavreraminena Nagra maka zamahe fanene ha'nena Israeli vahepina zamagia omanegahie.
so shall perish all the house of Ahab, —and I will cut off to Ahab the meanest, both him that is shut up and him that is left at large, in Israel.
9 Hanki Nebati nemofo Jeroboamu naga'ene, Ahija nemofo Basa naga'ma ko'ma zamahe fananema hu'noaza hu'na, Ahapu naga nofira zamahe fananene hugahue.
Yea I will deliver up the house of Ahab, like the house of Jeroboam son of Nebat, —and like the house of Baasha son of Ahijah:
10 Hanki Jesebeli'a Jezrili kaziga mopafi fri'nenige'za kramo'za avufga'a negahazanki, mago'mo'e huno avufga'a erino aseontegahie huno Ra Anumzamo'a hie. Anagema huteno'a, ana kasnampa ne'mo'a kafana eri anaginetreno atiramino agareno fre'ne.
And, as for Jezebel, the dogs shall eat [her], in the town-land of Jezreel, there being none to bury her. And he opened the door, and fled.
11 Anante Jehu'a atiramino mago'a eri'za vahe'ma mani'nare vige'za antahige'za, Mago'aza fore hu'nefi? E'i neginagi ne'mo'a na'ane huno eme kasami'ne. Anage hazageno Jehu'a huno, E'inahu vahera havige havage hantage vahekita ko tamagra keta antahita hu'naze.
Then, Jehu, came forth unto the servants of his lord, and one said to him—Is all well? why came this madman unto thee? And he said unto them, Ye, know, the man and his message.
12 Hige'za zamagra hu'za, Reravatga osunka tamage hunka tasamio hu'naze. Anagema hazageno'a Ra Anumzamo'a nagrikura Israeli vahe'mokizmi kini ne' manio huno huhampri nante'ne huno Jehu'a hu'ne.
And they said—False! pray tell, us. And he said, —Thus and thus, spake he unto me, saying, Thus, saith Yahweh, I have anointed thee to be king unto Israel.
13 Hanki anama hiankema ana eri'za vahe'mo'ma nentahi'za, ame hu'za zaza kukanazamia hate'za, nonteti'ma agiama renoma atiramisirera tafe hu'za erami'naze. Anama hute'za ufe eri'za nere'za anage hu'naze, menina Jehu'a kini fore hie.
Then hasted they, and took, every man his garment, and put it under him, upon the very steps, —and blew with a horn, and said, Jehu, is king!
14 Anama hutazageno Nimsi negeho Jehosafati nemofo Jehu'a Joramuma ahefrisia naneke retro hu'ne. Hagi ana knafina Joramu'ene maka Israeli sondia vahe'mo'za Siria kini ne' Hazaeli'a Ramot-Giliati kumate ha' eme hu'nezmantege'za kegava hu'za mani'naze.
Thus did Jehu son of Jehoshaphat son of Nimshi conspire against Joram, —when, Joram, was watching Ramoth-gilead, he and all Israel, because of Hazael king of Syria.
15 Hianagi kini ne' Joramu'a ete Jesrili vuno, Siria kini ne' Hazaeli naga'ane ha'ma nehigeno kevema ahe'naza namumo'ma teganinigu umani'ne. Hagi anama nehigeno'a Jehu'a Ramot-Giliati kumate mani'neno eri'za vahe'a amanage huno zamasami'ne, Nagriku'ma kini manino kegava hurantesie hutama antahisuta, mago'mo'e huno ama kumapintira atreno Jesrilia vuno Joramuna ama anazamofo agenkea ome osamino.
But Jehoram the king had returned to get himself healed in Jezreel, of the wounds wherewith the Syrians had wounded him, when he fought with Hazael king of Syria. Then said Jehu—If such is your mind, let no fugitive get forth out of the city, to go and tell it in Jezreel.
16 Anagema huteno'a, Jehu'a karisi'afi marerino Jesrili vu'ne. Na'ankure Joramuna kevema ahe'naza namumo'a tegani onte'negeno maseno mani'negeno, Juda kini ne' Ahazia'a vuno ome negegeke mani'nakeno anantega vu'ne.
So Jehu rode in a chariot, and went towards Jezreel, for, Joram, was lying there, —and, Ahaziah king of Judah, had come down to see Joram.
17 Hanki kuma'ma kegava nehia ne'mo'a, Jesrili kuma have keginamofo agofetu mani'neno, Jehu naga neazageno nezmageno rankumapima mani'naza vahera anage huno kezatizamine, Ha' vahe neazage'na nezamagoe. Higeno ana kema Joramu'ma nentahino'a, mago vahe hunteno, ame hunka mago hosi afu erinka vunka, ana vahe'ma ome zamagenunka amne neazafi ha' eritma neaze? hunka ome zamantahigo.
Now, the watchman, was standing upon the tower, in Jezreel, so he saw the great company of Jehu, when he came, and said—A great company, can I see! Then said Jehoram—Take a horseman and send to meet them, that he may say—Is it peace?
18 Anage hutegeno, mago sondia ne'mo hosi afu agumpi mani'neno ame huno vuno ome nezamageno, Jehuna amanage huno asmi'ne, kini ne'mo'a huno ha' erinka neampi krimpa frune neane huno hu'ne. Anagema nehiana Jehu'a asmino, Rimpa fruma huno mani'zana kagriza omne'neanki tamefi eramage antenka eno, higeno kuma'ma kegava hu'nea ne'mo'a keama kinimo'ma huntegeno'ma via ne'mo'a ko uhanati'neanagi, eteno omegeno anankea kini nera asmino, Hago kema erinoma via ne'mo'a uhanatianagi ete nome.
So the horseman went to meet him, and said—Thus, saith the king, Is it peace? And Jehu said—What hast thou to do with peace? turn thee behind me. And the watchman told, saying, The messenger came up to them, but hath not turned back.
19 Higeno anante kini ne'mo'a ru'ene mago sondia ne' huntegeno hosi afu agumpi manino vuno, Jehu nagara ome nezamageno anage hu'ne, Kini ne'mo'a huno tamagra ha' eritma neazafi tamarimpa frune neaze hu'ne. Anagema nehiana Jehu'a asmino, Rimpa fruma huno mani'zana kagriza omne'neanki tamefi eramage antenka eno.
Then sent he a second horseman, and he came up to them and said, Thus, saith the king, Is it peace? And Jehu said—What hast thou to do with peace? turn thee behind me.
20 Hagi anante kuma'ma kvama hu'nea ne'mo'a kini nera asamino, Henkama huntana ne'mo'a ana vahetera uhanati'neanagi, ete rukrahera huno nome. Hagi egote'noma ne-ege'na koa ne'mo'a Nimsi nemofo Jehu'ma nehiaza huno tusi avunenteno karisia erino ne-e.
And the watchman told, saying, He came up to them, but hath not turned back, —and, the driving, is like the driving of Jehu son of Nimshi; for, with mad haste, doth he drive.
21 Higeno anante kini ne' Joramu'a huno, Hosi afu'ene karisinena retro hunanteho, hige'za retro huntazageno, ana karisifi marerigeno ana zanke huno kini ne' Ahazia'a agranena mago karisifi marerige'ne, Jehu kenaku vu'na'e. Hanki zanagra vuke Jesriliti ne' Naboti mopa tava'onte Jehuna ome ke'na'e.
Then said Jehoram, Harness! So one harnessed his chariot, —and Jehoram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went forth, each man in his chariot, yea they went forth to meet Jehu, and came upon him in the heritage of Naboth the Jezreelite.
22 Hanki anante Joramu'a Jehuna negeno, amanage huno antahige'ne, Karimpa frune neampi kea huo. Anagema higeno'a Jehu'a ke nona'a huno, negrera Jesebeli'ma hige'zama havi anumzante mono'ma hunte'naza avu'avazamo'ene, avu'atagazama hihoma hige'zama hu'naza avu'ava'mo'a ome rama nehiana, nankna hu'na narimpa frunena esue hu'ne.
And it came to pass, when Jehoram saw Jehu, that he said—Is it peace, Jehu? And he said—What can be the peace, while thy mother Jezebel’s harlotries and her incantations do so abound?
23 Anante Joramu'ma ana kema nentahino'a, karisi'a azeri rukrahe huno nevuno, Ahaziankura ranke huno, Ama ne'mo'a nagri nami'mi huno nahenaku ne-eanki kagranena fro.
Then Jehoram turned his hands, and fled, —and said unto Ahaziah—Treachery! O Ahaziah!
24 Anagema nehiana Jehu'a otino keve'a eri krino Joramuna ruga raga azo'na amunompi amagenafi ahegeno, ana kevemo'a tumo'a azerigeno, karisi'afi evuramino fri'ne.
And, Jehu, bent his bow, and smote Jehoram, between his arms, —and the arrow came out at his heart, —and he sank down in his chariot.
25 Hanki anante Jehu'a tva'oma'are nemania eri'za ne'a Bitkarina asmino, Joramuna erisga hunka Jesriliti ne' Naboti mopama me'nefi ome asagafetro hu'ne. Na'ankure kagranema karisiti'afima mani'neta nefa Ahapu enema neonkeno, Ra Anumzamo'ma Ahapunte'ma fore'ma haniazankuma kasnampa ke'ma hunte'nea nanekegu kagesa antahio.
Then said he unto Bidkar his officer, Take [him] up, [and] cast him forth, into the field-portion of Naboth the Jezreelite, —for remember, when I and thou were riding as a couple together after Ahab his father, that, Yahweh, laid upon him this doom:
26 Hagi Ra Anumzamo'ma Ahapunku huno, kagra hanke'za Nabotine mofavre'amokizmi korana okina eri tagi atre'naze. E'ina hu'negu, anazamofo nona'a Naboti mopa fatgofi nona hugahue. Hu'negu Ra Anumzamo'ma hu'nea kante antenka Joramu avufga erisga hunka Naboti mopafi omeri atro.
Surely, the blood of Naboth and the blood of his sons, have I lately seen, declareth Yahweh, therefore will I requite thee in this portion, declareth Yahweh. Now, therefore, take [him] up, [and] cast him forth into the portion, according to the word of Yahweh.
27 Hanki Juda kini ne' Ahazia'a, Joramu'ma friaza negeno, Bet Hagani rankumategama vu'nea karanka koro freno vu'ne. Anama nehigeno'a Jehu'a amage rotago huno nevuno, sondia vahe'agu huno, agri'enena kevea aheho, hige'za sondia vahe'mo'za rotago hu'za Guri agonarega Ibleami kuma tva'ontega karisi'afi mani'neno koro freno nevige'za, kevea ome ahe'naze. Ana hazageno Ahazia'a koro freno vuno, Megido rankumate vuteno anantega fri'ne.
And, Ahaziah king of Judah, saw it, and fled by the way of the garden house, —and Jehu pursued him, and said—Him also! smite him in the chariot! It was in the ascent of Gur, which is by Ibleam. And he fled to Mepidgo, and died there.
28 Ana hige'za Ahazia avufga, eri'za vahe'amo'za karisifi erinte'za Jerusalemi vu'za agehe'ima asenezmantazafi, Deviti rankumapi ome asente'naze.
And his servants conveyed him in a chariot and brought him into Jerusalem, —and buried him in his sepulchre, with his fathers, in the city of David.
29 Hanki Ahapu nemofo Joramu'ma, 11ni'a kafuma kinima nemanigeno, Ahazia'a Juda vahe kinia efore hu'ne.
Now it was, in the eleventh year of Joram son of Ahab, that Ahaziah began to reign over Judah.
30 Hagi anante Jehu'a Jesrili kumate e'ne. Higeno Jehu'ma ne-e kema Jesebeli'a nentahino, avurera konaririza freno erikaruvi hunenteno, azokatera avasase nehuno, mani'nea nomofo zaho eri kanteti kefenkamuteno ke'ne.
Now, when Jehu entered Jezreel and, Jezebel, heard of it, she set her eyes in stibium, and ornamented her head, and looked forth through the lattice.
31 Kehenkamuteno keana Jehu'a rankuma'mofo kafante efregeno, Jesebeli'a amanage hu'ne, Zimri, kva vahe'ka'a ahe fri ne' mani'nananki, karimpa frune neano?
So, when, Jehu, had entered in at the gate, she said, Was it peace, when Zimri slew his lord?
32 Higeno Jehu'a nentahino, kesga huno ana nomofo zaho'ma eri kante negeno amanage hu'ne, Iza nagri kaziga mani'ne huno kezati'ne. Anagema hige'za zmagonknazama hari'naza vahe'ma ana nompima eri'zama eneri'za vahe'mo'za e'za ke fenkate'za Jehuna ke'naze.
And he lifted up his face unto the lattice, and said—Who, is with me? Who? And there looked out unto him, two or three eunuchs.
33 Anama hazageno'a Jehu'a zamasamino, ana ara azeri atrenkeno eramino, hige'za azerite'za atrageno erami'ne. Ana higeno Jehu'a hosi afutamine karisine erino ana ara rehapati atregeno, hosi afutamire'ene kuma'mofo have keginarega koramo'a tusiza hu'ne.
And he said—Hurl her down. And they hurled her down, —and there was sprinkled of her blood—upon the wall, and upon the horses, and they trode upon her.
34 Anama huteno Jehu'a kini ne'mofo nompi umarerino ne'zane tinena neteno, vahetamina huzmanteno, amama Anumzamo'ma azeri havizama higeno fria ara erita ome asenteho. Na'ankure agra kini ne'mofo mofa mani'negu anara hugahaze.
And, when he had entered and eaten and drunk, he said—Look, I pray you, after this accursed woman, and bury her, for the daughter of a king, she is.
35 Hianagi ana vahe'mo'zama vu'za ome kazana, mago'a avufga onke'nazanki, aseni zaferinane tare agiane azane me'nege'za ke'naze.
So they went to bury her, —but found not of her—save the skull, and the feet, and the palms of the hands.
36 Hagi ana ome kete'za e'za Jehuna eme asamizageno, Jehu'a amanage hu'ne, Ra Anumzamo'a eri'za vahe'a Tisbeti ne' Elaija agipi huvazino amanage hu'ne, Jesebeli'a Jesrili kumapi fri'nigeno, kramo'za eri hantage'za avufga'a negahaze hu'ne.
Then came they back, and told him, and he said—The word of Yahweh, it is, which he spake by the hand of his servant, Elijah the Tishbite, saying—In the town-land of Jezreel, shall dogs eat the flesh of Jezebel!
37 Anama nehazageno anitraga tragoma hutresaza zamavufaga'amo'a, rifamo'ma hiaza huno Jesrili mopafina me'nenige'za kegahazanagi e'i Jesebeli avufage hu'za ke'amara osugahaze huno Ra Anumzamo'ma hu'nea kemo nena raga efore hu'ne.
So shall the carcass of Jezebel become like heaps of dung on the face of the field, in the town-land of Jezreel: So that they cannot say, This, is Jezebel!
