Now these, are they who came unto David, to Ziklag, he yet being shut up, because of Saul son of Kish, —and, they, were among the heroes, helpers in the war;
2 Hagi ana sondia vahera atifima keve'ma erinteno ahe'are'ene, kumi atifima havema erinteno ahe'are'enena knare zantfa hu'nazankino, amne hoga kazi zamazanteti'ene tamaga kaziga zamazanteti'enena atireti'ene, kumi atireti'enena hara hugahaze. armed with the bow, using right hand or left with stones, and with arrows in the bow, —of the brethren of Saul, out of Benjamin:
3 Hagi ana vahetema ugota kva netrena Gibea kumateti ne' Sema nemofokea Ahiezeri'ene Joasike. Hagi mago'a sondia vahe'mokizmi zamagi'a amane, Azmaveti nemofokea Jezieli'ene Peretikegi, Anatoti kumati netre Beraka'ene Jehuke.
the chief, Ahiezer, and Joash, sons of Shemaah the Gibeathite, and Jeziel and Pelet, sons of Azmaveth, —and Beracah, and Jehu the Anathothite;
4 Hagi Ismai'a Gibioni nagapinti harafa ne'mo'ma 30'a sondia vahe'ma kegava hu'neana, Jeremaiaki, Jahazieliki, Johananiki, Gedera nagapinti ne' Jozabadiki,
and Ishmaiah, the Gibeonite, a hero among the thirty, and over the thirty, —and Jeremiah and Jahaziel, and Johanan, and Jozabad, the Gederathite;
5 Eluzaiki, Jerimotiki, Bealiaki, Semariaki, Herufu nagapinti ne' Sefatiaki,
Eluzai and Jerimoth and Bealiah and Shemariah, and Shephatiah, the Haruphite;
6 Elkanaki, Isaiaki, Azareliki, Joezeriki, Kora nagapinti ne' Jasobeamuki,
Elkanah and Isshiah, and Azarel, and Joezer and Jashobeam, the Korahites;
7 Gedoriti ne' Jerohamu nemofoke Joelakike, Zebadaiake.
and Joelah and Zebadiah, sons of Jeroham, of Gedor.
8 Hagi Gati nagapintira hankave sondia vahetmima ha'ma hu'zama antahi ani hu'neza hankoma eri'neza kevema ahe'are'ma vugota hu'nazankino ha'ma nehazageno'a, zamugosamo'a laioni avugosagna nehige'za, zamagamare'amo'a agonafi nemaniza dia afukna hu'za zamaga neraza vaheki'za Solina atre'za ka'ma kopima hankavenentake vihu'afima Deviti'ma mani'nerega vu'za agrane umani'naze.
And, of the Gadites, there separated themselves unto David, to the stronghold towards the desert, heroes of valour, men of war, for battle, men that could handle shield and spear, —and, faces of lions, were their faces, and, like gazelles upon the mountains, were they, for swiftness:

Attai, the sixth, Eliel the seventh;
12 hagi namba 8'a Johanani manigeno, namba 9nia Elzabati mani'ne.
Johanan, the eighth, Elzabad, the ninth;
13 Hagi namba 10nia mago Jeremaia mani'geno, namba 11nia Makbanai mani'ne.
Jeremiah, the tenth, Machbannai, the eleventh.
14 Hagi e'i ana vahetmina Gati nagapinti'ma Deviti Sondia vahetaminte'ma ugotama hu'naza Sondia vahe mani'naze. Hagi anampinti'ma hanave'amo'ma erami'nea sondia kva vahe'mo'za 100'a sondia vahetamina amne zamahe frigahaze. Hagi hanavezmimo'ma zamagatere'nea vahe'mo'za amne 1tauseni'a sondia vahera hara huzmante'za zamahe frigahaze.
These, were of the sons of Gad, chiefs of the host, —one to a hundred, the least, and, the greatest, to a thousand.
15 Hagi e'i ana vene'neramina ese ikante'ma Jodani timo'ma tima hageno enevuno mikazama ante hananeno'ma enevigeno takamahe'nea vahetamine. Hagi ana vene'neramimo'za Jodani tina takahe'za kantu kaziga agupofima mani'naza vahetmina ome zamahe'nati'za zage hanati kazigane zage fre kaziga ome zamatre eme zamatre hu'naza vahe mani'naze.
These, are they who passed over the Jordan, in the first month, when, it, was full, over all its banks, —and they put to flight all them of the vales, to the east and to the west.

And David went forth to meet them, and responded, and said to them, If, peaceably, ye are come unto me, to help me, I shall have towards you, a heart for unity, —but, if to betray me to mine adversaries, there being no violence in my hands, may the God of our fathers see and rebuke!

Then, the spirit, clothed Amasai, chief of the thirty, Thine, O David, Yea, with, thee, O son of Jesse! Prosperity, prosperity to thee, And prosperity to thy helpers, For thy God, hath helped thee: So David accepted them, and set them among the chiefs of the band.

And, of Manasseh, there fell away unto David, when he came with the Philistines against Saul to battle, but they helped them not, —for the lords of the Philistines advisedly sent him away, saying, At the price of our heads, he might fall away to his master, Saul.

When he went into Ziklag, there fell away unto him, of Manasseh, Adnah and Jozabad, and Jediael and Michael and Jozabad, and Elihu and Zillethai, —chiefs of the thousands that pertained to Manasseh;
21 Hagi e'ina sondia vahe'mo'za Devitina aza hu'za ha' vahetmimo'zama ha'ma eme hu'za keonke'zama eri havizama nehaza vahera hara huzmante'naze. Na'ankure zamagra hankavenentake sondia vaheki'za, mago'a sondia vahete vugota huzmante'naze.
and, they, helped with David, against the [marauding] band, for, heroes of valour, were they all, —and they became captains in the host;
22 Hagi mika knafina Devitima aza hunakura rama'a vahetami agritega etere nehazageno, Anumzamofo sondia vahetminkna huno rama'a vahekrerfa efore hu'naze.
for, from day to day, there came unto David, to help him, —until it was a great camp, like a camp of God.
23 Hagi Deviti'ma Hebroni kumate'ma mani'negeno'a, ama'na Solinkura zamavaresra hunente'za Ra Anumzamo'ma hu'nea kante ante'za Deviti kinia mani'nie hu'za agritega ome ante'naze.
And, these, are the numbers of the chiefs armed for war, they came unto David, to Hebron, —to turn round the kingdom of Saul unto him, according to the bidding of Yahweh:

Sons of Judah, bearers of shield and spear, six thousand and eight hundred, armed for war.

Of sons of Simeon, heroes of valour for the war, seven thousand, and one hundred.
26 Livae nagapintima vu'nazana 4 tausen 600'a sondia vahe vu'nazankino,
Of the sons of Levi, four thousand, and six hundred.
27 ama'na hu'ne, Jehoiada'a Aroni nagamofonte kva nekino agranena 3 tausen 700'a sondia vahetami zamavareno vu'ne.
And Jehoiada, was chief ruler for Aaron, —and, with him, three thousand and seven hundred;
28 Hagi magora hanavenentake nehazave ne' Zadokukino naga'afintira 22'a ugagota hankave sondia vahe zamavareno evufre'ne.
and Zadok, a young man, a hero of valour, —and the house of his father, captains twenty and two.
29 Hagi Benzameni nagapintira 3tauseni'a sondia vahetami e'naze. Hagi anampina Soli afu agnazama agri kazigama mani fatgo hu'za mani'naza sondia vahe'mo'zane e'naze.
And, of the sons of Benjamin, brethren of Saul, three thousand, —and, hitherto, the greater part of them, had been keeping the charge of the house of Saul.
30 Hagi Efraemi nagapintira, zamagesga nehaza hankavenentake sondia vahetmina 20tausen 800'a e'naze.
And, of the sons of Ephraim, twenty thousand, and eight hundred, —heroes of valour, men of renown, to their ancestral house.
31 Hagi amu'nompinti refko hu'nea Manase nagapintira, 18 tauseni'a vahe huhamprizage'za e'za Devitina kinia eme azeri oti'naze.
And, of the half tribe of Manasseh, eighteen thousand, who were distinguished by name, coming in to make David king.
32 Hagi Isaka nagapintira 200'a ugagota kva vahe'zagane nagazminena e'naze. Hagi ana kva vahe'mo'za, e'ina hu'za fore hugahie hu'zama knamofoma antahini'ma nehu'za, Israeli vahe'tmima antahintahima nezmiza ranra vahetami'ne.
And, of the sons of Issachar, such as were of good understanding of the times, to know what Israel, should do, their chiefs, were two hundred, and, all their brethren, were at their bidding.
33 Hagi Zebuluni nagapintira 50tauseni'a sondia vahe'mo'za ha'ma nehaza 'zantami eri'za retro hu'za magoke antahintahire Devitima aza hunakura e'naze.
Of Zebulun—such as were ready to go forth in host, expert for battle with all weapons of war, fifty thousand, —and for setting in array, not of two minds!

And, of Naphtali, a thousand captains, —and, with them, with shield and spear, thirty-seven thousand.

And, of the Danite, expert for war, twenty-eight thousand, and six hundred.
36 Hagi Aseli nagapintira ha'ma hu'zama rempi hu'za antahi'naza sondia vahetmina, 40 tauseni'a sondia vahe'mo'za hazazmia retro hu'za Devitina eme aza hu'naze.
And, of Asher, such as were ready to go forth in host to set in array for battle, forty thousand.
37 Hagi Jodani timofo kantu zage hanati kazigama mani'naza Rubeni nagapinti'ma, Gati nagapinti'ma, amu'nompinti'ma refko hu'nea Manase nagapintira ruzahu ruzahu ha'zazmia eri'ne'za ana makara 120tauseni'a sondia vahetami e'naze.
And, from over the Jordan, of the Reubenites and Gadites and half tribe of Manasseh, with all manner of weapons of war for battle, a hundred and twenty thousand.
38 Hagi ama ana maka sondia vahe'mo'zama ha'zazminema eri'za e'nazana magoke antahi'zante e'naze. E'i ana antahi'zana Devitima kini azeri oti'nageno maka Israeli vahe'ma kegavama hania antahizante Hebroni kumatera e'naze. Anahukna hu'za maka vahe'mo'za Israeli kinia Deviti manisie hu'za antahi'naze.
All these, being men of war, expert in setting in battle-array, with a perfect heart, came to Hebron, to make David king over all Israel, —moreover also, all the rest of Israel, were of one heart to make David king.
39 Hagi ana sondia vahe'mo'za Deviti'ene 3'agna Hebroni emani'naze. Ana hazageno nagazmimo'za ne'zana retro huzmantage'za ne'naze.
So they were there, with David, three days, eating and drinking, —for their brethren had made preparation for them.
40 Hagi ana zanke hu'za afete'are'ma nemaniza Isaka naga'ma, Zebuluni nagama, Naptali naga'mo'za donki agumpima, kemoli agumpima, hosi agumpima bulimakao agumpima witima, fikima, ante hagagehu krepima, wainima hu'za erinte'za eri'za ne-eza bulimakao afu'ene sipisipi afu'ene avre'za e'naze. Na'ankure maka Israeli mopafina vahe'mo'za tusi muse hu'naze.
Moreover also, they who were near of kin unto them, as far as Issachar and Zebulun and Naphtali, were bringing bread, on asses and on camels and on mules and on oxen, meal-food, cakes of figs and cakes of raisins, and wine, and oil, and oxen, and sheep—in abundance, —for there was joy Israel.
