Mazmur 132
1 Nyanyian ziarah. Ya TUHAN, ingatlah kepada Daud, dan segala penderitaannya.
A song of degrees. Lord, remember Dauid with all his affliction.
2 Jangan lupa akan sembahnya kepada-Mu TUHAN, akan kaulnya kepada-Mu Yang Mahakuat, Allah Yakub.
Who sware vnto the Lord, and vowed vnto the mightie God of Iaakob, saying,
3 Katanya, "Aku takkan beristirahat di rumahku atau tidur di tempat tidurku,
I will not enter into the tabernacle of mine house, nor come vpon my pallet or bed,
Nor suffer mine eyes to sleepe, nor mine eye lids to slumber,
5 sebelum menyediakan rumah bagi Allah Yakub, tempat kediaman bagi TUHAN Yang Mahakuat."
Vntill I finde out a place for the Lord, an habitation for the mightie God of Iaakob.
6 Di Betlehem kita mendengar tentang Peti Perjanjian, lalu menemukannya di padang Yaar.
Lo, we heard of it in Ephrathah, and found it in the fieldes of the forest.
7 Marilah kita pergi ke tempat kediaman TUHAN, dan menyembah Dia di depan takhta-Nya.
We will enter into his Tabernacles, and worship before his footestoole.
8 Datanglah dan tinggallah di Rumah-Mu, ya TUHAN, bersama Peti Perjanjian, lambang kuasa-Mu.
Arise, O Lord, to come into thy rest, thou, and the Arke of thy strength.
9 Semoga umat-Mu bersorak gembira, dan para imam-Mu selalu hidup menurut kehendak-Mu.
Let thy Priests be clothed with righteousnesse, and let thy Saints reioyce.
10 Demi Daud, hamba-Mu, janganlah menolak raja pilihan-Mu.
For thy seruant Dauids sake refuse not the face of thine Anointed.
11 TUHAN telah bersumpah kepada Daud; Ia tak akan mengingkari janji-Nya. Kata-Nya, "Seorang anakmu akan Kujadikan raja untuk memerintah menggantikan engkau.
The Lord hath sworne in trueth vnto Dauid, and he wil not shrinke from it, saying, Of the fruite of thy body will I set vpon thy throne.
12 Jika anak-anakmu setia kepada perjanjian-Ku, dan mentaati perintah-perintah-Ku, maka untuk selama-lamanya keturunan mereka menggantikan engkau sebagai raja."
If thy sonnes keepe my couenant, and my testimonies, that I shall teach them, their sonnes also shall sit vpon thy throne for euer.
13 Sebab TUHAN telah memilih Sion; Ia menginginkannya untuk tempat kediaman-Nya.
For the Lord hath chosen Zion, and loued to dwell in it, saying,
14 Kata-Nya, "Di sinilah kediaman-Ku untuk selama-lamanya, Aku ingin memerintah di tempat ini.
This is my rest for euer: here will I dwell, for I haue a delite therein.
15 Segala keperluannya akan Kupenuhi dengan limpah, orang-orangnya yang miskin Kuberi makan sampai kenyang.
I will surely blesse her vitailes, and will satisfie her poore with bread,
16 Imam-imamnya menampakkan keselamatan daripada-Ku; umatnya akan menyanyi dan bersorak gembira.
And will clothe her Priests with saluation, and her Saints shall shoute for ioye.
17 Di sini seorang keturunan Daud Kujadikan raja; pemerintahannya akan Kuteguhkan.
There will I make the horne of Dauid to bud: for I haue ordeined a light for mine Anoynted.
18 Kerajaannya akan selalu sejahtera, tetapi musuh-musuhnya akan dipermalukan."
His enemies will I clothe with shame, but on him his crowne shall florish.
