< Kanta ni Solomon 5 >
1 Napanak iti hardinko, kabsatko a babai, o nobiak; Inummongko ti mirak agraman iti rekadok. Kinnankon ti balay ti dirok agraman ti dirok; Ininomkon ti arakko ken ti gatasko. Manganka gayyem. Manganka gayyem; uminomka a siwayawaya, ay-ayatek. Kasarsarita ti babai ti bagina
I am come into my garden, my sister, [my] spouse; I have gathered my myrrh with my spice; I have eaten my honeycomb with my honey; I have drunk my wine with my milk. Eat, O friends; drink, yea, drink abundantly, beloved ones!
2 Nakaturogak ngem nakariing ti pusok iti maysa a tagtagainep. Adda ti timek ti ay-ayatek nga agtuktuktok a kunkunana, “Ilukatannak, kabsatko a babai, ay-ayatek, o kalapatik, o awan pagkuranganna nga ay-ayatek, ta nabasa ti ulok gapu iti linnaaw, nabasa ti buokko gapu iti lammiis ti rabii.”
I slept, but my heart was awake. The voice of my beloved! he knocketh: Open to me, my sister, my love, my dove, mine undefiled; For my head is filled with dew, My locks with the drops of the night.
3 “Inussobko ti kagayko; masapul kadi nga isuotko manen? Binuggoakon dagiti sakak; masapul kadi a rugitak manen dagitoy?”
— I have put off my tunic, how should I put it on? I have washed my feet, how should I pollute them? —
4 Iniggaman ti ay-ayatek iti paglukatan ti ridaw, ket nariing ti pusok kenkuana.
My beloved put in his hand by the hole [of the door]; And my bowels yearned for him.
5 Bimmangonak tapno lukatak ti ridaw para iti ay-ayatek; agtedtedted ti mira kadagiti imak, nabasa dagiti ramayko kadagiti alingasaw ti mira, iti pagiggaman ti ridaw.
I rose up to open to my beloved; And my hands dropped with myrrh, And my fingers with liquid myrrh, Upon the handles of the lock.
6 Inlukatko ti ridaw para iti ay-ayatek, ngem timmalikod ti ay-ayatek ket nakapanawen. Nalmes ti pusok; naawananak iti namnama. Binirokko isuna ngem saanko isuna a masarakan; inayabak isuna, ngem saannak a sinungbatan.
I opened to my beloved; But my beloved had withdrawn himself; he was gone: My soul went forth when he spoke. I sought him, but I found him not; I called him, but he gave me no answer.
7 Nakitadak dagiti lallaki nga agwanwanawan iti siudad; dinanog ken sinugatdak; dagiti agbanbantay iti ngatoen dagiti pader ket innalada ti kagayko. Kasarsarita ti balasang dagiti babbai iti siudad
The watchmen that went about the city found me; They smote me, they wounded me; The keepers of the walls took away my veil from me.
8 Kayatko nga agkarikayo, annak a babbai ti Jerusalem, a no masarakanyo ti ay-ayatek, ibagayo kenkuana nga agsakitak gapu iti ayatko kenkuana. Kasarsarita dagiti babbai ti siudad ti balasang
I charge you, daughters of Jerusalem, If ye find my beloved, ...What will ye tell him? — That I am sick of love.
9 Kasano a nasaysayaat ti ay-ayatem ngem iti sabali pay a lalaki nga ayaten, sika a kapipintasan kadagiti babbai? Apay a nasaysayaat ti ay-ayatem ngem iti sabali pay a lalaki nga ayaten, a kiddawem kadakami nga agkarikami a kas iti daytoy? Kasarsarita ti balasang dagiti babbalasang iti siudad
What is thy beloved more than [another] beloved, Thou fairest among women? What is thy beloved more than [another] beloved, That thou dost so charge us?
10 Ti ay-ayatek ket napudaw ken lumabbaga, kangrunaan kadagiti sangapulo a ribu.
