< Isaias 60 >

1 Dakayo a tattao ti Jerusalem, tumakderkayo, agraniagkayo; ta dimtengen ti silawyo, ken ti dayag ni Yahweh ket nagraniagen kadakayo.
Be enlightened, be enlightened, O Jerusalem, for your light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.
2 Uray no balkotento ti kinasipnget ti daga, ken balkoten ti kasta unay a kinasipnget dagiti nasion; ngem agraniagto ni Yahweh kadakayo, ken makitanto kadakayo ti dayagna.
Behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and [there shall be] gross darkness on the nations: but the Lord shall appear upon you, and his glory shall be seen upon you.
3 Umasidegto dagiti nasion iti silawyo kasta met nga umasidegto dagiti ari iti nalawag a silawyo nga agranraniag.
And kings shall walk in your light, and nations in your brightness.
4 Kumitakayo iti aglawlawyo ket kitaenyo. Aguummongda ket umayda kadakayo. Umayto dagiti annakyo a lallaki manipud iti adayo, ket ubba-ubbadanto kadagiti takiagda dagiti annakyo a babbai.
Lift up your eyes round about, and behold your children gathered: all your sons have come from far, and your daughters shall be borne on [men's] shoulders.
5 Ket kumitakayonto ket agranniagkayo, ket agluplupiasto ti rag-on iti pusoyo, gapu ta ti kinabaknang ti baybay ket maibukbokto kadakayo, maiyegto kadakayo ti kinabaknang dagiti nasion.
Then shall you see, and fear, and be amazed in your heart; for the wealth of the sea shall come round to you, and of nations and peoples; and herds of camels shall come to you,
6 Agsasarunonto a kamelio ti maigabur kadakayo, dagiti urbon a kamelio iti Midian ken Efa; aggapudanto amin idiay Seba; mangiyegdanto iti balitok ken insenso, ken kantaendanto dagiti kankanta a pangdayaw kenni Yahweh.
and the camels of Madiam and Gaepha shall cover you: all from Saba shall come bearing gold, and shall bring frankincense, and they shall publish the salvation of the Lord.
7 Maurnongto kadakayo dagiti arban ti Kedar, ipaayto dagiti karnero ti Nebayot dagiti kasapulanyo; maka-ayayonto dagitoy a daton iti altarko; ket padayawakto ti naglorian a balayko.
And all the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered, and the rams of Nabaeoth shall come; and acceptable sacrifices shall be offered on my altar, and my house of prayer shall be glorified.
8 Siasino dagitoy nga agtaytayab a kasla ulep, ken kasla kadagiti kalapati nga agturong kadagiti pagap-aponanda?
Who are these [that] fly as clouds, and as doves with young ones to me?
9 Birbirokendak dagiti isla, ket dagiti barko ti Tarsis ti mangiturturong, a mangiyeg kadagiti annakyo a lallaki manipud iti adayo, awitda dagiti pirak ken balitokda, para iti nagan ni Yahweh a Diosyo, ken para iti Nasantoan ti Israel, gapu ta pinadayawannakayo.
The isles have waited for me, and the ships of Tharsis amongst the first, to bring your children from afar, and their silver and their gold with them, and [that] for the sake of the holy name of the Lord, and because the Holy One of Israel is glorified.
10 Bangonento manen dagiti annak a lallaki dagiti ganggannaet dagiti bakudyo, ken agserbinto kadakayo dagiti arida; nu man pay dinusakayo gapu iti pungtotko, ngem gapu iti paraburko, maasiak kadakayo.
And strangers shall build your walls, and their kings shall wait upon you: for by reason of my wrath I struck you, and by reason of mercy I loved you.
11 Agtalinaed a silulukat dagiti ruanganyo; saanto a mairikep dagitoy iti aldaw ken rabii, iti kasta maiyeg ti kinabaknang dagiti nasion, nga idauloan dagiti arida.
And your gates shall be opened continually; they shall not be shut day nor night; to bring in to you the power of the Gentiles, and their kings as captives.
12 Pudno, amin dagiti nasion ken pagarian a saan nga agserbi kadakayo ket mapukawto; madadaelto a naan-anay dagidiay a nasion.
For the nations and the kings which will not serve you shall perish; and those nations shall be made utterly desolate.
13 Maiyegto kadakayo ti ngayed ti Lebanon, ti kayo nga aruo, parwa, ken saleng, a maaramat a mangpapintas iti santuariok; ket pagbalinekto a nadayag ti lugar a pagbadbaddekan dagiti sakak.
And the glory of Libanus shall come to you, with the cypress, and pine, and cedar together, to glorify my holy place.
14 Umaydanto kadakayo tapno agkurno, dagiti annak ti nangipababa kadakayo; agkurnodanto kadagiti sakaananyo; panaganandakayonto a, Ti Siudad ni Yahweh, Sion ti Nasantoan ti Israel.
And the sons of them that afflicted you, and of them that provoked you, shall come to you in fear; and you shall be called Sion, the city of the Holy One of Israel.
15 Imbes nga agtalinaedkayo a nabaybay-an ken nagura, nga awan iti uray maysa a tao a magna iti dagayo, pagbalinenkayonto a maipagpannakkel iti agnanayon, rag-o kadagiti henerasion.
Because you has become desolate and hated, and there was no helper, therefore I will make you a perpetual gladness, a joy of many generations.
16 Inumenyonto met ti gatas dagiti nasion, ken agsusokayonto iti barukong dagiti ari; maammoanyonto a Siak, a ni Yahweh, ti Manangisalakan ken Mannubbotyo, ti Mannakabalin a Dios ni Jacob.
And you shall suck the milk of the Gentiles, and shall eat the wealth of kings: and shall know that I am the Lord that saves you and delivers you, the Holy One of Israel.
17 Imbes a bronse, mangiyegakto iti balitok, imbes a landok mangiyegakto iti pirak; imbes a kayo, bronse, ken imbes a batbato, mangiyegakto iti landok. Dutokakto ti kappia kas gobernadoryo, ken ti hustisia a mangituray kadakayo.
And for brass I will bring you gold, and for iron I will bring you silver, and instead of wood I will bring you brass, and instead of stones, iron; and I will make your princes peaceful, and your overseers righteous.
18 Saanton a mangngegan ti kinaranggas iti dagayo, wenno pannakadadael, wenno pannakapapanaw kadagiti beddengyo; ngem awaganyonto dagiti bakudyo iti Pannakaisalakan, ken dagiti ruanganyo iti Panagdayaw.
And injustice shall no more be heard in your land, nor destruction nor misery in your coasts; but your walls shall be called Salvation, and your gates Sculptured Work.
19 Saanen nga ti init ti manglawag kadakayo iti aldaw, wenno ti lawag ti bulan ti mangraniag kadakayo; no di ket ni Yahweh ti agbalinto a silawyo iti agnanayon, ken ti Diosyo ti dayagyo.
And you shall no more have the sun for a light by day, nor shall the rising of the moon lighten your night; but the Lord shall be your everlasting light, and God your glory.
20 Saanton a lumnek ti inityo, uray ti bulanyo ket saanton a lumnek ken agpukaw; ta ni Yahweh ti agbalinto a silawyo iti agnanayon, ken aggibuston dagiti al-aldaw a panagladingityo.
For the sun shall no more set, nor shall the moon be eclipsed; for the Lord shall be your everlasting light, and the days of your mourning shall be completed.
21 Nalintegto amin dagiti tattaoyo; tagikuaendanton iti agnanayon ti daga, ti sanga ti panagmulmulak, ti aramid dagiti imak, tapno maidayawak.
Your people also shall be all righteous; they shall inherit the land for ever, preserving that which they have planted, [even] the works of their hands, for glory.
22 Ti bassit ket agbalinto a ribu, ken ti bassit ket agbalin a natibker a nasion; Siak a ni Yahweh, ket sipapardasto nga ipatungpalko dagitoy a banbanag inton umay ti umno a tiempo.
The little one shall become thousands, and the least a great nation; I the Lord will gather them in [due] time.
