भजन संहिता 47

1 संगीत निर्देशक के लिये. कोराह के पुत्रों की रचना. एक स्तोत्र. समस्त राष्ट्रो, तालियां बजाओ; हर्षोल्लास में परमेश्वर का जय जयकार करो.

To the chief Musician, A Psalm for the sons of Korah. O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph.

2 याहवेह, सर्वोच्च परमेश्वर भय-योग्य हैं, वही समस्त पृथ्वी के ऊपर पराक्रमी राजा हैं.

For the LORD most high [is] terrible; [he is] a great King over all the earth.

3 उन्हीं ने जनताओं को हमारे अधीन कर दिया है, लोग हमारे पैरों के नीचे हो गए हैं.

He shall subdue the people under us, and the nations under our feet.

4 उन्हीं ने हमारे लिए निज भाग को निर्धारित किया है, यही याकोब का गौरव है, जो उनका प्रिय है.

He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved. (Selah)

5 जय जयकार की ध्वनि के मध्य से परमेश्वर ऊपर उठाए गए, तुरही नाद के मध्य याहवेह ऊपर उठाए गए.

God is gone up with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet.

6 स्तुति गान में परमेश्वर की वंदना करो, वंदना करो; स्तुति गान में हमारे राजाधिराज की वंदना करो, वंदना करो.

Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.

7 परमेश्वर संपूर्ण पृथ्वी के राजाधिराज हैं; उनके सम्मान में एक स्तवन गीत प्रस्तुत करो.

For God [is] the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.

8 संपूर्ण राष्ट्रों पर परमेश्वर का शासन है; परमेश्वर अपने महान सिंहासन पर विराजमान हैं.

God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of his holiness.

9 अब्राहाम के परमेश्वर की प्रजा के रूप में जनताओं के अध्यक्ष एकत्र हुए हैं, क्योंकि पृथ्वी की ढालों पर परमेश्वर का अधिकार है; परमेश्वर अत्यंत ऊंचे हैं.

The princes of the people are gathered together, [even] the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the earth [belong] unto God: he is greatly exalted.
